၁ ကောရိန္သု 14
1 ၁ ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာကို မှီအောင်လိုက်ကြလော့။ ဝိညာဉ်ဆုကျေးဇူးတို့ကို အလွန်အလိုရှိသည်တွင်၊ ပရော ဖက်ပြုရသော အခွင့်ကိုသာ၍ လိုချင်သောစိတ်ရှိ ကြလော့။
do earnestly pursue love; do earnestly desire now spiritual gifts, especially now that you may prophesy.
2 ၂ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ အခြားသောဘာသာစကားအားဖြင့် ပြောသောသူသည် လူတို့အားမပြော၊ ဘုရား သခင်အားပြော၏။ သူ၏စကားကို အဘယ်သူမျှ နားမလည်။ နက်နဲသောအရာတို့ကို ဝိညာဉ်တော်အားဖြင့် ပြော၏။
The [one] for speaking in a tongue not to men speaks but (*k*) to God; no [one] for hears, in the Spirit however he utters mysteries;
3 ၃ ပရောဖက်ပြုသောသူမူကား၊ တည်ဆောက်ခြင်း၊ တိုက်တွန်းသွေးဆောင်ခြင်း၊ သက်သာခြင်းအလိုငှါ လူတို့အားဟောပြော၏။
The [one] however prophesying to men speaks [for] edification and encouragement and consolation.
4 ၄ အခြားသော ဘာသာစကားအားဖြင့် ပြောသောသူသည် ကိုယ်ကိုသာ တည်ဆောက်၏။ ပရောဖက် ပြုသောသူမူကား၊ အသင်းတော်ကို တည်ဆောက်၏။
The [one] speaking in a tongue himself edifies, the [one] however prophesying [the] church edifies.
5 ၅ သင်တို့ရှိသမျှသည် အခြားသော ဘာသာစကားဖြင့် ပြောစေခြင်းငှါ ငါအလိုရှိ၏။ ပရောဖက်ပြုစေခြင်းငှါ သာ၍အလိုရှိ၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ အခြားသော ဘာသာစကားဖြင့် ပြောသောသူသည်၊ အသင်းတော်ကို တည်ဆောက်ခြင်းငှါ အနက်ကို မဘော်မပြလျှင်၊ သူ့ထက်ပရောဖက် ပြုသောသူသည်သာ၍မြတ်သတည်း။
I desire now all you to speak in tongues, rather however that you may prophesy; greater [is] (now *N(k)O*) the [one] prophesying than the [one] speaking in tongues except only unless (he shall interpret, *NK(o)*) so that the church edification may receive.
6 ၆ ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ ငါသည် သင်တို့ရှိရာသို့လာ၍ အခြားသော ဘာသာစကားဖြင့် ဟောပြောသော်လည်း၊ ဗျာဒိတ်တော်ကိုပြန်ခြင်း၊ ပညာအတတ်ကိုသင်ခြင်း၊ ပရောဖက်ပြုခြင်း၊ ဆုံးမဩဝါဒပေးခြင်းတခုခုကို မပြုဘဲ လျက်၊ သင်တို့အားပြောလျှင် အဘယ်အကျိုးရှိအံ့နည်း။
(now *N(k)O*) however brothers, if I shall come to you in tongues speaking, what you will I profit, only unless to you I shall speak either in revelation or in knowledge or in prophecy or in teaching?
7 ၇ ထိုနည်းတူ၊ အသံမြည်တတ်သော အဝိညာဏကစောင်း၊ ပုလွေတို့သည် သေချာသောအသံနှင့် မမြည် လျှင်၊ စောင်းသံ၊ ပုလွေသံတို့ကို အဘယ်သို့သိနိုင်မည်နည်း။
Even lifeless things a sound giving, whether flute or harp, if distinction to the sounds not (they shall give, *NK(O)*) how will it be known what is being piped or what is being harped?
8 ၈ တံပိုးခရာသည်လည်း၊ မမှန်သောအသံနှင့် မြည်လျှင်၊ အဘယ်သူသည် စစ်တိုက်ခြင်းငှါ မိမိကိုယ်ကို ပြင်ဆင်မည်နည်း။
Also for if indistinct [the] trumpet sound shall give, who will prepare himself for battle?
9 ၉ ထိုနည်းတူ၊ သင်တို့သည် နားလည်လွယ်သော စကားကို နှုတ်ဖြင့် မမြွက်လျှင်၊ မြွက်သောစကားကို အဘယ်သို့သိနိုင်မည်နည်း။ အာကာသကောင်းကင်ကို ပြောသောသူကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။
So also you yourselves with the tongue only unless intelligible speech you shall give, how will it be known what [is] being spoken? You will be for into [the] air speaking.
So many if it would be kinds of languages (there are *N(k)O*) in [the] world, and none (of them *k*) without meaning;
11 ၁၁ ဘာသာစကား၏အနက်ကို ငါနားမလည်လျှင်၊ ပြောသော သူအားငါသည် လူရိုင်းဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။ ပြော သောသူသည်လည်း၊ ငါ့အား လူရိုင်းဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။
If therefore not I shall know the power of the sound, I will be to the [one] speaking a foreigner and the [one] speaking to me myself a foreigner;
12 ၁၂ သို့ဖြစ်၍ သင်တို့သည် ဝိညာဉ်ဆုကျေးဇူးတော်တို့ကို အလွန်အလိုရှိကြသည်တွင်၊ အသင်းတော်ကို တည်ဆောက်ခြင်းငှါ ကြွယ်ဝပြည့်စုံမည်အကြောင်း ကြိုးစားကြလော့။
So also you yourselves, since zealous you are of spiritual gifts, for the edification of the church do seek that you may exceed.
13 ၁၃ ထိုကြောင့် အခြားသော ဘာသာစကားကို ပြန်ပြောသော သူသည်၊ အနက်ကိုလည်း ဘော်ပြနိုင်မည် အကြောင်း ဆုတောင်းစေ။
(For *N(k)O*) the [one] speaking in a tongue he should pray that he may interpret.
14 ၁၄ အဘယ်ကြောင့်နည်းဟူမူကား၊ အခြားသော ဘာသာစကားဖြင့် ငါဆုတောင်းလျှင်၊ ငါ့စိတ်နှလုံး ဆုတောင်းသော်လည်း၊ ငါ့ဥာဏ်သည် အကျိုးကိုမပေး။
If for I shall pray in a tongue, the spirit of mine prays, but the mind of mine unfruitful is.
15 ၁၅ သို့ဖြစ်လျှင်၊ အဘယ်သို့ပြုရမည်နည်း။ စိတ်နှလုံးနှင့်၎င်း၊ ဥာဏ်နှင့်၎င်း၊ ဆုတောင်းရမည်။ စိတ်နှလုံး နှင့်၎င်း၊ ဥာဏ်နှင့်၎င်း သီချင်းဆိုရမည်။
What then is it? I will pray with the spirit, I will pray however also with the mind; I will sing praise with the spirit, I will sing praise however also with the mind.
16 ၁၆ သို့မဟုတ် သင်သည် စိတ်နှလုံးနှင့် ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းသောအခါ၊ မတတ်သော လူစုအဝင်ဖြစ်သော သူသည် သင်၏စကားကို နားမလည်သောကြောင့်၊ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းခြင်းသို့လိုက်၍၊ အာမင်ဟု အဘယ်သို့ ဝန်ခံနိုင်မည်နည်း။
Otherwise if (you shall bless in [the] *N(k)O*) spirit, the [one] filling the place of the uninstructed how will he say the Amen at your thanksgiving? since what you say [is that] not he knows;
17 ၁၇ သင်သည် ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ချီးမွမ်းသည် မှန်စေတော့။ အခြားသောသူမူကား၊ တည် ဆောက်ခြင်းအကျိုးမရှိ။
You yourself truly for well are giving thanks, but the other not is edified.
18 ၁၈ ငါသည် သင်တို့ရှိသမျှထက်၊ အခြားသော ဘာသာစကားဖြင့် ဟောပြောသောအရာကို ထောက်၍၊ ဘုရားသခင်၏ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း၏။
I thank the God (of mine *k*) than all of you more (in tongues *NK(O)*) (speaking; *N(k)O*)
19 ၁၉ သို့သော်လည်း၊ အသင်းတော်၌ အခြားသော ဘာသာစကားဖြင့် စကားတသောင်းကို ပြောနိုင်သည် ထက်၊ သူတပါးတို့ကို သွန်သင်ခြင်းငှါ စကားငါးခွန်းကို ဥာဏ်နှင့်တကွ ပြောနိုင်သော အခွင့်ကို သာ၍အလိုရှိ၏။
but in [the] church I desire five words (through *k*) (the with mind *N(k)O*) of mine to speak that also others I may instruct, rather than ten thousand words in a tongue.
20 ၂၀ ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ သင်တို့သည် ဥာဏ်အရာ၌ သူငယ်မဖြစ်ကြနှင့်။ မတရားသောအမှုအရာ၌ နို့စို့ သူငယ်ဖြစ်ကြလော့။
Brothers, not children do be in the minds, Yet in the evil do be little children, in the however thinking full grown do be.
21 ၂၁ ပညတ္တိကျမ်းစာ၌လာသည်ကား၊ အခြားတပါးသောလျှာ၊ အခြားတပါးသောနှုတ်နှင့် ဤလူမျိုးကို ငါပြောမည်။ သို့သော်လည်း သူတို့သည် နားမထောင်ကြဟု ထာဝရဘုရားမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
In the law it has been written that By other tongues and by lips (of others *N(K)O*) I will speak to the people this, and not even thus will they hear Me, says [the] Lord.
22 ၂၂ သို့ဖြစ်၍ အခြားသော ဘာသာစကားတို့သည် ယုံကြည်သော သူတို့အား နိမိတ်လက္ခဏာဖြစ်သည် မဟုတ်။ မယုံကြည်သောသူတို့အား နိမိတ်လက္ခဏာ ဖြစ်သတည်း။ ပရောဖက်ပြုခြင်းအမှုမူကား၊ မယုံကြည် သော သူတို့အဘို့မဟုတ်၊ ယုံကြည်သော သူတို့အဘို့ ဖြစ်သတည်း။
So then tongues for a sign are not to those believing but to the unbelieving, but prophecy [is] not to the unbelieving but to the believing.
23 ၂၃ ထိုကြောင့် သင်းဝင်သူအပေါင်းတို့သည် စည်းဝေး၍ အခြားသော ဘာသာဖြင့် ဟောပြောလျက် နေကြစဉ်တွင် မယုံကြည်သောသူ၊ မတတ်သောသူသည် ဝင်လာလျှင်၊ သင်တို့ကို သူရူးဖြစ်ကြသည်ဟု ပြောမည် မဟုတ်လော။
If therefore shall gather the church whole together the place and all shall speak in tongues may come in however uninstructed ones or unbelievers, surely they will say that you are mad?
24 ၂၄ သို့မဟုတ် သင်းဝင်သူ အပေါင်းတို့သည် ပရောဖက်ပြု၍ နေကြစဉ်တွင်၊ မယုံကြည်သောသူ၊ မတတ်သောသူသည် ဝင်လာလျှင်၊ သင်းဝင်သူအပေါင်းတို့သည် သူ၏အပြစ်ကို ဘော်ပြ၍ သူ့ကို စစ်ကြောစီရင် ကြ၏။
If however all shall prophesy, shall come in then some unbeliever or uninstructed, he is convicted by all, he is examined by all,
25 ၂၅ ထိုသို့သူ၏ စိတ်နှလုံး၌ မထင်ရှားသောအရာတို့သည် ထင်ရှားပြန်၍ သူသည် ပြပ်ဝပ်လျက်၊ ဘုရား သခင်ကို ကိုးကွယ်လိမ့်မည်။ ဘုရားသခင်သည် သင်တို့တွင် အမှန်ရှိတော်မူသည်ဟု သက်သေခံလိမ့်မည်။
(and thus *K*) the secrets of the heart of him manifest become, And thus having fallen upon [his] face he will worship God declaring that certainly God among you is.
26 ၂၆ ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ အဘယ်သို့နည်း။ သင်တို့စည်းဝေးကြသောအခါ၊ ဆာလံသီချင်းကို ရသောသူ၊ ဆုံးမဩဝါဒ စကားကို ရသောသူ၊ အခြားသောဘာသာစကားကို ရသောသူ၊ ဗျာဒိတ်တော်ကိုရသောသူ၊ အနက်ဘော်ပြရာ ကိုရသောသူ၊ အသီးအသီးရှိကြသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ခပ်သိမ်း သောအမှုတို့ကို တည်ဆောက်ခြင်းအလိုငှါ စီရင်ကြ လော့။
What then is it, brothers? When you may come together, each (of you *K*) a psalm has, a teaching has, a revelation has, a tongue has, an interpretation has; All things for edification (should be. *N(k)O*)
27 ၂၇ အခြားသော ဘာသာစကားဖြင့် ဟောပြော သော သူရှိလျှင်၊ နှစ်ယောက်ဖြစ်စေ၊ အများဆုံးဆိုသော် သုံးယောက်ဖြစ်စေ၊ တယောက်နောက်တယောက် ပြော၍ တယောက်သောသူသည် အနက်ကိုဘော်ပြစေ။
If with a tongue anyone speaks, [let it be] by two or the most three and in turn; and one should interpret;
28 ၂၈ စကားပြန်မရှိလျှင်၊ ဟောပြောသောသူသည် အသင်းတော်၌ တိတ်ဆိတ်စွာနေ၍ မိမိအား၎င်း၊ ဘုရား သခင်အား၎င်း ပြောစေ။
If however not there shall be an interpreter, he should be silent in [the] church, to himself then he should speak and to God.
Prophets then two or three should speak, and the others should discern;
If however to another a revelation shall be made sitting by, the first should be silent.
31 ၃၁ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ရှိသမျှတို့သည် သင်ခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ ရှိသမျှတို့သည် သက်သာခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ သင်တို့ အသီးအသီး တယောက်နောက် တယောက်ပရောဖက် ပြုရသော အခွင့်ရှိကြ၏။
You are able for [one] by one all to prophesy, so that all may learn and all may be exhorted;
And spirits of prophets to prophets are subject;
33 ၃၃ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ရုန်းရင်းခတ်သောအမှုကို ပြုစုတော်မမူ။ သန့်ရှင်းသူတို့၏ အသင်းတော်အပေါင်း တို့၌ ဖြစ်သကဲ့သို့ အသင့်အတင့် ငြိမ်ဝပ်ခြင်းကို ပြုစုတော်မူ၏။
Not for He is of disorder the God but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints.
34 ၃၄ သင်တို့၏ မိန်းမတို့သည် အသင်းတော်၌ တိတ်ဆိတ်စွာ နေကြစေ။ သူတို့သည် ဟောပြောရသော အခွင့်မရှိကြ။ ပညတ်တရားစီရင်သည်အတိုင်း သူတို့ သည် ယောက်ျား၏အုပ်စိုးခြင်းကို ဝန်ခံရကြမည်။
the women (of you *K*) in the churches they should be silent; Not for (it is allowed *N(k)O*) to them to speak, but (they should be submitted *N(k)O*) even as also the law says.
35 ၃၅ မိန်းမတို့သည် တစုံတခုကိုသင်လိုလျှင်၊ အိမ်၌ မိမိခင်ပွန်းတို့ကို မေးမြန်းကြစေ။ မိန်းမသည် အသင်း တော်၌ ဟောပြောလျှင် ရှက်ဘွယ်သော အကြောင်း ဖြစ်၏။
If however anything (to learn *NK(o)*) they desire, at home [their] own husbands they should ask; shameful for it is (for a woman *N(K)O*) to speak in [the] church.
Or from you the word of God has gone out? Or to you only has it come?
37 ၃၇ ငါသည်သင်တို့အား ရေး၍ပေးလိုက်သော စကားတို့သည် သခင်ဘုရား၏ ပညတ်တော်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ကို၊ ပရောဖက်ဖြစ်သောသူ၊ ဝိညာဉ်ဆုကျေးဇူးကို ခံရသောသူမည်သည်ကား ဝန်ခံပါစေ။ တစုံတယောက် သော သူသည် မသိလျှင် မသိဘဲနေစေ။
If anyone considers a prophet himself to be or spiritual, he should recognize [the] things I write to you that (of the *k*) Lord (is [the] command; *N(K)O*)
If however anyone is ignorant, (him is ignored. *N(k)O*)
So, brothers (of mine, *no*) do earnestly desire to prophesy, and to speak not do forbid in tongues.
All things (however *no*) properly and with order should be done.
