ဆာလံ 101

1 ၁ ငါသည် သနားစုံမက်ခြင်း၊ တရားသဖြင့် စီရင် ခြင်းကို အကြောင်းပြု၍ သီချင်းဆိုပါမည်။ အို ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ ရှေ့တော်၌ သီချင်းဆိုပါမည်။

A psalm for David himself. Mercy and judgment I will sing to thee, O Lord: I will sing,

2 ၂ စုံလင်သော တရားအတိုင်း ပညာသတိနှင့် ကျင့်ပါမည်။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ဆီသို့ အဘယ် ကာလမှ ကြွလာတော်မူမည်နည်း။ ကိုယ်အိမ်တွင် သန့်ရှင်းသော စိတ်နှလုံးနှင့်ကျင့်ပါမည်။

And I will understand in the unspotted way, when thou shalt come to me. I walked in the innocence of my heart, in the midst of my house.

3 ၃ အဓမ္မအမှုအရာကို မျက်မှောက်မပြုပါ။ လမ်းလွှဲ သော သူ၏ အမှုကို ရွံရှာသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ငါ၌ မမှီမကပ်ရ။

I did not set before my eyes any unjust thing: I hated the workers of iniquities.

4 ၄ သဘောကောက်သော သူသည် ငါ့ထံမှ ထွက် သွားရမည်။ မကောင်းသောသူနှင့် ငါမပေါင်းဘော်။

The perverse heart did not cleave to me: and the malignant, that turned aside from me, I would not know.

5 ၅ မိမိအိမ် နီးချင်း၏ အသရေကို တိတ်ဆိတ်စွာ ဖျက်သော သူကို ငါပယ်ဖြတ်မည်။ မျက်နှာထောင်လွှား၍ စိတ်မြင့်သောသူကို သည်းမခံ။

The man that in private detracted his neighbour, him did I persecute. With him that had a proud eye, and an unsatiable heart, I would not eat.

6 ၆ သစ္စာရှိသော ပြည်သားတို့ သည် ငါ့ထံမှာ နေမည် အကြောင်း သူတို့ကို ငါကြည့်ရှုမည်။ စုံလင်သောတရား၌ ကျင်လည်သောသူသည် ငါ၏ အမှုကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။

My eyes were upon the faithful of the earth, to sit with me: the man that walked in the perfect way, he served me.

7 ၇ လှည့်စားတတ်သောသူမူကား၊ ငါ့အိမ်၌ မနေရ။ မုသာစကားကို ပြောတတ်သော သူသည်လည်း၊ ငါ့မျက်မှောက်၌ အခွင့်မရှိရ။

He that worketh pride shall not dwell in the midst of my house: he that speaketh unjust things did not prosper before my eyes.

8 ၈ ဆိုးသောအမှုကို ပြုသောသူအပေါင်းတို့ကို ထာဝရဘုရား၏ မြို့တော်မှ ပယ်ဖြတ်မည်အကြောင်း၊ မတရားသော ပြည်သားရှိသမျှတို့ကို စောစောဖျက်ဆီး လေအံ့သတည်း။

In the morning I put to death all the wicked of the land: that I might cut off all the workers of iniquity from the city of the Lord.
