ယေဇကျေလ 2

1 ၁ ထိုဗျာဒိတ်ရူပါရုံကို ငါသည် မြင်သောအခါ ပြပ်ဝပ်လျက်နေ၏။ တဦးသောသူကလည်း၊ အချင်း လူသား၊ မတ်တတ်နေလော့။ သင့်အားငါ ပြောမည်ဟု ငါ့အားဆိုသံကိုငါကြား၏။

This was the vision of the likeness of the glory of the Lord. And I saw, and I fell upon my face, and I heard the voice of one that spoke. And he said to me: Son of man, stand upon thy feet, and I will speak to thee.

2 ၂ ထိုသို့ဆိုသောအခါ ဝိညာဉ်တော်သည် ငါ့အထဲ သို့ဝင်၍ မတ်တတ်နေစေသဖြင့်၊ ငါနှင့်ပြောသောသူ၏ စကားကိုငါကြားသည်ကား၊

And the spirit entered into me after that he spoke to me, and he set me upon my feet: and I heard him speaking to me,

3 ၃ အချင်းလူသား၊ ငါ့ကိုပုန်ကန်တတ်သော အမျိုး တည်းဟူသော၊ ယနေ့တိုင်အောင် ဘိုးဘေးတို့နှင့်တကွ ငါတို့အစဉ်ပုန်ကန်၍၊ ပြစ်မှားသော ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့ ရှိရာသို့ သင့်ကို ငါစေလွှတ်မည်။

And saying: Son of man, I send thee to the children of Israel, to a rebellious people, that hath revolted from me, they, and their fathers, have transgressed my covenant even unto this day.

4 ၄ ရဲသောမျက်နှာနှင့်ခိုင်မာသော နှလုံးရှိသော အမျိုးသားတို့ရှိရာသို့ သင့်ကို ငါစေလွှတ်၍၊ သင်က၊ အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူသည်ဟု သူတို့အား ပြောရမည်။

And they to whom I send thee are children of a hard face, and of an obstinate heart: and thou shalt say to them: Thus saith the Lord God:

5 ၅ သူတို့သည် ပုန်ကန်တတ်သော အမျိုးဖြစ်၍၊ နား ထောင်သည်ဖြစ်စေ၊ နားမထောင်သည်ဖြစ်စေ၊ မိမိတို့တွင် ပရောဖက်ရှိသည်ကို သိရကြမည်။

If so be they at least will hear, and if so be they will forbear, for they are a provoking house: and they shall know that there hath been a prophet in the midst of them.

6 ၆ အချင်းလူသား၊ သင်သည် ဆူးပင်အမျိုးမျိုးနှင့် တွေ့၍၊ ကင်းမြီးကောက်တို့တွင် နေရသော်လည်း သူတို့ကိုမကြောက်နှင့်။ သူတို့စကားကိုလည်း မကြောက် နှင့်။ သူတို့သည်ပုန်ကန်တတ်သော အမျိုးဖြစ်၍၊ သူတို့ စကားကိုမကြောက်နှင့်။ သူတို့မျက်နှာရည်ကြောင့် စိတ်မပျက်နှင့်။

And thou, O son of man, fear not, neither be thou afraid of their words: for thou art among unbelievers and destroyers, and thou dwellest with scorpions. Fear not their words, neither be thou dismayed at their looks: for they are a provoking house.

7 ၇ သူတို့သည် အလွန်ပုန်ကန်တတ်သော သဘော ရှိသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ နားထောင်သည်ဖြစ်စေ၊ နားမထောင်သည် ဖြစ်စေ၊ ငါ့စကားကိုသူတို့အား ဟောပြောရမည်။

And thou shalt speak my words to them, if perhaps they will hear, and forbear: for they provoke me to anger.

8 ၈ အချင်းလူသား၊ ငါပြောသောစကားကို နား ထောင်လော့။ ထိုပုန်ကန်တတ်သော အမျိုးကဲ့သို့ ပုန်ကန် သော သဘောမရှိနှင့်။ သင့်ပစပ်ကို ဖွင့်၍ ငါပေးသော အရာကိုစားလော့ဟု မိန့်တော်မူလျှင်၊

But thou, O son of man, hear all that I say to thee: and do not thou provoke me, as that house provoketh me: open thy mouth, and eat what I give thee.

9 ၉ ငါကြည့်၍ စာလိပ်ပါသောလက်သည် ငါ့ဆီသို့ ဆန့်လျက်ရှိ၏။

And I looked, and behold, a hand was sent to me, wherein was a book rolled up:

10 ၁၀ ထိုစာလိပ်ကို ငါ့ရှေ့မှာ ဖွင့်ဖြန့်သောအခါ၊ တဘက်တချက်၌ အက္ခရာတင်၍ ငိုကြွေးမြည်တမ်းခြင်း အချက်၊ စိတ်မသာညည်းတွားခြင်းအချက်၊ အမင်္ဂလာ အချက်များပါသတည်း။

and he spread it before me, and it was written within and without: and there were written in it lamentations, and canticles, and woe.
