၃ ဓမ္မရာဇဝင် 8
1 ၁ ထိုအခါ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ပဋိညာဉ်သည် သေတ္တာတော်ကို ဇိအုန်မည်သော ဒါဝိဒ်မြို့မှ ဆောင်ခဲ့ လိုသောငှါ၊ ရှောလမုန်သည် ဣသရေလအမျိုးအသက် ကြီးသူအပေါင်းတို့နှင့် ဣသရေလအဆွေအမျိုးအသီး အသီးကို အုပ်သော ခေါင်းမင်းအပေါင်းတို့ကို ယေရု ရှလင်မြို့၊ ရှင်ဘုရင်ထံသို့ ခေါ်တော်မူသည်အတိုင်း၊
Then, did Solomon call together the elders of Israel, and all the heads of the tribes, chiefs of the fathers of the sons of Israel, unto King Solomon in Jerusalem, —that they might bring up the ark of the covenant of Yahweh, out of the city of David, the same is Zion.
2 ၂ ဣသရေလလူအပေါင်းတို့သည် ဧသနိမ်အမည် ရှိသော သတ္တမလ၌လုပ်သောပွဲအတွင်းတွင် ရှောလမုန် မင်းကြီးထံသို့ စုဝေးရောက်လာကြ၏။
So all the men of Israel came together unto King Solomon, in the month of steady flowings, at the festival, —the same is the seventh month.
3 ၃ ဣသရေလအမျိုးတွင် အသက်ကြီးသူအပေါင်း တို့သည်လာ၍၊ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်တို့သည်လည်း ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ သေတ္တာတော်ကို ထမ်းလျက်၊
And all the elders of Israel came in, —and the priests took up the ark;
4 ၄ ပရိသတ်စည်းဝေးရာ တဲတော်၊ တဲတော်နှင့် ဆိုင်၍ သန့်ရှင်းသော တန်ဆာအလုံးစုံတို့ကို ယဇ်ပုရော ဟိတ်များနှင့် လေဝိသားများတို့သည် ဆောင်ခဲ့ကြ၏။
and they brought up the ark of Yahweh, and the Tent of Meeting, and all the hallowed vessels that were in the tent, —yea, the priests and the Levites, did bring them up.
5 ၅ ရှောလမုန်မင်းကြီးမှစ၍ စည်းဝေးသော ဣသရေလပရိသတ်အပေါင်းတို့သည် မရေတွက်နိုင်။ အတိုင်းမသိများစွာသော သိုးနွားတို့ကို သေတ္တာတော်ရှေ့ မှာ ယဇ်ပူဇော်ကြ၏။
And, King Solomon, and all the assembly of Israel who had assembled themselves unto him, were with him, before the ark, —sacrificing sheep and oxen, which could neither be recorded nor counted, for multitude.
6 ၆ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်တို့သည်လည်း ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ပဋိညာဉ် သေတ္တာတော်ကို အိမ်တော်အတွင်းသို့သွင်း၍၊ အလွန်သန့်ရှင်းရာဌာနတည်းဟူသော ဗျာဒိတ်ဌာနတော် ထဲမှာ ခေရုဗိမ်အတောင်တို့အောက်၊ သူ့နေရာ၌ ထားကြ ၏။
So the priests brought in the ark of the covenant of Yahweh into its place, into the shrine of the house, into the holy of holies, —under the wings of the cherubim.
7 ၇ ခေရုဗိမ်တို့သည် မိမိအတောင် နှစ်ဘက်ကို သေတ္တာတော်နေရာအပေါ်မှာဖြန့်၍၊ သေတ္တာတော်နှင့် ထမ်းဘိုးတို့ကို လွှမ်းမိုးလျက် ရှိကြ၏။
For, the cherubim, were spreading forth their two wings, over the place of the ark, —and the cherubim made a covering over the ark and over the staves thereof, above.
8 ၈ ထမ်းဘိုးတို့ကို ဆွဲထားသဖြင့် ထမ်းဘိုးဖျားတို့ သည် ပြင်ခန်း၌ မထင်။ သန့်ရှင်းရာဌာန၊ ဗျာဒိတ်ဌာန တော်၌သာထင်၍ ယနေ့တိုင်အောင် ရှိကြ၏။
And they drew out the staves, and the heads of the staves were seen from the holy place, in front of the shrine, although they were not seen on the outside, —and they have remained there until this day.
9 ၉ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့သည် အဲဂုတ္တုပြည်မှ ထွက်၍၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သူတို့နှင့် ပဋိညာဉ်ဖွဲ့တော်မူ သောအခါ၊ မောရှေသည် ဟောရပ်အရပ်၌ရှိစဉ် သွင်း ထားသော ကျောက်ပြားနှစ်ပြားမှတပါး သေတ္တာတော်ထဲ ၌ အဘယ်အရာမျှမရှိ။
There was nothing in the ark, save the two tables of stone, which Moses deposited there in Horeb, —the tables of the covenant which Yahweh solemnised with the sons of Israel, when they came forth out of the land of Egypt.
10 ၁၀ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်တို့သည် သန့်ရှင်းရာ ဌာနထဲက ထွက်ကြသောအခါ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ အိမ်တော်သည် မိုဃ်းတိမ်နှင့်ပြည့်၏။
And so it was, when the priests came forth out of the holy place, that, a cloud, filled the house of Yahweh;
11 ၁၁ ထိုသို့ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ အိမ်တော်သည် ဘုန်းတော်နှင့်ပြည့်လျက်၊ မိုဃ်းတိမ်တော်ကြောင့် ယဇ် ပုရောဟိတ်တို့သည် အမှုတော်ကို ဆောင်ရွက်လျက် ရပ်၍ မနေနိုင်ကြ။
so that the priests could not stand to minister, because of the cloud, —for, the glory of Yahweh, filled, the house of Yahweh.
Then, said Solomon, —Yahweh, said, that he would make his habitation in thick gloom:
13 ၁၃ အကယ်စင်စစ် ကိုယ်တော်ကျိန်းဝပ်တော်မူရာ အိမ်၊ အစဉ်အမြဲနေတော်မူရာ ဌာနတော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ် တည်ဆောက်ပါပြီဟု မြွက်ဆို၏။
I have, built, a house as a high abode for thee, —A settled place for thee to abide in, for ages.
14 ၁၄ တဖန်ရှင်ဘုရင်သည် လှည့်ကြည့်၍ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး ပရိသတ်အပေါင်းကို ကောင်းကြီးပေးတော်မူ၏။ ဣသရေလအမျိုးပရိသတ်အပေါင်းတို့သည် မတ်တပ် နေကြ၏။
And the king turned about his face, and blessed all the convocation of Israel, —while all the convocation of Israel was standing;
and he said—Blessed, be Yahweh, God of Israel, who spake with his mouth, unto David my father, —that which with his hand he hath fulfilled, saying: —
16 ၁၆ ငါ၏ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့ကို အဲဂုတ္တုပြည်မှ နှုတ်ဆောင်သော နေ့ကစ၍ ငါ့နာမတည်ရာအိမ်ကို ဆောက်စေခြင်းငှါ၊ ဣသရေလခရိုင်များတို့တွင် မြို့တစုံ တမြို့ကို ငါမရွေးသေးသော်လည်း၊ ငါ၏လူ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့ကို အုပ်စိုးစေခြင်းငှါ၊ ဒါဝိဒ်ကို ငါရွေးပြီဟု ငါ့ခမည်းတော်ဒါဝိဒ်အား ဗျာဒိတ်တော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း ပြုတော်မူသော ဣသရေလအမျိုး ၏ဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် မင်္ဂလာရှိတော်မူစေသတည်း။
Since the day that I brought forth my people Israel, out of Egypt, I had chosen no city, out of all the tribes of Israel, for building a house, where my Name might be, —but I have chosen Jerusalem, that my Name should be there, and I have chosen David, to be over my people Israel:
17 ၁၇ ဣသရေလအမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၏နာမတော်အဘို့ အိမ်တော်ကို တည်ဆောက်ခြင်းငှါ၊ ငါ့ခမည်းတော်ဒါဝိဒ်သည် အကြံရှိသောအခါ၊
And so it came to pass, that it was near the heart of David my father, —to build a house for the Name of Yahweh, God of Israel.
18 ၁၈ ထာဝရဘုရားက၊ သင်သည် ငါ့နာမအဘို့ အိမ်တော်တည်ဆောက်ခြင်းငှါ အကြံရှိသောကြောင့် ကောင်းသောအမှုကို ပြုပြီ။
Then said Yahweh unto David my father, Because it was near thy heart to build a house for my Name, thou didst well that it was near thy heart;
19 ၁၉ သို့သော်လည်းသင်သည် အိမ်တော်ကို မဆောက်ရ။ သင်၏သားရင်းသည် ငါ့နာမအဘို့ အိမ်တော်ကို ဆောက်ရမည်ဟု ငါ့ခမည်းတော် ဒါဝိဒ်အား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
Only, thou thyself, must not build the house, —but, thine own son who hath proceeded out of thy loins, he, shall build the house, for my Name.
20 ၂၀ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် အမိန့်တော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း ပြုတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ ငါသည် ငါ့ခမည်းတော်ဒါဝိဒ်၏ အရိပ် အရာကိုခံရ၍၊ ထာဝရဘုရားဂတိတော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း ဣသရေလနိုင်ငံ၏ ရာဇပလ္လင်ပေါ်မှာ ထိုင်လျက်၊ ဣသ ရေလအမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား၏ နာမတော် အဘို့အိမ်တော်ကို တည်ဆောက်လေပြီ။
So then Yahweh hath established his word which he spake, —and I have been raised up in the room of David my father, and have taken my seat upon the throne of Israel, as spake Yahweh, and have built the house for the Name of Yahweh, God of Israel;
21 ၂၁ ငါတို့ ဘိုးဘေးများကို အဲဂုတ္တုပြည်မှ၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရားနှုတ်ဆောင်သောအခါ၊ သူတို့နှင့် ဖွဲ့တော်မူသော ပဋိညာဉ်ကျောက်စာပါသော သေတ္တာတော်ထားရာ အရပ်ကို ထိုအိမ်တော်၌ လုပ်လေပြီဟု မြွက်ဆို၏။
and have appointed there a place for the ark, wherein is the covenant of Yahweh, —which he solemnised with our fathers, when he brought them forth out of the land of Egypt.
22 ၂၂ တဖန်ရှောလမုန်သည် ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ယဇ် ပလ္လင်ရှေ့၊ ဣသရေလအမျိုး ပရိသတ်အပေါင်းတို့ အလယ်မှာ နေ၍၊ လက်ဝါးတို့ကို ကောင်းကင်သို့ ဖြန့်လျက်၊
And Solomon stood before the altar of Yahweh, in the presence of all the convocation of Israel, —and spread forth his hands towards the heavens;
23 ၂၃ အို ဣသရေလအမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ အထက်ကောင်းကင်ဘုံနှင့်အောက်အရပ်မြေကြီး ပေါ်မှာ ကိုယ်တော်နှင့်တူသော ဘုရားတဆူမျှမရှိပါ။ ရှေ့တော်၌ စိတ်နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့ကျင့်သော ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်တို့အဘို့ ပဋိညာဉ်တရားနှင့် ကရုဏာတရားကို စောင့်ရှောက်တော်မူပြီ။
and said—O Yahweh, God of Israel! Not like thee, is there a God, in the heavens above, or upon the earth beneath, —keeping Covenant and Lovingkindness for thy servants who are walking before thee, with all their heart;
who hast kept for thy servant David my father, that which thou didst promise him, —in that thou didst promise with thy mouth, and, with thy hand, hast fulfilled, as it is this day.
25 ၂၅ အို ဣသရေလအမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်က၊ သင်သည် ငါ့ရှေ့မှာကျင့်သကဲ့သို့ သင်၏သားမြေးတို့သည် ငါ့ရှေ့မှာ ကျင့်လိုသောငှါ၊ မိမိတို့ သွားရာလမ်းကို သတိပြုလျှင်၊ ငါ့မျက်မှောက်၌ ဣသ ရေလနိုင်ငံ၏ ရာဇပလ္လင်ပေါ်မှာ ထိုင်ရသော သင်၏ အမျိုးမင်းရိုးမပြတ်ရဟု ကိုယ်တော်ကျွန် အကျွန်ုပ်အဘ ဒါဝိဒ်၌ ထားတော်မူသော ဂတိတော်ကို ယခုစောင့်တော် မူပါ။
Now, therefore, O Yahweh, God of Israel, keep thou for thy servant David my father, that which thou didst promise him, saying, There shall not be cut off to thee a man from before me, to sit upon the throne of Israel, —if only, thy sons take heed to their way, by walking before me, as thou hast walked before me.
26 ၂၆ အို ဣသရေလအမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကျွန် အကျွန်ုပ်အဘဒါဝိဒ်အား မိန့်တော်မူသော စကားတော်ကို ယခုပြည့်စုံစေတော်မူပါ။
Now, therefore, O God of Israel, —verified be thy word, I pray thee, which thou didst speak to thy servant, David my father.
27 ၂၇ သို့ရာတွင် ဘုရားသခင်သည် မြေကြီးပေါ်မှာ ဧကန်အမှန် ကျိန်းဝပ်တော်မူမည်လော။ ကောင်းကင်နှင့် ကောင်းကင်တကာတို့၏ အထွဋ်အမြင့်ဆုံးသော ကောင်း ကင်သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကို မဆံ့မခံနိုင်သည် ဖြစ်၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တည်ဆောက်သော ဤအိမ်ကို အဘယ်ဆိုဘွယ် ရာရှိပါသနည်း။
But, in very deed, will God dwell, upon the earth? Lo! the heaven, yea the heaven of heavens, cannot contain thee, how much less this house which I have built?
28 ၂၈ သို့သော်လည်း အိုအကျွန်ုပ် ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကျွန်သည် ရှေ့တော်၌ ယနေ့ ကြွေးကြော်လျက် ပဌနာပြု၍ တောင်းလျှောက်သော စကားကို နားခံနာယူတော်မူပါ။
Yet wilt thou turn unto the prayer of thy servant, and unto his supplication, O Yahweh my God, —to hearken unto the cry, and unto the prayer, wherewith thy servant doth pray before thee to-day;
29 ၂၉ ဤမည်သော အရပ်၌ ငါ့နာမတည်ရမည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူသည်အတိုင်း၊ ဤအရပ်ဌာနနှင့် ဤအိမ် တော်ကို နေ့ညဉ့်မပြတ်ကြည့်ရှု၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကျွန်သည် ဤအရပ်ဌာန၌ ဆုတောင်းသောစကားကို နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။
that thine eye may be opened toward this house, night and day, toward the place of which thou hast said, My Name shall be, there; hearkening unto the prayer which thy servant shall offer toward this place.
30 ၃၀ ကိုယ်တော်ကျွန်မှစ၍ ကိုယ်တော်၏လူ ဣသ ရေလအမျိုးသားတို့သည် ဤအရပ်ဌာန၌ ဆုတောင်း ပဌနာပြုကြသောအခါ၊ ကျိန်းဝပ်တော်မူရာ ကောင်းကင် ဘုံ၌နားထောင်၍ အပြစ်မှလွှတ်တော်မူပါ။
Wilt, thou, therefore, hearken unto the supplication of thy servant, and of thy people Israel, whensoever they shall pray toward this place, —yea wilt, thou thyself, hear, in thine own dwelling-place, in the heavens, and, when thou hearest, then wilt thou forgive?
31 ၃၁ လူသည် မိမိအိမ်နီးချင်းကိုပြစ်မှားသောကြောင့်၊ အကျိန်ခံရမည်ဟု အိမ်နီးချင်းဆိုလျက်၊ ဤအိမ်တော်၌ ကိုယ်တော်၏ယဇ်ပလ္လင်ရှေ့မှာ အကျိန်တိုက်လျှင်၊
When a man shall sin against his neighbour, and there shall be taken up against him an oath, to put him on oath, —and he shall come in and swear before thine altar, in this house,
32 ၃၂ ကောင်းကင်ဘုံ၌ နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ မတရားသောသူသည် မိမိအပြစ်နှင့်အလျောက် ရှုံးစေ ခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူသည် မိမိဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်း နှင့်အလျောက် အကျိုးကိုခံရ၍ အပြစ်မှလွတ်စေခြင်းငှါ ၎င်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကျွန်တို့ကို တရားစီရင်တော်မူပါ။
then wilt, thou thyself, hear in the heavens, and act, and judge thy servants, condemning the lawless, by setting his way upon his own head, —and justifying the righteous, by giving to him, according to his righteousness?
33 ၃၃ ကိုယ်တော်၏လူ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကို ပြစ်မှားသောအပြစ်ကြောင့် ရန်သူရှေ့မှာ ရှုံးရသောအခါ၊ ကိုယ်တော်ထံသို့ ပြန်လာ၍၊ နာမတော် ကိုဝန်ခံလျက်၊ ဤအိမ်တော်ကို မှီခိုလျက် ဆုတောင်း ပဌနာပြုလျှင်၊
When thy people Israel are smitten before an enemy, because they have been sinning against thee, —and they turn again unto thee, and confess thy Name, and pray and make supplication unto thee, in this house,
34 ၃၄ ကောင်းကင်ဘုံ၌ နားထောင်၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ လူ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့ကို အပြစ်မှလွှတ်တော်မူပါ။ ဘိုးဘေးတို့အား ပေးသနားတော်မူသောပြည်သို့ တဖန် ပို့ဆောင်တော်မူပါ။
then wilt, thou thyself, hear in the heavens, and forgive the sin of thy people Israel, and bring them back unto the soil, which thou gavest unto their fathers?
35 ၃၅ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ပြစ်မှားသော အပြစ်ကြောင့် မိုဃ်းမရွာ၊ မိုဃ်းခေါင်သဖြင့် ကိုယ်တော်သည် ဆုံးမတော် မူသောအခါ၊ သူတို့သည် ဤအရပ်ဌာနတော်ကို မှီခိုလျက် ဆုတောင်း၍၊ နာမတော်ကိုဝန်ခံလျက် မိမိဒုစရိုက်ကို စွန့်ပယ်လျှင်၊
When the heavens are shut up, and there is no rain, because they have been sinning against thee, —and they shall pray toward this place, and confess thy Name, and, from their sin, shall return, because thou hast been afflicting them,
36 ၃၆ ကောင်းကင်ဘုံ၌နားထောင်၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏လူ ဣသရေလအမျိုးတို့ကို အပြစ်မှ လွှတ်တော်မူပါ။ သူတို့လိုက်ရသော လမ်းကောင်းကို ပြညွှန်၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏လူတို့အား အမွေပေးသော မြေပေါ်မှာ မိုဃ်းရွာစေတော်မူပါ။
then wilt, thou thyself, hear in the heavens and forgive the sin of thy servants, and of thy people Israel, that thou mayest teach them the good way, wherein they should walk, —and give rain upon thy land, which thou hast given unto thy people, for an inheritance?
37 ၃၇ ပြည်တော်၌ အစာအာဟာရခေါင်းပါးသော်၎င်း၊ လေထိ၍ အပင်သေသော်၎င်း၊ အရည်ယို၍ သေသော်၎င်း၊ အရာဘကျိုင်း၊ ခါသိလ ကျိုင်း ကိုက်စားသော်၎င်း၊ ရန်သူတိုက်လာ၍ မြို့ကို ဝိုင်းထားသော်၎င်း၊ ဘေးဥပဒ်၊ အနာရောဂါတစုံတခု ရောက်သောအခါ၊
When there shall be, famine, in the land, when there shall be, pestilence, when there shall be, blasting, mildew locust, caterpillar, when their enemy shall besiege them in one of their own gates, —whatsoever plague, whatsoever sickness;
38 ၃၈ ကိုယ်တော်၏လူ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားအချို့တို့သည် အသီးအသီးခံရသောဘေးဒဏ်ကိုသိလျက်၊ ဤအိမ် တော်သို့ မိမိတို့လက်ဝါးကို ဖြန့်၍၊ တစုံတခုသော ပဌနာ စကားအားဖြင့် ဆုတောင်းလျှင်၊
any prayer, any supplication which, any son of earth, may have, of all thy people Israel, —who will certainly know every man the plague of his own heart, and so he shall spread abroad his hands towards this house,
then wilt, thou thyself, hear in the heavens, in the settled place of thine abode, and forgive and act, and give unto every man according to all his ways, whose heart thou wilt know, —for, thou thyself alone, knowest the heart of all the sons of men;
40 ၄၀ ဘိုးဘေးတို့အား ပေးသနားတော်မူသော ပြည်၌ သူတို့သည် အသက်ရှင်သော ကာလပတ်လုံးကိုယ်တော် ကို ကြောက်ရွံပါမည်အကြောင်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်သာလျှင် လူသတ္တဝါအပေါင်းတို့၏ စိတ်နှလုံးသဘောကို သိတော် မူသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ဆုတောင်းသော သူတို့၏ စိတ်နှလုံး သဘောကိုသိလျက်၊ သူတို့အပြစ်ကိုလွှတ်တော်မူပါ။ အသီးအသီးပြုကြသည်အတိုင်း စီရင်တော်မူပါ။
to the end they may revere thee, all the days which they do live, upon the face of the soil, —which thou gavest unto our fathers?
41 ၄၁ ကိုယ်တော်၏လူ ဣသရေလအမျိုးမဟုတ်၊ တပါးအမျိုးသားတို့သည် ကြီးမြတ်သော နာမတော်၏ သိတင်းနှင့်တန်ခိုးကြီး၍၊ ဆန့်တော်မူသော လက်ရုံးတော် ၏သိတင်းကိုကြားသောကြောင့်၊ နာမတော်ကို ထောက် သဖြင့် ဝေးသောပြည်မှ ရောက်လာ၍၊ ဤအိမ်တော်ကို မှီခိုလျက် ဆုတောင်းလျှင်၊
Moreover also, unto the stranger, who is, not of thy people Israel, —but hath come in out of a far country, for the sake of thy Name, —
42 ၄၂
(for they will certainly hear of thy great Name, and of thy strong hand, and of thy stretched-out arm, —and so will come in and pray towards this house),
43 ၄၃ ကျိန်းဝပ်တော်မူရာ ကောင်းကင်ဘုံ၌ နား ထောင်တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်၏လူဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့သကဲ့သို့ မြေကြီးသားအပေါင်းတို့သည် ကြောက်ရွံ့လျက်၊ နာမ တော်ကို သိစေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တည်ဆောက်သော ဤအိမ်တော်ကို နာမတော်ဖြင့် သမုတ်ကြောင်းကို သိစေ ခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ ထိုတပါးအမျိုးသားတို့သည် ဆုတောင်းသမျှအတိုင်း ကျေးဇူးပြုတော်မူပါ။
wilt, thou thyself, hear in the heavens, the settled place of thine abode, and act, according to all for which, the stranger, shall cry unto thee, —to the end that all the peoples of the earth may truly know thy Name, so as to revere thee, like thy people Israel, and to know that, thine own Name, hath been given unto this house, which I have built?
44 ၄၄ ကိုယ်တော်စေခိုင်းတော်မူသည်အတိုင်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ လူတို့သည် ရန်သူတို့ရှိရာသို့ စစ်ချီသောအခါ၊ ရွေးတော်မူသောမြို့၊ နာမတော်အဘို့ အကျွန်ုပ် တည်ဆောက်သော အိမ်တော်ကို မှီခိုလျက်၊ ထာဝရဘုရားအား ဆုတောင်းကြလျှင်၊
When thy people go forth to war against their enemy, whithersoever thou mayest send them, —and shall pray unto Yahweh, in the direction of the city which thou hast chosen, and the house which I have built for thy Name,
then wilt thou hear, in the heavens, their prayer and their supplication, —and maintain their cause?
46 ၄၆ မပြစ်မှားတတ်သော လူတယောက်မျှမရှိသည် ဖြစ်၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏လူတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကို ပြစ်မှား သောကြောင့်၊ အမျက်တော်ထွက်၍ ရန်သူလက်သို့ အပ်တော်မူသဖြင့်၊ ရန်သူတို့သည် ဝေးသောပြည်၊ နီးသောပြည်၊ အခြားတပါးသောပြည်သို့ သိမ်းသွားလျှင်၎င်း၊
When they sin against thee—for there is, no son of earth, that sinneth not, and thou shalt be angry with them, and deliver them up before an enemy, —who shall carry them away as their captives, into the land of the enemy, far or near;
47 ၄၇ ထိုပြည်၌ အချုပ်ခံစဉ်၊ သူတို့သည် သတိရ၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ပြစ်မှားပါပြီ။ မဖြောင့်သောအမှု၊ ဆိုး ညစ်သောအမှုကို ပြုမိပါပြီဟု စိတ်ပြောင်းလဲ၍ တောင်းပန်သဖြင့်၊
and they come back to their right mind, in the land whither they have been taken captive, —and so turn and make supplication unto thee, in the land of their captors, saying, We have sinned and done perversely, we have been lawless;
48 ၄၈ သိမ်းသွားသော ရန်သူတို့၏ ပြည်၌နေစဉ်၊ စိတ်နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့ အထံတော်သို့ ပြန်လာ၍၊ ဘိုးဘေးတို့ အား ပေးတော်မူသောပြည်၊ ရွေးတော်မူသောမြို့၊ နာမတော်အဘို့ အကျွန်ုပ်တည်ဆောက်သော အိမ်တော်ကို မှီခိုလျက် ဆိုတောင်းလျှင်၎င်း၊
and so they turn unto thee with all their heart, and with all their soul, in the land of their enemies, who have carried them away captive, —and pray unto thee in the direction of their own land, which thou gavest unto their fathers, the city which thou hast chosen, and the house which I have built for thy Name,
49 ၄၉ သူတို့ဆုတောင်းပဌနာပြုသော စကားကို ကျိန်းဝပ်တော်မူရာ ကောင်းကင်ဘုံ၌နားထောင်၍ သူတို့ အမှုကို စောင့်တော်မူပါ။
then wilt thou hearken in the heavens, the settled place of thine abode, unto their prayer, and unto their supplication, —and maintain their cause;
50 ၅၀ ကိုယ်တော်၏လူတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကိုပြစ်မှား သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ပြစ်မှားလွန်ကျူးခြင်းအပြစ် အလုံးစုံတို့ကို ဖြေရှင်းတော်မူပါ။ သိမ်းသွားသော သူတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်၏လူတို့ကို သနားစေခြင်းငှါ၊ ကရုဏာ စိတ်သဘောကို ပေးတော်မူပါ။
and grant forgiveness to thy people, who have sinned against thee, even as to all their transgressions wherein they have transgressed against thee, —and grant them compassion before their captors, so that they may have compassion upon them;
51 ၅၁ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ သူတို့သည် အဲဂုတ္တုပြည်၏ သံမီးဖိုထဲကနှုတ်ယူတော်မူသော ကိုယ်တော်၏လူ၊ အမွေခံရတော်မူသော အမျိုးဖြစ်ပါ၏။
because, thy people and thine inheritance, they are, —whom thou didst bring forth out of Egypt, out of the midst of the smelting-pot of iron;
52 ၅၂ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်မှစ၍ ကိုယ်တော်၏လူ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသား ဆုတောင်းပဌနာပြုသော စကား အလုံးစုံတို့ကို နားထောင်ခြင်းငှါ ကြည့်ရှုမှတ်ယူ တော်မူပါ။
that thine eyes may be open unto the supplication of thy servant, and unto the supplication of thy people Israel, —to hearken unto them, in all their crying unto thee;
53 ၅၃ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ဘိုးဘေးများကို အဲဂုတ္တုပြည်မှ နှုတ်ဆောင်တော်မူသောအခါ၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်မောရှေအားဖြင့် မိန့်တော်မူသည်အတိုင်း၊ ဣသရေလအမျိုးကို ကိုယ်တော်အမွေခံရာဖြစ်စေ ခြင်းငှါ၊ မြေကြီးသားအမျိုးမျိုးထဲက ရွေးနှုတ်ခွဲထားတော်မူ ပြီအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရားဟု ပဌနာပြုလေ၏။
because, thou thyself, didst separate them unto thee, for an inheritance, out of all the peoples of the earth, —as thou spakest by the hand of Moses thy servant, when thou broughtest forth our fathers out of Egypt, O Lord Yahweh.
54 ၅၄ ထိုသို့ရှောလမုန်သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့တော်၌ ဆုတောင်းပဌနာပြု၍ ပြီးသောအခါ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ယဇ်ပလ္လင်ရှေ့မှာ ဒူးထောက်လျက်၊ လက်ဝါးတို့ကို ကောင်းကင်သို့ဖြန့်လျက်နေရာမှထ၍၊
And it came to pass, when Solomon had made an end of praying unto Yahweh all this prayer and supplication, that he arose from before the altar of Yahweh, from kneeling on his knees, with his hands outspread to the heavens;
55 ၅၅ မတ်တတ်နေပြီးလျှင်၊ ဣသရေလအမျိုး ပရိသတ်အပေါင်းတို့ကို ကျယ်သောအသံနှင့် ကောင်းကြီးပေးသော စကားဟူမူကား၊
and stood and blessed all the convocation of Israel, —with a loud voice, saying:
56 ၅၆ ဂတိတော်ရှိသမျှအတိုင်း မိမိလူ ဣသရေလအမျိုးကို ငြိမ်ဝပ်စေခြင်းငှါ စီရင်တော်မူသော ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် မင်္ဂလာရှိတော်မူစေသတည်း။ မိမိကျွန် မောရှေအားဖြင့် ထားတော်မူသော ဂတိတော်ကောင်း တခွန်းမျှမပျက်၊
Blessed, be Yahweh, who hath given rest unto his people Israel, according to all that he promised, —there hath not failed one word of all his good promise, which he promised by the hand of Moses his servant.
57 ၅၇ ငါတို့ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါတို့ ဘိုးဘေးများနှင့်အတူ ရှိတော်မူသည်နည်းတူ ငါတို့နှင့် အတူ ရှိတော်မူပါစေသော။ ငါတို့ကို အလျှင်းစွန့်ပစ်တော် မမူပါစေနှင့်။
Yahweh our God be with us, as he was with our fathers, —let him not leave us, nor forsake us;
58 ၅၈ လမ်းတော်တို့သို့ လိုက်စေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ ဘိုးဘေးတို့အား မှာထားတော်မူသော စီရင်ထုံးဖွဲ့ချက်ပညတ် တရားတို့ကို စောင့်ရှောက်စေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ ငါတို့စိတ်နှလုံးကို အထံတော်သို့ သွေးဆောင်တော်မူပါစေသော။
but bow our heart unto himself, —to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, and his statutes, and his regulations, which he commanded our fathers.
59 ၅၉ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ဘုရားသခင်ဖြစ်တော်မူကြောင်းကို၎င်း၊ အခြားတပါးသော ဘုရားသခင်မရှိ ကြောင်းကို၎င်း၊ မြေကြီးသားအပေါင်းတို့သည် သိကြမည်အကြောင်း ငါတို့ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မိမိ ကျွန်နှင့် မိမိလူဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့၏အမှုကို စောင့်စရာအကြောင်း ရှိသည်အတိုင်း၊ အစဉ်စောင့်တော် မူစေခြင်းငှါ ထာဝရဘုရားရှေ့တော်၌ ငါဆုတောင်းသော ဤပဌနာစကားသည် နေ့ညဉ့်မပြတ် အနီးတော်၌ ရှိပါ စေသော။
And let these my words, wherewith I have made supplication before Yahweh, be near unto Yahweh our God, day and night, —that he may maintain the cause of his servant, and the cause of his people Israel, as any need ariseth:
60 ၆၀
To the end that all the peoples of the earth may know, that, Yahweh, is God, —there is none else.
61 ၆၁ သင်တို့သည် ယနေ့ကျင့်သကဲ့သို့၊ ငါတို့ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား စီရင်တော်မူသော လမ်းသို့လိုက်၍ ပညတ်တရားတော်ကို စောင့်ရှောက်ခြင်းငှါ၊ အထံတော်၌ စိတ်နှလုံးစုံလင်ပါစေသောဟု မြွက်ဆိုလေ၏။
So shall your heart be sound with Yahweh our God, —to walk in his statutes, and to keep his commandments, as at this day.
62 ၆၂ ထိုအခါ ရှောလမုန်မင်းကြီးနှင့်တကွ ဣသ ရေလအမျိုးသားအပေါင်းတို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့တော်၌ ယဇ်ပူဇော်ကြ၏။
And, the king, and all Israel with him, were offering sacrifice before Yahweh.
63 ၆၃ နွားနှစ်သောင်းနှစ်ထောင်၊ သိုးတသိန်း နှစ်သောင်းတို့ကို ထာဝရဘုရားအား မိဿဟာယ ယဇ် ပူဇော်သဖြင့်၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏အိမ်တော်ကို အနု မောဒနာပြုကြ၏။
So Solomon offered as a sacrifice of peace-offerings, which he offered unto Yahweh—Oxen, two and twenty thousand, and Sheep, a hundred and twenty thousand, —Thus did, the king and all the sons of Israel, dedicate the house of Yahweh.
64 ၆၄ ထိုနေ့၌လည်း၊ ရှင်ဘုရင်သည် ထာဝရဘုရား၏ အိမ်တော်ရှေ့မှာရှိသော တန်တိုင်းအတွင်း အရပ်ကို သန့်ရှင်းစေ၍၊ ထိုအရပ်၌ မီးရှို့ရာယဇ်၊ ဘောဇဉ်ပူဇော် သက္ကာ၊ မိဿဟာယယဇ်ကောင်ဆီဥကို ပူဇော်၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရားရှေ့တော်၌ရှိသော ကြေးဝါယဇ်ပလ္လင်သည် မီးရှို့ရာယဇ်၊ ဘောဇဉ်ပူဇော် သက္ကာ၊ မိဿဟာယယဇ်ကောင်ဆီဥကို မခံလောက်။
On that day, did the king hallow the middle of the court, that was before the house of Yahweh, —for he offered there the ascending-sacrifice, and the meal-offering, and the fat portions of the peace-offerings, because, the altar of bronze that was before Yahweh, was too small to receive the ascending-sacrifice and the meal-offering, and the fat portions of the peace-offerings.
65 ၆၅ ထိုအခါ ရှောလမုန်သည် အလွန်များစွာသော ပရိသတ်တည်းဟူသော ဟာမတ်မြို့ဝင်ဝမှစ၍ အဲဂုတ္တု မြစ်တိုင်အောင် အနှံ့အပြား အရပ်ရပ်ကလာကြသော ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားအပေါင်းတို့နှင့်တကွ၊ ငါတို့ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရားရှေ့တော်၌ ခုနစ်ရက်နှစ်လီ၊ တဆယ် လေးရက်ပတ်လုံး ပွဲခံတော်မူ၏။
And Solomon made, at that time, a festival—and all Israel with him—a great convocation, from the entering in of Hamath unto the ravine of Egypt, before Yahweh our God, seven days, and seven days, —fourteen days.
66 ၆၆ ရှစ်ရက်မြောက်သောနေ့၌ လူများတို့ကို လွှတ်လိုက်တော်မူ၏။ သူတို့သည် ရှင်ဘုရင်ကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေးလျက်၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မိမိကျွန်ဒါဝိဒ်နှင့် မိမိလူ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့၌ ပြုတော်မူသမျှသော ကျေးဇူး တော်ကြောင့်၊ ဝမ်းမြောက်ရွှင်လန်းလျက် မိမိတို့နေရာသို့ ပြန်သွားကြ၏။
And on the eighth day, he sent the people away, and they blessed the king, —and departed to their homes, rejoicing and glad of heart, over all the goodness which Yahweh had done for David his servant, and for Israel his people.
