ဆာလံ 130

1 ၁ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ နက်နဲရာထဲက ကိုယ်တော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်အော်ဟစ်ပါ၏။

Out of the depths I have cried to you, Adonai.

2 ၂ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ စကားသံကို ကြား၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ဆုတောင်းပဌနာပြုသံကို နားညောင်း တော်မူပါ။

Lord, sh'ma ·hear obey· my voice. Let your ears be attentive to the voice of my petitions.

3 ၃ အို ဘုရားရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ဒုစရိုက်အပြစ်များကို မှတ်တော်မူလျှင် အဘယ်သူသည် ခံရပ်နိုင်ပါမည်နည်း။

If you, Yah, kept a record of depravities (moral evils), Lord, who could stand?

4 ၄ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့စရာအကြောင်း ရှိစေ ခြင်းငှါ၊ အပြစ်လွှတ်ခြင်းအခွင့်ကို ပိုင်တော်မူ၏။

But there is forgiveness with you, therefore you are feared.

5 ၅ ထာဝရဘုရားကို ငါစောင့်လျက်နေ၏။ ငါ့ဝိညာဉ် သည် စောင့်လျက်နေ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို ငါမြော် လင့်၏။

I wait for Adonai. My soul waits. I hope in his word.

6 ၆ နံနက်ကိုမြော်လင့်သော သူတို့ထက်မက၊ ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်သည် ဘုရားရှင်ကို မြော်လင့်လျက်နေ၏။

My soul longs for 'Adonay [Lord] more than watchmen long for the morning; more than watchmen for the morning.

7 ၇ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသည် ထာဝရဘုရားကို မြော် လင့်ပါစေ။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၌ ကရုဏာ ရှိ၏။ များစွာသော ရွေးနှုတ်ခြင်းကျေးဇူးရှိ၏။ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးကို ခပ်သိမ်းသော ဒုစရိုက်အပြစ်တို့ အထဲက ရွေးနှုတ်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။

Israel [God prevails], hope in Adonai, for with Adonai there is chesed ·loving-kindness·. With him is abundant redemption.

8 ၈

He will redeem Israel [God prevails] from all their depravities (moral evils).
