ယောဟန် 16
'These things I have spoken to you, that ye may not be stumbled,
2 ၂ လောကီသားတို့သည် သင်တို့ကိုတရားစရပ်မှ နှင်ထုတ်လိမ့်မည်။ သင်တို့ကိုသတ်သောသူ မည်သည် ကား၊ ဘုရားဝတ်ကို ငါပြုပြီဟု မိမိထင်မှတ်သောအချိန်ကာလရောက်လိမ့်မည်။
out of the synagogues they will put you; but an hour doth come, that every one who hath killed you, may think to offer service unto God;
and these things they will do to you, because they did not know the Father, nor me.
4 ၄ ထိုအချိန်ကာလရောက်သောအခါ၊ ငါသည်အထက်က ဤသို့ပြောပြီးသည်ကို သင်တို့အောက်မေ့ စေခြင်းငှါ ယခုပင် ငါဟောပြော၏။အစဦး၌ သင်တို့နှင့်အတူ ငါရှိသောကြောင့် ဤသို့မပြောဘူးသေး။
'But these things I have spoken to you, that when the hour may come, ye may remember them, that I said [them] to you, and these things to you from the beginning I did not say, because I was with you;
and now I go away to Him who sent me, and none of you doth ask me, Whither dost thou go?
but because these things I have said to you, the sorrow hath filled your heart.
7 ၇ ငါအမှန်အကန်ဆိုသည်ကား၊ ငါသွားလျှင် သင်တို့အကျိုးရှိလိမ့်မည်။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ငါမသွားလျှင် ဥပဇ္ဈာယ်ဆရာသည် သင်တို့ဆီသို့မလာ။ ငါသွားလျှင် ထိုသူကို သင်တို့ဆီသို့ ငါစေလွှတ်မည်။
'But I tell you the truth; it is better for you that I go away, for if I may not go away, the Comforter will not come unto you, and if I go on, I will send Him unto you;
8 ၈ ဥပဇ္ဈာယ်ဆရာသည် ရောက်လာလျှင်၊ ဒုစရိုက်အပြစ်ကို၎င်း၊ အပြစ်ကင်းခြင်းကို၎င်း၊ အပြစ်စီရင်ခြင်း ကို၎င်း၊ လောကီသားတို့အား ထင်ရှားစွာဘော်ပြမည်။
and having come, He will convict the world concerning sin, and concerning righteousness, and concerning judgment;
concerning sin indeed, because they do not believe in me;
10 ၁၀ ငါသည် ခမည်းတော်ထံသို့ သွားမည်ဖြစ်၍၊ သင်တို့သည် နောက်တဖန် ငါ့ကိုမတွေ့မမြင်ရသော ကြောင့်၊ အပြစ်ကင်းခြင်းကို ဘော်ပြမည်။
and concerning righteousness, because unto my Father I go away, and no more do ye behold me;
and concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world hath been judged.
'I have yet many things to say to you, but ye are not able to bear [them] now;
13 ၁၃ သမ္မာတရားနှင့်ပြည့်စုံသော ထိုဝိညာဉ်တော်သည် ရောက်လာသောအခါ၊ သမ္မာတရားကို သင်တို့အား အကြွင်းမဲ့ သွန်သင်ပြလိမ့်မည်။ ထိုဝိညာဉ်တော်သည် ကိုယ်အလိုအလျောက်ဟောပြောမည်အဟုတ်။ ကြား သမျှတို့ကို ဟောပြောလိမ့်မည်။ နောင်လာလတံ့သောအရာတို့ကိုလည်း သင်တို့အား ဘော်ပြလိမ့်မည်။
and when He may come — the Spirit of truth — He will guide you to all the truth, for He will not speak from Himself, but as many things as He will hear He will speak, and the coming things He will tell you;
14 ၁၄ ထိုသူသည် ငါ့ဘုန်းကိုထင်ရှားစေလိမ့်မည်။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ငါနှင့်စပ်ဆိုင်သောအရာကိုယူ၍ သင်တို့အား ဘော်ပြလိမ့်မည်။
He will glorify me, because of mine He will take, and will tell to you.
15 ၁၅ ခမည်းတော်နှင့်စပ်ဆိုင်သမျှသည် ငါနှင့်စပ်ဆိုင်၏။ ထိုကြောင့် ငါနှင့်စပ်ဆိုင်သောအရာကိုယူ၍ သင်တို့အားဘော်ပြလိမ့်မည်ဟု ငါပြော၏။
'All things, as many as the Father hath, are mine; because of this I said, That of mine He will take, and will tell to you;
16 ၁၆ ခဏကြာပြီးမှ သင်တို့သည်ငါ့ကိုမမြင်ရကြ။ တဖန်ခဏကြာပြီးမှ ငါ့ကိုမြင်ပြန်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ငါသည်ခမည်းတော်ထံသို့ သွားမည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
a little while, and ye do not behold me, and again a little while, and ye shall see me, because I go away unto the Father.'
17 ၁၇ တပည့်တော်အချို့ကလည်း၊ ခဏကြာပြီးမှ သင်တို့သည်ငါ့ကို မမြင်ရကြ။ တဖန်ခဏကြာပြီးမှ ငါ့ကို မြင်ပြန်ကြလိမ့်မည်ဟူ၍၎င်း၊ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ငါသည် ခမည်းတော်ထံသို့ သွားမည်ဟူ၍၎င်း၊ မိန့်တော် မူသောစကားသည် အဘယ်သို့နည်း။
Therefore said [some] of his disciples one to another, 'What is this that he saith to us, A little while, and ye do not behold me, and again a little while, and ye shall see me, and, Because I go away unto the Father?'
18 ၁၈ ခဏဟူ၍မိန့်တော်မူသော် အဘယ်သို့ဆိုလိုသနည်း မိန့်တော်မူသောစကားကို အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် နားမလည်ဟု အချင်းချင်းပြောဆိုကြ၏။
they said then, 'What is this he saith — the little while? we have not known what he saith.'
19 ၁၉ တပည့်တော်တို့သည်မေးလျှောက်လိုသည်ကို ယေရှုသိမြင်တော်မူလျှင်၊ ခဏကြာပြီးမှ သင်တို့သည် ငါ့ကိုမမြင်ရကြ။ တဖန်ခဏကြာပြီးမှ ငါ့ကိုမြင်ပြန်ကြလိမ့်မည်ဟု ငါပြောသောစကားကို သင်တို့သည် အချင်းချင်း ဆင်ခြင်ကြသလော။
Jesus, therefore, knew that they were wishing to ask him, and he said to them, 'Concerning this do ye seek one with another, because I said, A little while, and you do not behold me, and again a little while, and ye shall see me?
20 ၂၀ ငါအမှန်အကန်ဆိုသည်ကား၊ သင်တို့သည် ငိုကြွေးမြည်တမ်းခြင်းရှိကြလိမ့်မည်။ လောကီသားတို့သည် ဝမ်းမြောက်ခြင်းရှိကြလိမ့်မည်။ သင်တို့မူကား ဝမ်းနည်းခြင်းရှိသော်လည်း ထိုဝမ်းနည်းခြင်းသည် တဖန် ဝမ်းမြောက်ခြင်း ဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။
verily, verily, I say to you, that ye shall weep and lament, and the world will rejoice; and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow joy will become.
21 ၂၁ မိန်းမသည်သားကို ဘွားစဉ်အခါ ဘွားရသောအချိန်စေ့သောကြောင့် ဝမ်းနည်းခြင်းရှိ၏။ ဘွားမြင် ပြီးမှ ဤလောက၌ လူတယောက်ကိုဘွားမြင်သောကြောင့် ဝမ်းမြောက်ခြင်းရှိ၍၊ အထက်ခံရသောဝေဒနာကို မေ့လျော့တတ်၏။
'The woman, when she may bear, hath sorrow, because her hour did come, and when she may bear the child, no more doth she remember the anguish, because of the joy that a man was born to the world.
22 ၂၂ ထိုနည်းတူ၊ ယခုတွင် သင်တို့သည် ဝမ်းနည်းခြင်းရှိကြသော်လည်း၊ နောက်တဖန်သင်တို့ကို ငါတွေ့မြင် သဖြင့် သင်တို့သည်စိတ်နှလုံးဝမ်းမြောက်ခြင်း ရှိကြလိမ့်မည်။ ထိုဝမ်းမြောက်ခြင်းကို အဘယ်သူမျှ လုယူ ဖျက်ဆီးခြင်းငှါ မတတ်နိုင်။
'And ye, therefore, now, indeed, have sorrow; and again I will see you, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no one doth take from you,
23 ၂၃ ထိုနေ့၌ သင်တို့သည် ငါ့ကိုအလျှင်းမမေးမြန်းရကြ။ ငါအမှန်အကန်ဆိုသည်ကား၊ သင်တို့သည်ငါ၏ နာမကိုအမှီပြု၍ ခမည်းတော်မှာ ဆုတောင်းသမျှတို့ကို ခမည်းတော်သည် ပေးတော်မူမည်။
and in that day ye will question me nothing; verily, verily, I say to you, as many things as ye may ask of the Father in my name, He will give you;
24 ၂၄ ယခုတိုင်အောင် ငါ၏နာမကိုအမှီပြု၍ သင်တို့သည် အဘယ်ဆုကိုမျှ မတောင်းကြသေး။ သင်တို့သည် ဝမ်းမြောက်စရာအကြောင်းစုံလင်စေခြင်းငှါ တောင်းကြလော့။ ထိုသို့တောင်းလျှင် ရကြလိမ့်မည်။
till now ye did ask nothing in my name; ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.
25 ၂၅ ဤအရာတို့ကို ပုံဥပမာအားဖြင့် ငါဟောပြော၏။ ပုံဥပမာအားဖြင့် မဟောမပြောဘဲ၊ ခမည်းတော်နှင့် စပ်ဆိုင်သောအရာတို့ကို သင်တို့အားအတည့်အလင်းဖော်ပြသောအချိန်ကာလ ရောက်လိမ့်မည်။
'These things in similitudes I have spoken to you, but there cometh an hour when no more in similitudes will I speak to you, but freely of the Father, will tell you.
26 ၂၆ ထိုကာလ၌ သင်တို့သည် ငါ၏နာမကိုအမှီပြု၍ ဆုတောင်းကြလိမ့်မည်။ သင်တို့အဘို့အလိုငှါ ငါသည် ခမည်းတော်ကို တောင်းမည်ဟုမဆို။
'In that day, in my name ye will make request, and I do not say to you that I will ask the Father for you,
27 ၂၇ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ သင်တို့သည်ငါ့ကိုချစ်ကြ၍၊ ငါသည်ဘုရားသခင်အထံတော်မှ ကြွလာသည်ကို ယုံကြည်သောကြောင့် ခမည်းတော်သည် ကိုယ်တော်တိုင် သင်တို့ကိုချစ်တော်မူ၏။
for the Father himself doth love you, because me ye have loved, and ye have believed that I from God came forth;
28 ၂၈ ငါသည် ခမည်းတော်ထံမှထွက်၍ ဤလောကသို့ကြွလာပြီ။ တဖန် ဤလောကမှထွက်၍ ခမည်းတော် ထံသို့ သွားဦးမည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
I came forth from the Father, and have come to the world; again I leave the world, and go on unto the Father.'
His disciples say to him, 'Lo, now freely thou dost speak, and no similitude speakest thou;
30 ၃၀ အလုံးစုံတို့ကို သိတော်မူသည်ကို၎င်း၊ အဘယ်သူမျှကိုယ်တော်ကို မေးမြန်းစေခြင်းငှါ အလိုတော် မရှိသည်ကို၎င်း၊ ယခုတွင် အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သိကြပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ဤအကြောင်းကိုထောက်၍ ကိုယ်တော် သည် ဘုရားသခင်အထံတော်မှ ကြွတော်မူသည်ကို ယုံပါသည်ဟု လျှောက်ကြ၏။
now we have known that thou hast known all things, and hast no need that any one do question thee; in this we believe that from God thou didst come forth.'
Jesus answered them, 'Now do ye believe? lo, there doth come an hour,
32 ၃၂ သင်တို့သည် ကွဲပြား၍ ငါ့ကိုတကိုယ်တည်းနေစေခြင်းငှါ စွန်ပစ်လျက်၊ အသီးသီးမိမိသို့နေရာသို့ ပြေးသွားမည့်အချိန်ကာလသည် လာ၍ယခုပင်ရောက်ပေ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း ငါသည်တကိုယ်တည်းနေသည် မဟုတ်။ ခမည်းတော်သည်ငါနှင့်အတူရှိတော်မူ၏။
and now it hath come, that ye may be scattered, each to his own things, and me ye may leave alone, and I am not alone, because the Father is with me;
33 ၃၃ သင်တို့သည် ငါ့ကိုအမှီပြု၍ ငြိမ်သက်ခြင်းရှိစေခြင်းငှါ ဤစကားကိုငါဟောပြောပြီ။ သင်တို့သည် လောက၌ ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခကိုခံကြရလိမ့်မည်။ သို့သော်လည်းမစိုးရိမ်ကြနှင့်။ ငါသည်လောကကိုအောင်ပြီဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
these things I have spoken to you, that in me ye may have peace, in the world ye shall have tribulation, but take courage — I have overcome the world.'
