Alleluia. Blessed are the immaculate in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord.
2 ၂ သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို စောင့်၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို စိတ်နှလုံး အကြွင်းမဲ့ရှာသော သူတို့သည် မင်္ဂလာရှိကြ၏။
Blessed are those who examine his testimonies. They seek him with their whole heart.
For those who work iniquity have not walked in his ways.
You have ordered your commandments to be kept most diligently.
I wish that my ways may be directed so as to keep your justifications.
Then I will not be confounded, when I will look into all your commandments.
7 ၇ ဖြောင့်မတ်စွာ စီရင်တော်မူချက်များကို အကျွန်ုပ်လေ့ကျက်ပြီးမှ၊ ဂုဏ်တော်ကို ဖြောင့်သော သဘောနှင့် ချီးမွမ်းပါမည်။
I will confess to you with honesty of heart. In this way, I have learned the judgments of your justice.
I will keep your justifications. Do not utterly abandon me.
9 ၉ လူပျိုသည် မိမိသွားသောလမ်းကို အဘယ်သို့ သန့်ရှင်းစေနိုင်ပါမည်နည်းဟူမူကား၊ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော် အတိုင်း သတိပြုရမည်။
By what does an adolescent correct his way? By keeping to your words.
With my whole heart, I have sought you. Do not let me be driven away from your commandments.
I have hidden your eloquence in my heart, so that I may not sin against you.
12 ၁၂ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် မင်္ဂလာရှိတော် မူ၏။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်၌ သွန်သင် တော်မူပါ။
Blessed are you, O Lord. Teach me your justifications.
With my lips, I have pronounced all the judgments of your mouth.
I have been delighted in the way of your testimonies, as if in all riches.
I will be trained in your commandments, and I will consider your ways.
I will meditate on your justifications. I will not forget your words.
17 ၁၇ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်သည် အသက်ရှင်၍၊ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို စောင့်နိုင်ပါမည်အကြောင်း၊ ကျေးဇူး ပြုတော်မူပါ။
Repay your servant, revive me; and I will keep your words.
18 ၁၈ တရားတော်၌ အံ့ဘွယ်သောအရာတို့ကို မြင်နိုင် ပါမည်အကြောင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏မျက်စိတို့ကို ဖွင့်တော်မူပါ။
Reveal to my eyes, and I will consider the wonders of your law.
I am a sojourner on the earth. Do not hide your commandments from me.
My soul has longed to desire your justifications at all times.
You have rebuked the arrogant. Those who decline from your commandments are accursed.
22 ၂၂ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို စောင့်ပါသည် ဖြစ်၍၊ ကဲ့ရဲ့ခြင်း၊ မထီမဲ့မြင်ပြုခြင်းနှင့် ကင်းလွတ်စေတော်မူပါ။
Take me away from disgrace and contempt, for I have sought your testimonies.
23 ၂၃ မင်းတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်တဘက်၌ ထိုင်၍ပြောကြ ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်မူကား၊ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို ဆင်ခြင်လျက်နေပါ၏။
For even the leaders sat and spoke against me. But your servant has been trained in your justifications.
For your testimonies are also my (meditation) and your justifications are my counsel.
My soul has adhered to the pavement. Revive me according to your word.
26 ၂၆ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်အကျင့်တို့ကိုဘော်ပြ၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် နားထောင်တော်မူပြီ။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော် တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်၌ သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။
I have declared my ways, and you have heeded me. Teach me your justifications.
27 ၂၇ ပေးတော်မူသော ဩဝါဒလမ်းကို အကျွန်ုပ် နားလည်စေတော်မူပါ။ သို့ပြုလျှင် အံ့ဘွယ်သော အမှု တော်တို့ကို ဆင်ခြင်အောက်မေ့ပါမည်။
Instruct me in the way of your justifications, and I will be trained in your wonders.
28 ၂၈ အကျွန်ုပ် ဝမ်းနည်းခြင်းအားဖြင့် စိတ်နှလုံး အရည်ယိုလျက် ရှိပါ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်အတိုင်း တည်ကြည်စေတော်မူပါ။
My soul has slumbered because of weariness. Confirm me in your words.
Remove the way of iniquity from me, and have mercy on me by your law.
I have chosen the way of truth. I have not forgotten your judgments.
I have adhered to your testimonies, O Lord. Do not be willing to confound me.
I have run by way of your commandments, when you enlarged my heart.
33 ၃၃ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်လမ်းကို အကျွန်ုပ်အား သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။ အဆုံးတိုင်အောင် လိုက်သွားပါမည်။
O Lord, place the law before me, the way of your justifications, and I will always inquire into it.
Give me understanding, and I will examine your law. And I will keep it with my whole heart.
Lead me according to the path of your commandments, for I have desired this.
Bend my heart with your testimonies, and not with avarice.
37 ၃၇ အနတ္တကို ပမာဏမပြုစေခြင်းငှါ အကျွန်ုပ် မျက်စိကို အခြားသို့ လွှဲတော်မူပါ။ လမ်းခရီးတော်၌ အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူပါ။
Turn my eyes away, lest they see what is vain. Revive me in your way.
Station your eloquence with your servant, along with your fear.
39 ၃၉ အကျွန်ုပ်ကြောက်သော ကဲ့ရဲ့ခြင်းကို ပယ် ပျောက်စေတော်မူပါ။ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့သည် ကောင်း မွန်ကြပါ၏။
Cut off my disgrace, which I have taken up, for your judgments are delightful.
40 ၄၀ ပေးတော်မူသော ဩဝါဒများကို တောင့်တပါ၏။ ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းတရားတော်အားဖြင့် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူပါ။
Behold, I have longed for your commandments. Revive me in your fairness.
41 ၄၁ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ဗျာဒိတ်တော်အတိုင်း ကရုဏာတော်တည်းဟူသော ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်း ကျေးဇူးတော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၌ ရောက်ပါစေသော။
And let your mercy overwhelm me, O Lord: your salvation according to your eloquence.
42 ၄၂ ထိုသို့ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို ကိုးစားသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ကဲ့ရဲ့သော သူ၏စကားကို ချေစရာ အကြောင်း ရှိရပါလိမ့်မည်။
And I will respond to those who reproach me by word, for I have hoped in your words.
43 ၄၃ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ် မြော်လင့်သည် ဖြစ်၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ နှုတ်ထဲက သစ္စာစကားကို အလျှင်း ရုပ်သိမ်းတော်မမူပါနှင့်။
And do not utterly take away the word of truth from my mouth. For in your judgments, I have hoped beyond hope.
And I will always keep your law, in this age and forever and ever.
And I have wandered far and wide, because I was seeking your commandments.
And I spoke of your testimonies in the sight of kings, and I was not confounded.
And I meditated on your commandments, which I loved.
And I lifted up my hands to your commandments, which I loved. And I was trained in your justifications.
49 ၄၉ အကျွန်ုပ် မြော်လင့်စရာအကြောင်း၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ကျွန်၌ ထားတော်မူသော နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို အောက်မေ့တော်မူပါ။
Be mindful of your word to your servant, by which you have given me hope.
50 ၅၀ ဗျာဒိတ်တော်အားဖြင့် အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ရှင် သည် ဖြစ်၍၊ ဆင်းရဲကိုခံရစဉ်တွင်၊ ထိုနှုတ်ကပတ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ်သက်သာစရာအကြောင်း ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
This has consoled me in my humiliation, for your word has revived me.
51 ၅၁ မာနကြီးသောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အလွန် ကဲ့ရဲ့သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ တရားလမ်းကို အကျွန်ုပ် မရှောင်ပါ။
The arrogant act altogether iniquitously, but I have not turned aside from your law.
52 ၅၂ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ရှေးကာလ၌ စီရင်တော်မူ ချက်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ် အောက်မေ့၍၊ ကိုယ်ကိုကိုယ် နှစ်သိမ့် စေပါ၏။
I called to mind your judgments of antiquity, O Lord, and I was consoled.
Faintness has taken hold of me, because of the sinners, those who abandon your law.
Your justifications were the subject of my worthy singing, in the place of my pilgrimage.
During the night, I remembered your name, O Lord, and I kept your law.
This has happened to me because I sought your justifications.
57 ၅၇ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏ အဘို့ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ်စကားတော်တို့ကို နားထောင်ပါမည်ဟု အကျွန်ုပ်ပြောထားပါပြီ။
O Lord, my portion, I have said that I would keep your law.
58 ၅၈ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ခံရပါမည်အကြောင်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို စိတ်နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့ တောင်းပန်ပါ၏။ ဗျာဒိတ်တော်အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုကို သနားတော်မူပါ။
I have beseeched your face with my whole heart. Be merciful to me according to your word.
I have considered my ways, and I have turned my feet toward your testimonies.
I have been prepared, and I have not been disturbed, so that I may keep your commandments.
61 ၆၁ မတရားသောသူ အစည်းအဝေးတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုဝိုင်းကြသော်လည်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် တရား တော်ကို မမေ့မလျော့ပါ။
The ropes of the impious have encircled me, and I have not forgotten your law.
62 ၆၂ တရားသဖြင့် စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့ကို ထောက် ၍၊ ဂုဏ်တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းခြင်းငှါ၊ သန်းခေါင်အချိန်၌ အကျွန်ုပ် ထတတ်ပါ၏။
I arose in the middle of the night to confess to you, over the judgments of your justification.
63 ၆၃ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့သောသူ၊ ပေးတော်မူ သော ဩဝါဒကို နားထောင်သောသူရှိသမျှတို့နှင့် အကျွန်ုပ်ပေါင်းဘော်တတ်ပါ၏။
I am a partaker with all those who fear you and who keep your commandments.
64 ၆၄ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ မြေကြီးသည် ကရုဏာတော် နှင့်ပြည့်ဝပါ၏။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်၌ သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။
The earth, O Lord, is full of your mercy. Teach me your justifications.
You have done well with your servant, O Lord, according to your word.
66 ၆၆ ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ယုံကြည်သည် ဖြစ်၍၊ ကောင်းသော ဥာဏ်နှင့် ပညာတော်အတတ်ကို သွင်းပေးတော်မူပါ။
Teach me goodness and discipline and knowledge, for I have trusted your commandments.
Before I was humbled, I committed offenses; because of this, I have kept to your word.
68 ၆၈ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ကောင်းသောသဘော၊ ကျေးဇူး ပြုတတ်သော သဘောရှိတော်မူ၏။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်၌ သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။
You are good, so in your goodness teach me your justifications.
69 ၆၉ မာနကြီးသော သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်တဘက်၌ မုသာစကားကို ကြံစည်သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေ သများကို စိတ်နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့ကျင့်ပါ၏။
The iniquity of the arrogant has been multiplied over me. Yet I will examine your commandments with all my heart.
Their heart has been curdled like milk. Truly, I have meditated on your law.
It is good for me that you humbled me, so that I may learn your justifications.
The law of your mouth is good for me, beyond thousands of gold and silver pieces.
73 ၇၃ ကိုယ်တော်၏ လက်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ဖန်ဆင်း၍၊ ပုံသဏ္ဍာန်ကိုပေးတော်မူပြီ။ ပညတ်တော် တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်သင်နိုင်သော ဥာဏ်နှင့် ပြည့်စုံစေ တော်မူပါ။
Your hands have created me and formed me. Give me understanding, and I will learn your commandments.
74 ၇၄ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ် မြော်လင့်သော ကြောင့်၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့သောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မြင်၍ ဝမ်းမြောက်ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။
Those who fear you will see me, and they will rejoice. For I have greatly hoped in your words.
75 ၇၅ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့သည် ဟုတ်မှန်ကြောင်းကို၎င်း၊ သစ္စာတော်နှင့်အညီ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ဆင်းရဲစေတော်မူကြောင်းကို၎င်း အကျွန်ုပ်သိပါ၏။
I know, O Lord, that your judgments are fairness. And in your truth, you have humbled me.
76 ၇၆ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်၌ မိန့်တော်မူချက်အတိုင်း၊ ကရုဏာတော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ချမ်းသာပေးပါစေသော ဟု ဆုတောင်းပါ၏။
Let it be your mercy that consoles me, according to your eloquence to your servant.
77 ၇၇ ကိုယ်တော်၏ တရားသည် အကျွန်ုပ်မွေ့လျော် ရာဖြစ်ပါ၏။ ထိုကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ရှင်မည် အကြောင်း၊ သနားစုံမက်တော်မူခြင်းသည် သက်ရောက် ပါစေသော။
Let your compassion draw near to me, and I will live. For your law is my (meditation)
78 ၇၈ မာနကြီးသော သူတို့သည် ရှက်ကြောက်ကြပါ စေသော။ အကြောင်းမရှိဘဲ အကျွန်ုပ်၌ မတရားသဖြင့် ပြုကြပါပြီ။ အကျွန်ုပ်မူကား ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသများကို ဆင်ခြင်အောက်မေ့ပါမည်။
Let the arrogant be confounded, for unjustly they have done iniquity to me. But I will be trained in your commandments.
79 ၇၉ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့သောသူ၊ သက်သေ ခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို သိသောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ထံသို့ လှည့်ကြပါစေသော။
Let those who fear you turn to me, along with those who know your testimonies.
80 ၈၀ ရှက်ကြောက်ခြင်းနှင့် ကင်းလွတ်မည် အကြောင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်နှလုံးသည် အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့၌ စုံလင်ပါစေသော။
Let my heart be immaculate in your justifications, so that I may not be confounded.
81 ၈၁ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဝိညာဉ်သည် ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်း ကျေးဇူးကို တောင့်တလျက်နှင့် ခွန်အားလျော့ပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော် ကိုမြော်လင့်ပါ၏။
My soul has faltered in your salvation, yet in your word, I have hoped beyond hope.
82 ၈၂ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အဘယ်ကာလမှ ချမ်းသာပေး တော်မူပါမည်နည်းဟူ၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်မျက်စိတို့သည် ဗျာဒိတ်တော်ကို မြော်လင့်လျက်အားကုန်ပါ၏။
My eyes have failed in your eloquence, saying, “When will you console me?”
83 ၈၃ မီးခိုး၌ရှိသော သားရေဘူးကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်ဖြစ်ပါ ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို မမေ့မလျော့ပါ။
For I have become like a wineskin in the frost. I have not forgotten your justifications.
84 ၈၄ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်နေရသော နေ့ရက်ကာလ အဘယ်မျှလောက် ကြာရပါမည်နည်း။ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲသောသူတို့အား၊ အဘယ်ကာလမှ တရားဆုံးဖြတ် တော်မူမည်နည်း။
How many are the days of your servant? When will you bring judgment against those who persecute me?
The iniquitous have spoken fables to me. But these are unlike your law.
86 ၈၆ အလုံးစုံသော ပညတ်တော်တို့သည် သစ္စာနှင့် ပြည့်စုံကြပါ၏။ သူတပါးတို့သည် အကြောင်းမရှိဘဲ အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုညှဉ်းဆဲကြသည် ဖြစ်၍၊ မစတော်မူပါ။
All your commandments are truth. They have been persecuting me unjustly: assist me.
87 ၈၇ သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မြေကြီးပေါ်က သုတ်သင်ပယ်ရှင်းလုပါပြီ။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသများကို အကျွန်ုပ်မစွန့်ပါ။
They have nearly consumed me on earth. Yet I have not forsaken your commandments.
88 ၈၈ ကရုဏာတော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူပါ။ နှုတ်တော်ထွက် ဗျာဒိတ်တော် ကို စောင့်ပါမည်။
Revive me according to your mercy. And I will keep the testimonies of your mouth.
O Lord, your word remains firm in heaven, for all eternity.
Your truth is from generation to generation. You have founded the earth, and it remains firm.
91 ၉၁ ခပ်သိမ်းသောအရာတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်ဖြစ်၍ စီရင်တော်မူသည်နှင့်အညီ၊ ယနေ့တိုင်အောင် အမြဲနေကြပါ၏။
By your ordinance, the day perseveres. For all things are in service to you.
If your law had not been my (meditation) then perhaps I would have perished in my humiliation.
93 ၉၃ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေများကို အစဉ်မမေ့မလျော့ နိုင်ပါ။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ထိုဥပဒေသများအားဖြင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အသက်ရှင်စေ တော်မူ၏။
I will not forget your justifications, for eternity. For by them, you have enlivened me.
94 ၉၄ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသများကို ရှာဖွေလိုက်စစ်သော ကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်တင်တော်မူပါ။
I am yours. Accomplish my salvation. For I have inquired into your justifications.
95 ၉၅ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ဖျက်ဆီးခြင်းငှါ၊ မတရားသော သူတို့သည် စောင့်လျက်နေကြပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ဆင်ခြင် အောက် မေ့ပါမည်။
The sinners have waited for me, in order to destroy me. I have understood your testimonies.
I have seen the end of the consummation of all things. Your commandment is exceedingly broad.
How have I loved your law, O Lord? It is my meditation all day long.
98 ၉၈ ပညတ်တရားတော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ရန်သူတို့ ထက်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုသာ၍ ပညာရှိစေပါ၏။ ပညတ်တရား တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၌ အစဉ်တည်ပါ၏။
By your commandment, you have made me able to see far, beyond my enemies. For it is with me for eternity.
99 ၉၉ သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ဆင်ခြင်အောက်မေ့သောကြောင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဆရာ အပေါင်းတို့ထက်သာ၍ နားလည်ပါ၏။
I have understood beyond all my teachers. For your testimonies are my (meditation)
I have understood beyond the elders. For I have searched your commandments.
I have prohibited my feet from every evil way, so that I may keep your words.
I have not declined from your judgments, because you have stationed a law for me.
103 ၁၀၃ မိန့်တော်မူချက်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်အာခေါင်၌ အလွန်ချိုကြပါ၏။ ခံတွင်းထဲမှာ ပျားရည်ထက်သာ၍ ချိုကြပါ၏။
How sweet is your eloquence to my palate, more so than honey to my mouth!
104 ၁၀၄ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသများအားဖြင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ဥာဏ်တိုး ပွား၍၊ မိစ္ဆာလမ်းရှိသမျှတို့ကို မုန်းပါ၏။
I obtained understanding by your commandments. Because of this, I have hated every way of iniquity.
Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my paths.
I have sworn it, and so I am determined to keep the judgments of your justice.
107 ၁၀၇ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အလွန် ဆင်းရဲခြင်းကို ခံရပါ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်အတိုင်း အသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူပါ။
I have been altogether humbled, Lord. Revive me according to your word.
108 ၁၀၈ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် စေတနာ စိတ်ရှိ၍၊ ကိုယ်နှုတ်နှင့်ဆက်သော ပူဇော်သက္ကာတို့ကို နှစ်သက်တော်မူပါ၏။ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့ကိုလည်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၌ သွန်သင်တော်မူပါဟု တောင်းပန်ပါ၏။
Make the willing offerings of my mouth well pleasing, Lord, and teach me your judgments.
My soul is always in my hands, and I have not forgotten your law.
110 ၁၁၀ မတရားသော သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ဘို့ ကျော့ ကွင်းကို ထောင်ထားကြပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ဥပဒေသများမှ လွှဲ၍ မသွားပါ။
Sinners have set a snare for me, yet I have not strayed from your commandments.
111 ၁၁၁ သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် နှလုံး ရွှင်လန်းရာ ဖြစ်၍၊ ကိုယ်အမွေဥစ္စာဘို့ အစဉ်အမြဲ ခံယူ ပါ၏။
I have acquired your testimonies as an inheritance unto eternity, because they are the exultation of my heart.
112 ၁၁၂ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို အဆုံးတိုင်အောင် အစဉ် လိုက်ခြင်းအလိုငှါ၊ ကိုယ်စိတ်နှလုံးကို တိုက်တွန်းပါ၏။
I have inclined my heart to do your justifications for eternity, as a recompense.
I have hated the iniquitous, and I have loved your law.
114 ၁၁၄ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏ အကွယ်အကာ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဒိုင်းလွှားဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို မြော်လင့်လျက်နေပါ၏။
You are my helper and my supporter. And in your word, I have greatly hoped.
115 ၁၁၅ ဒုစရိုက်ကို ပြုသောသူတို့၊ ငါ့ထံမှ ဖယ်သွားကြ။ ငါသည် ဘုရားသခင်၏ ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို ကျင့်စောင် မည်။
Turn away from me, you malignant ones. And I will examine the commandments of my God.
116 ၁၁၆ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အသက်ရှင်ပါမည် အကြောင်း၊ မိန့်တော်မူချက်အတိုင်း ထောက်မတော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် မြော်လင့်ခြင်းအကြောင်းမှ မရှက်မကြောက်ပါစေနှင့်။
Uphold me according to your eloquence, and I will live. And let me not be confounded in my expectation.
117 ၁၁၇ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ချမ်းသာရပါမည်အကြောင်း မစတော်မူပါ။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို အစဉ်အမြဲ ထောက် ရှုပါမည်။
Help me, and I will be saved. And I will meditate always on your justifications.
You have despised all those who fell away from your judgments. For their intention is unjust.
119 ၁၁၉ မတရားသော မြေသားအပေါင်းတို့ကို ချော်ကဲ့ သို့ မှတ်တော်မူ၏။ ထိုကြောင့် သက်သေခံတော်မူချက် တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်နှစ်သက်ပါ၏။
I have considered all the sinners of the earth to be transgressors. Therefore, I have loved your testimonies.
120 ၁၂၀ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ထိတ်လန့်သဖြင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကြက်သီးမွေးညှင်းထ၍၊ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့မှာ ကြောက် ပါ၏။
Pierce my flesh with your fear, for I am afraid of your judgments.
121 ၁၂၁ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် တရားဆုံးဖြတ်ခြင်း၊ ဖြောင့်မတ် စွာ စီရင်ခြင်းကို ပြုပါပြီ။ ညှဉ်းဆဲသော သူတို့လက်၌ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ပစ်ထားတော်မမူပါနှင့်။
I have accomplished judgment and justice. Do not hand me over to those who slander me.
122 ၁၂၂ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်အဘို့အလိုငှါ အာမခံတော်မူ ပါ။ မာနကြီး သောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မနှိပ်စက်ကြ ပါစေနှင့်။
Uphold your servant in what is good. And do not allow the arrogant to slander me.
123 ၁၂၃ ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်းကျေးဇူးကို၎င်း၊ ဖြောင့် မတ်ခြင်းတရားတော်နှင့်ယှဉ်သော ဗျာဒိတ်တော်ကို၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်မျက်စိသည် မျှော်၍ အားကုန်ပါပြီ။
My eyes have failed in your salvation and in the eloquence of your justice.
Deal with your servant according to your mercy, and teach me your justifications.
125 ၁၂၅ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့ကိုနားလည်နိုင်သော ဥာဏ်ကို ပေးသနားတော်မူပါ။
I am your servant. Give me understanding, so that I may know your testimonies.
It is time to act, O Lord. They have dissipated your law.
Therefore, I have loved your commandments beyond gold and topaz.
128 ၁၂၈ သို့ဖြစ်လျှင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသအလုံးစုံတို့ သည် ဖြောင့်ကြသည်ဟုထင်မှတ်လျက်၊ မိစ္ဆာလမ်းရှိသမျှ တို့ကို မုန်းပါ၏။
Because of this, I was directed toward all your commandments. I held hatred for every iniquitous way.
Your testimonies are wonderful. Therefore, my soul has been examined by them.
The declaration of your words illuminates, and it gives understanding to little ones.
I opened my mouth and drew breath, for I desired your commandments.
132 ၁၃၂ နာမတော်ကို ချစ်သော သူတို့၌ ပြုတော်မူတတ် သည်အတိုင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကြည့်ရှု၍ ကယ်မသနား တော်မူပါ။
Gaze upon me and be merciful to me, according to the judgment of those who love your name.
133 ၁၃၃ မိန့်တော်မူချက် အစဉ်အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုပ်ခြေ လှမ်းတို့ကို ဖြောင့်စေတော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အဘယ်မည် သော ဒုစရိုက်မျှအစိုးမရပါစေနှင့်။
Direct my steps according to your eloquence, and let no injustice rule over me.
134 ၁၃၄ လူတို့၏ ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းထဲက အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ရွေးနှုတ် တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ဥပဒေသများကို စောင့်ပါ မည်။
Redeem me from the slanders of men, so that I may keep your commandments.
135 ၁၃၅ မျက်နှာတော်၏အလင်းကို ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန် အပေါ်မှာ ထွန်းလင်းစေ၍၊ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။
Make your face shine upon your servant, and teach me your justifications.
136 ၁၃၆ သူတပါးများတို့သည် တရားတော်ကို မစောင့် သောကြောင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်မျက်စိတို့မှ မျက်ရည်သည် မြစ်ရေ ကဲ့သို့စီးပါ၏။
My eyes have gushed like springs of water, because they have not kept your law.
You are just, O Lord, and your judgment is right.
You have commanded justice: your testimonies and your truth even more so.
139 ၁၃၉ ရန်သူတို့သည် စကားတော်တို့ကို မေ့လျော့သော ကြောင့်၊ စွဲလန်းပူပန်ခြင်းစိတ်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ ပါ၏။
My zeal has caused me to pine away, because my enemies have forgotten your words.
Your eloquence has been greatly enflamed, and your servant has loved it.
141 ၁၄၁ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ငယ်သောသူ၊ မထီမဲ့မြင်ပြုခြင်း ကို ခံရသောသူ ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသများကို မမေ့မလျော့ပါ။
I am young and treated with contempt. But I have not forgotten your justifications.
142 ၁၄၂ ဖြောင့်မတ်တော်မူခြင်းသည် နိစ္စထာဝရ ဖြောင့် မတ်ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်၏တရားသည် သစ္စာ တရားဖြစ်ပါ၏။
Your justice is justice for all eternity, and your law is truth.
Tribulation and anguish have found me. Your commandments are my (meditation)
144 ၁၄၄ သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့သည် အစဉ်အမြဲ ဖြောင့်ကြပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အသက်ရှင်ပါမည် အကြောင်း၊ ဥာဏ်ကိုပေးသနားတော်မူပါ။
Your testimonies are fairness unto eternity. Give me understanding, and I will live.
145 ၁၄၅ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် စိတ်နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့အော်ဟစ် ပါ၏။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို စောင့်ပါမည်။
I cried out with my whole heart. Heed me, O Lord. I will ask for your justifications.
I cried out to you. Save me, so that I may keep your commandments.
I arrived first in maturity, and so I cried out. For in your words, I have hoped beyond hope.
My eyes preceded the dawn for you, so that I might meditate on your eloquence.
149 ၁၄၉ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကရုဏာတော်ရှိသည် အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုပ်စကားကို နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ စီရင် တော်မူချက်နှင့်အညီ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အသက်ရှင်စေတော် မူပါ။
Hear my voice according to your mercy, O Lord. And revive me according to your judgment.
150 ၁၅၀ မကောင်းသောအကြံအစည်၌ ကျင်လည်သော သူတို့သည် အနီးသို့ချဉ်းကြပါ၏။ သူတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် ၏တရားနှင့် ဝေးကြပါ၏။
Those who persecute me have drawn near to iniquity, but they have been brought far from your law.
You are near, O Lord, and all your ways are truth.
I have known from the beginning about your testimonies. For you founded them in eternity.
153 ၁၅၃ အကျွန်ုပ်ခံရသော ဆင်းရဲခြင်းကို ကြည့်ရှု၍၊ ကယ်နှုတ်တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်၏တရားကို မမေ့ မလျော့ပါ။
See my humiliation and rescue me, for I have not forgotten your law.
154 ၁၅၄ အကျွန်ုပ် အမှုကို စောင့်၍ အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုရွေးနှုတ် တော်မူပါ။ ဗျာဒိတ်တော်အားဖြင့် အသက်ရှင်စေတော် မူပါ။
Judge my judgment and redeem me. Revive me because of your eloquence.
Salvation is far from sinners, because they have not inquired about your justifications.
156 ၁၅၆ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ သနားစုံမက်တော်မူခြင်း သဘောသည် ကြွယ်ဝပါ၏။ စီရင်တော်မူချက်နှင့်အညီ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူပါ။
Many are your mercies, O Lord. Enliven me according to your judgment.
157 ၁၅၇ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲသောသူနှင့် ရန်ဘက်ပြု သော သူတို့သည် များကြပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် သက်သေခံတော်မူချက်တို့မှ လွှဲ၍မသွားပါ။
Many are those who persecute me and who trouble me. I have not turned away from your testimonies.
158 ၁၅၈ သစ္စာမရှိသောသူတို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်သည်မြင်၍ စိတ်နာပါ၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ သူတို့သည် ဗျာဒိတ်တော် စကားကို နားမထောင်ဘဲ နေကြပါ၏။
I saw the prevaricators, and I pine away. For they have not kept your word.
159 ၁၅၉ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒသများကို အကျွန်ုပ် နှစ်သက်ကြောင်းကို မှတ်တော်မူပါ။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကရုဏာတော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အသက်ရှင် စေတော်မူပါ။
O Lord, see how I have loved your commandments. Revive me in your mercy.
160 ၁၆၀ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်အလုံးစုံတို့သည် ဟုတ်မှန်ပါ ၏။ တရားသဖြင့် စီရင်တော်မူချက်ရှိသမျှတို့သည် အစဉ် အမြဲ တည်ကြပါ၏။
The beginning of your words is truth. All the judgments of your justice are for eternity.
161 ၁၆၁ အစိုးရသော သူတို့သည် အကြောင်းမရှိဘဲ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲကြသော်လည်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်စိတ်နှလုံး သည် စကားတော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ပါ၏။
The leaders have persecuted me without cause. And my heart has been awed by your words.
I will rejoice over your eloquence, like one who has found many spoils.
I have held hatred for iniquity, and I have abhorred it. Yet I have loved your law.
Seven times a day, I uttered praise to you about the judgments of your justice.
165 ၁၆၅ တရားတော်ကို နှစ်သက်သော သူတို့၌ ကြီးစွာ သော ငြိမ်ဝပ်ခြင်း ရှိပါ၏။ သူတို့စိတ်ပျက်စရာအကြောင်း မရှိပါ။
Those who love your law have great peace, and there is no scandal for them.
I have waited for your salvation, O Lord. And I have loved your commandments.
My soul has kept to your testimonies and has loved them exceedingly.
168 ၁၆၈ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသတို့နှင့် သက်သေခံတော် မူချက်တို့ကို စောင့်ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်အကျင့်ရှိသမျှတို့သည် ရှေ့တော်၌ရှိကြပါ၏။
I have served your commandments and your testimonies. For all my ways are before your sight.
169 ၁၆၉ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အော်ဟစ်သံသည် ရှေ့တော်သို့ ရောက်ပါစေသော။ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော် အတိုင်း ဥာဏ်ကို ပေးသနားတော်မူပါ။
O Lord, let my supplication draw near in your sight. Grant understanding to me according to your eloquence.
170 ၁၇၀ အသနားခံသောစကားသည် ရှေ့တော်သို့ ရောက်ပါစေသော။ ဗျာဒိတ်တော်အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်နှုတ်တော်မူပါ။
Let my petition enter before you. Rescue me according to your word.
171 ၁၇၁ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို သွန်သင်တော်မူသော အခါ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏နှုတ်သည် ချီးမွမ်းခြင်းကို မြွက်ဆို ပါမည်။
A hymn will burst forth from my lips, when you will teach me your justifications.
172 ၁၇၂ အလုံးစုံသော ပညတ်တော်တို့သည် ဖြောင့်မတ် ပါသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်လျှာသည် ဗျာဒိတ်တော်ကို သီချင်းဆိုပါမည်။
My tongue will pronounce your eloquence. For all your commandments are fairness.
Let it be your hand that saves me. For I have chosen your commandments.
174 ၁၇၄ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်း ကျေးဇူးကို အကျွန်ုပ် တောင့်တပါ၏။ တရားတော်သည် လည်း အကျွန်ုပ်မွေ့လျော်ရာ ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
O Lord, I have longed for your salvation, and your law is my (meditation)
175 ၁၇၅ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အသက်ရှင်၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းပါစေသော။ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မစကြပါစေသော။
My soul will live and will praise you, and your judgments will assist me.
176 ၁၇၆ ပျောက်သော သိုးကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် လမ်းလွဲ ပါပြီ။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်ကိုရှာတော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို မမေ့မလျော့ပါ။
I have gone astray like a sheep that is lost. Seek out your servant, for I have not forgotten your commandments.
