ဇေဖနိ 3
Woe to her that is rebellious and polluted, to the oppressing city!
2 ၂ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်အသံ ကို နား မ ထောင်၊ ဆုံးမ တော်မူခြင်း ကိုမ ခံ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို မ ခိုလှုံ ၊ မိမိ ဘုရား သခင့်ထံ တော်သို့ မ ချဉ်းကပ် ၊
She obeyed not the voice; she received not correction; she trusted not in the LORD; she drew not near to her God.
3 ၃ မြို့ အလယ် ၌ မင်း များတို့သည် ဟောက် သော ခြင်္သေ့ ဖြစ်ကြ၏။ တရားသူကြီး တို့သည် နံနက် တိုင်အောင် အဘယ်အရာကိုမျှမ ချန် မထား၊ ညဉ့် ၌ လှည့်လည်တတ် သောတောခွေး ဖြစ်ကြ၏။
Her princes in the midst of her are roaring lions; her judges are evening wolves; they leave nothing till the morrow.
4 ၄ ပရောဖက် တို့သည် လျှပ်ပေါ် သောသူ၊ သစ္စာ ပျက်သောသူ ဖြစ်ကြ၏။ ယဇ် ပုရောဟိတ်တို့သည် သန့်ရှင်း ရာဌာနတော်ကို ညစ်ညူး စေ၍ တရား တော်ကိုလည်း ရှုတ်ချ ကြ၏။
Her prophets are light and treacherous persons: her priests have profaned the sanctuary, they have done violence to the law.
5 ၅ သို့သော်လည်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မြို့ အလယ် ၌ တရားသဖြင့် ပြုတော်မူ၏။ မ တရားသော အမှုကို ပြု တော်မ မူ။ နံနက် အစဉ်အတိုင်းမိမိ ဖြောင့်မတ် ကြောင်း ကို မချွတ်မယွင်း ဘော်ပြ တော်မူ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း ၊အဓမ္မ လူတို့သည် ရှက်ကြောက် ခြင်းမ ရှိ ကြ။
The LORD in the midst of her is righteous; he will not do iniquity; every morning doth he bring his judgment to light, he faileth not; but the unjust knoweth no shame.
6 ၆ လူ အမျိုးမျိုးတို့ကို ငါပယ် ဖြတ်၍ သူ တို့ရဲတိုက် များကို ဖျက်ဆီး လေပြီ။ လမ်း တို့၌ အဘယ်သူ မျှမသွား မလာစေခြင်းငှါ လူဆိတ်ညံ စေပြီ။ မြို့ တို့ကိုလည်း လူ တစုံတယောက်မျှ မနေ စေခြင်းငှါ ဖျက်ဆီး လေပြီ။
I have cut off nations, their battlements are desolate; I have made their streets waste, that none passeth by: their cities are destroyed, so that there is no man, that there is none inhabitant.
7 ၇ ထိုအခါ ငါက၊ အကယ်စင်စစ်ဤမျှလောက်ငါဆုံးမ ပြီးမှ သင်သည် ကိုယ် နေရာ ကို မ ပယ်ရှင်း စေ ခြင်းငှါ၊ ငါ့ ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ ၍ နည်းခံ လိမ့်မည်ဟု ဆို သော်လည်း၊ သူတို့သည် ကြိုးစား ၍ မှားယွင်း သောအကျင့် ကိုသာ ကျင့်ကြ၏။
I said, Surely thou wilt fear me, thou wilt receive correction; so her dwelling should not be cut off, [according to] all that I have appointed concerning her: but they rose early and corrupted all their doings.
8 ၈ သို့သော်လည်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည် ကား၊ ဘမ်းဆီး လုယက်ခြင်းငှါ ငါ မထ မှီတိုင်အောင်ငါ့ ကို ငံ့လင့် ကြလော့။ တိုင်း နိုင်ငံပြည်သား အမျိုးမျိုးတို့ကို စုဝေး စေ၍၊ ငါ့ အမျက် ၊ ငါ့ ဒေါသ အရှိန် ကို အကုန်အစင် သွန်းလောင်း မည်ဟု ငါ အကြံ ရှိ၏။ ငါ့ ဒေါသ မီး သည် မြေ တပြင်လုံး ကို လောင် ရလိမ့်မည်။
Therefore wait ye for me, saith the LORD, until the day that I rise up to the prey: for my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even all my fierce anger; for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy.
9 ၉ အကယ် စင်စစ်လူမျိုး အပေါင်း တို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏အမှုတော်ကို တညီတညွတ် တည်းဆောင်ရွက် မည် အကြောင်း၊ နာမ တော်ကို ပဌနာ ပြုစေခြင်းငှါ သန့်ရှင်း သော ဘာသာ စကားကို သူ တို့အား ငါပြန် ပေးမည်။
For then will I turn to the peoples a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the LORD, to serve him with one consent.
10 ၁၀ ကုရှ ပြည်၏မြစ် တို့တဘက် ၊ အရပ်ရပ်၌ ကွဲပြား လျက်နေသောငါ ၏လူမျိုးသတို့သမီး ၊ ငါ့ ကို တောင်းပန် သောသူတို့ သည် ငါ့ အဘို့ ပူဇော် သက္ကာကို ဆောင် ခဲ့ကြ လိမ့်မည်။
From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia my suppliants, even the daughter of my dispersed, shall bring mine offering.
11 ၁၁ ငါ့ ကို ပြစ်မှား သောအပြစ် များကြောင့် ထိုအခါ သင်သည် အရှက်ကွဲ ခြင်းကို မ ခံရ။ သင် ၏ ဂုဏ်အသရေကြောင့် ဝါကြွား သောသူတို့ ကို သင့် အလယ် ၌ ငါပယ်ရှား မည်။ သင်သည်လည်း ငါ ၏သန့်ရှင်း သော တောင် ကို အမှီပြု ၍ နောက် တဖန်မာန မ ထောင်လွှားရ။
In that day shalt thou not be ashamed for all thy doings, wherein thou hast transgressed against me: for then I will take away out of the midst of thee thy proudly exulting ones, and thou shalt no more be haughty in my holy mountain.
12 ၁၂ နှိမ့်ချ ဆင်းရဲ သော အမျိုး ကို သင့် အလယ် ၌ ငါချန် ထားမည်။ ထိုသူတို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နာမ တော် ကို ခိုလှုံ ကြလိမ့်မည်။
But I will leave in the midst of thee an afflicted and poor people, and they shall trust in the name of the LORD.
13 ၁၃ ကျန် ကြွင်းသော ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့သည် မ တရားသောအမှုကို မ ပြု ရကြ။ မုသာ မ ပြော ရကြ။ သူ တို့ နှုတ် ၌ လှည့်စား တတ်သော လျှာ မ ရှိ ရ။ အဘယ်သူမျှမ ကြောက် စေဘဲ စားသောက် လျက် ၊ အိပ် လျက်နေရကြ လိမ့်မည်။
The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity, nor speak lies; neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth: for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall make them afraid.
14 ၁၄ အိုဇိအုန် သတို့သမီး ၊ သီချင်းဆို လော့။ အို ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၊ ကြွေးကြော် လော့။ အိုယေရုရှလင် သတို့သမီး ၊ စိတ်နှလုံး အကြွင်းမဲ့ ဝမ်းမြောက် ရွှင်လန်းလော့။
Sing, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel; be glad and rejoice with all the heart, O daughter of Jerusalem.
15 ၁၅ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သင် ၏အပြစ် ဒဏ်တို့ကို ပပျောက် စေ၍၊ သင် ၏ရန်သူ တို့ကို ပယ်ရှား တော်မူပြီ။ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ ရှင် ဘုရင်ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သင့် အလယ် ၌ ရှိတော်မူ၏။ သင်သည် နောက် တဖန်ဘေးဥပဒ် နှင့်မ တွေ့ မကြုံရ။
The LORD hath taken away thy judgments, he hath cast out thine enemy: the king of Israel, even the LORD, is in the midst of thee: thou shalt not fear evil any more.
16 ၁၆ မ စိုးရိမ် နှင့်ဟု၊ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့အား ၎င်း ၊ လက် အား မ လျှော့ စေနှင့်ဟု၊ ဇိအုန် တောင်အား၎င်း ထိုအခါ ဆို ရ၏။
In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not: O Zion, let not thine hands be slack.
17 ၁၇ သင် ၏ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သင့် အလယ် ၌ ရှိ၍၊ တန်ခိုး ကြီးသောဘုရားသည် သင့်ကို ကယ်တင် တော်မူ လိမ့်မည်။ သင် ၌ အားရ ၍ ဝမ်းမြောက် တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။ ချစ်ခြင်း မေတ္တာ၌ ကျိန်းဝပ် ၍၊ သီချင်း ဆို ခြင်းနှင့်တကွ သင် ၌ ဝမ်းမြောက် တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
The LORD thy God is in the midst of thee, a mighty one who will save: he will rejoice over thee with joy, he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.
18 ၁၈ ကဲ့ရဲ့ ခြင်းဝန် ကို သင် ထမ်း ရာအကြောင်းတည်းဟူသော၊ သင် နှင့် ဝေး၍ ဓမ္မ ပွဲကို မခံရဘဲ ညှိုးငယ် လျက် ရှိသောသူတို့ ကို ငါစုဝေး စေမည်။
I will gather them that sorrow for the solemn assembly, who were of thee: [to whom] the burden upon her was a reproach.
19 ၁၉ သင့် ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ သောသူအပေါင်း တို့ကို ထိုအခါ ငါ စီရင် မည်။ နာ သောသူကို ချမ်းသာ ပေးမည်။ နှင်ထုတ် ခြင်းကိုခံရသော သူကို သင်း ဖွဲ့စေမည်။ အရှက်ကွဲ ခြင်းကိုခံရရာ ပြည် အရပ် ရပ် တို့၌ ချီးမွမ်း ခြင်းဂုဏ် အသရေကို ပေး မည်။
Behold, at that time I will deal with all them that afflict thee: and I will save her that halteth, and gather her that was driven away; and I will make them a praise and a name, whose shame hath been in all the earth.
20 ၂၀ ထို ကာလ ၌ သင် တို့ကို တဖန် ငါဆောင် ခဲ့၍ စုဝေး စေသဖြင့် ၊ သိမ်း သွားခြင်းကို ခံရသောသူတို့ကို သင် တို့ မျက်မှောက် ၌ တဖန် ဆောင် ခဲ့ပြန်သောအခါ ၊ မြေကြီး သား အမျိုးမျိုး တို့တွင် ချီးမွမ်း ခြင်းဂုဏ် အသရေကို သင် တို့အား ပေး မည်ဟု၊ ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
At that time will I bring you in, and at that time will I gather you: for I will make you a name and a praise among all the peoples of the earth, when I bring again your captivity before your eyes, saith the LORD.
