ထွက်မြောက်ရာ 5
1 ၁ ထိုနောက်မှ၊ မောရှေနှင့်အာရုန်သည် ဖါရောဘုရင်ထံသို့ဝင်၍၊ ဣသရေလအမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရားက၊ ငါ၏လူတို့သည် တော၌ ငါ့အဘို့ ပွဲခံစေခြင်းငှါ လွှတ်ရမည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူကြောင်းကို လျှောက်၏။
And afterward Moses and Aaron went in, and told Pharaoh, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Let my people go, that they may hold a feast to me in the wilderness.
2 ၂ ဖါရောမင်းကလည်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏စကားကို နားထောင်၍၊ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့ကို ငါလွှတ်စေ ခြင်းငှါ ထိုဘုရားကား အဘယ်သူနည်း။ ထာဝရဘုရားကို ငါမသိ၊ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့ကို ငါမလွှတ်ဟု ဆိုလေ၏။
And Pharaoh said, Who [is] the LORD, that I should obey his voice to let Israel go? I know not the LORD, neither will I let Israel go.
3 ၃ သူတို့ကလည်း၊ ဟေဗြဲလူတို့၏ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ကျွန်တော်တို့နှင့် တွေ့တော်မူပြီ။ တောသို့သုံးရက် ခရီးသွား၍၊ ကျွန်တော်တို့ ဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရဘုရားအား ယဇ်ပူဇော်ရသောအခွင့်ကို ပေးတော်မူပါ။ သို့မဟုတ် ကာလနာဘေး၊ ထားဘေးတစုံတခုဖြင့် ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ဒဏ်ခတ်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်ဟု လျှောက်ဆို၏။
And they said, The God of the Hebrews hath met with us: let us go, we pray thee, three days' journey into the desert, and sacrifice to the LORD our God; lest he fall upon us with pestilence, or with the sword.
4 ၄ အဲဂုတ္တုရှင်ဘုရင်ကလည်း၊ မောရှေနှင့် အာရုန်၊ သင်တို့သည် ဤလူများတို့ကို အဘယ်ကြောင့် အလုပ်ပြတ်စေသနည်း။ အမှုတော်ကို သွား၍ ဆောင်ရွက်ကြဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
And the king of Egypt said to them, Why do ye, Moses and Aaron, hinder the people from their works; go you to your burdens.
5 ၅ တဖန်လည်း ပြည်တော်၌ ထိုလူတို့သည် ယခုများကြ၏။ အမှုမထမ်းစေခြင်းငှါ သင်တို့သည် အခွင့် ပေးကြသည်တကားဟု ဖါရောဘုရင်ဆို၍၊
And Pharaoh said, Behold, the people of the land now [are] many, and ye make them rest from their burdens.
And Pharaoh commanded the same day the task-masters of the people, and their officers, saying,
7 ၇ အုတ်လုပ်စရာဘို့ ကောက်ရိုးကို လူတို့အား အရင်ပေးသကဲ့သို့ မပေးနှင့်။ သူတို့သည် ကောက်ရိုးကို ကိုယ်ဘို့ ရှာယူကြစေ။
Ye shall no more give the people straw to make brick, as heretofore; let them go and gather straw for themselves.
8 ၈ အုတ်ကိုကား၊ အရေအတွက်အားဖြင့် အရင်ကဲ့သို့လုပ်စေရမည်၊ အလျှင်းမလျော့စေနှင့်။ သူတို့သည် ပျင်းရိကြ၏။ ထိုကြောင့် သွား၍ငါတို့ ဘုရားသခင်အား ယဇ်ပူဇော်ကြစို့ဟု ကြွေးကြော်တတ်ကြ၏။
And the number of the bricks which they made heretofore, ye shall lay upon them; ye shall not diminish [aught] thereof; for they are idle: therefore they cry, saying, Let us go [and] sacrifice to our God.
Let more work be laid upon the men, that they may labor therein: and let them not regard vain words.
And the task-masters of the people went out, and their officers, and they spoke to the people, saying, Thus saith Pharaoh, I will not give you straw.
11 ၁၁ ကောက်ရိုးကို တွေ့နိုင်ရာအရပ်၌ ရှာကြ။ သို့သော်လည်း လုပ်ရသော အလုပ်အလျှင်းမလျော့ရဟု အမိန့်တော်ရှိသည်ဟု လူတို့အား ပြန်ကြားကြ၏။
Go ye, get you straw where ye can find it: yet not aught of your work shall be diminished.
12 ၁၂ သို့ဖြစ်၍လူတို့သည် ကောက်ရိုးအတွက် အမှိုက်ကို ရှာယူခြင်းငှါ အဲဂုတ္တုပြည်တရှောက်လုံးတွင် အရပ်ရပ် ကွဲပြားကြ၏။
So the people were scattered abroad throughout all the land of Egypt, to gather stubble instead of straw.
13 ၁၃ အုပ်ချုပ်သော သူတို့ကလည်း၊ ကောက်ရိုးကို ရသည်ကာလ၌ နေ့တိုင်းလုပ်ရသည်အတိုင်း၊ ပြီးအောင် လုပ်ကြဟု သူတို့ကိုနှိုးဆော်ကြ၏။
And the task-masters hastened [them], saying, Fulfill your works, [your] daily tasks, as when there was straw.
14 ၁၄ ဖါရောမင်း၏ အအုပ်အချုပ်တို့သည် ခန့်ထားသော ဣသရေလအမျိုး အကြပ်အဆော်တို့ကို သင်တို့ သည် အရင်ကလုပ်သည်အတိုင်း၊ ယနေ့နှင့်မနေ့၌ အုတ်လုပ်ရသောအမှုကို အဘယ်ကြောင့် မပြီးစီးစေကြ သနည်းဟု စစ်၍ရိုက်ကြ၏။
And the officers of the children of Israel, which Pharaoh's task-masters had set over them, were beaten, [and] demanded, Why have ye not fulfilled your task in making brick, both yesterday and to-day, as heretofore?
15 ၁၅ ထိုအခါ၊ ဣသရေလအမျိုး အကြပ်အဆော်တို့သည်၊ ဖါရောမင်းထံသို့သွား၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကျွန်တို့ကို အဘယ်ကြောင့် ဤသို့စီရင်တော်မူသနည်း။
Then the officers of the children of Israel came and cried to Pharaoh, saying, Why dealest thou thus with thy servants?
16 ၁၆ ကိုယ်တော်ကျွန်တို့အား၊ ကောက်ရိုးကိုမပေး၊ အုပ်ချုပ်သော သူတို့ကလည်း၊ အုတ်ကိုလုပ်ကြဟု ဆို သဖြင့်၊ ကျွန်တော်တို့သည် အရိုက်ခံရကြပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော် လူတို့၌သာ အပြစ်ရှိပါသည်ဟု အော်ဟစ်ကြ၏။
There is no straw given to thy servants, and they say to us, Make brick: and behold, thy servants [are] beaten; but the fault [is] in thy own people.
17 ၁၇ ဖါရောဘုရင်ကလည်း၊ သင်တို့သည် ပျင်းရိသည်၊ ပျင်းရိသည်။ ထိုကြောင့် ငါတို့သည်သွား၍ ထာဝရ ဘုရားအား ယဇ်ပူဇော်ကြစို့ဟု သင်တို့ ဆိုတတ်ကြ၏။
But he said, Ye [are] idle, [ye are] idle: therefore ye say, Let us go, [and] do sacrifice to the LORD.
18 ၁၈ သို့သောကြောင့် ယခုသွား၍လုပ်ကြ။ ကောက်ရိုးကိုမပေးရ။ သို့သော်လည်း အုတ်ကိုပေးမြဲပေးရမည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
Go therefore now, [and] work; for there shall no straw be given you, yet shall ye deliver the number of bricks.
19 ၁၉ ထိုသို့နေ့တိုင်းလုပ်ရသော အုတ်အရေအတွက်၌ အလျှင်းမလျော့ရဟု အမိန့်တော်ရှိသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ဣသ ရေလအမျိုး အကြပ်အဆော်တို့သည် မိမိတို့၌ အမှုကြီးရောက်ကြောင်းကို သိမြင်ကြ၏။
And the officers of the children of Israel saw [that] they [were] in evil [case], after it was said, Ye shall not diminish [aught] from your bricks of your daily task.
And they met Moses and Aaron, who stood in the way, as they came forth from Pharaoh:
21 ၂၁ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သင်တို့ကို ကြည့်ရှု၍ စီရင်တော်မူပါစေသော။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ဖါရောမင်းနှင့် အမှုတော်ထမ်းအပေါင်းတို့သည် ငါတို့ကို ရွံရှာစေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ ငါတို့ကို သတ်ရသော အခွင့်ရှိစေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ သင်တို့သည် ပြုကြပြီတကားဟု ဆိုကြ၏။
And they said to them, The LORD look upon you, and judge; because ye have made our savor to be abhorred in the eyes of Pharaoh, and in the eyes of his servants, to put a sword in their hands to slay us.
22 ၂၂ မောရှေသည်လည်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ထံတော်သို့သွား၍၊ အိုဘုရားရှင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ဤလူမျိုးကို အဘယ်ကြောင့် ညှဉ်းဆဲတော်မူသနည်း။ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အဘယ်ကြောင့် စေလွှတ်တော်မူသနည်း။
And Moses returned to the LORD, and said, Lord, why hast thou [so] ill treated this people? why [is] it [that] thou hast sent me?
23 ၂၃ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်အခွင့်နှင့် ပြောခြင်းငှာ၊ ဇါရောမင်း ထံသို့ ဝင်သည်နေ့မှစ၍၊ သူသည် ဤလူမျိုးကို ညှဉ်းဆဲပါပြီ။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ကိုယ်တော်၏ လူတို့ကို အလျှင်းကယ်လွှတ်တော်မမူပါဟု လျှောက်၏။
For since I came to Pharaoh to speak in thy name, he hath done evil to this people; neither hast thou delivered thy people at all.
