ရောမ 9
1 ၁ ငါ့ ကိုယ်ကိုကိုယ်သိ သော စိတ်သည် သန့်ရှင်း သော ဝိညာဉ် တော်နှင့်တကွ ငါ့ ဘက်၌ သက်သေခံ လျက်၊ ငါသည်မုသာ မ ပါ၊ ခရစ်တော် ရှေ့၌ မှန်ကန် စွာ ပြော သည်ကား၊
I am in Christ, and what I say is true. I'm not lying! My conscience and the Holy Spirit confirm
how terribly sad I am, how I have never-ending pain in my heart,
3 ၃ အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ဇာတိ အားဖြင့် ငါ့ အမျိုးသား ချင်းဖြစ်သော ငါ့ ညီအစ်ကို တို့အတွက် ၊ ငါ သည်ကိုယ်တိုင် ခရစ်တော် နှင့် ခွာ ၍ ကျိန် ခြင်းကိုခံချင်လောက်အောင် စိတ် ရှိ၏။
for my own people, my brothers and sisters. I would rather be cursed myself, separated from Christ, if that would help them.
4 ၄ ထိုသူ တို့သည် ဣသရေလ လူဖြစ် ၍၊ သား အရာ၌ ချီးမြှောက်ခြင်းနှင့်၎င်း ၊ ဘုန်း အာနုဘော်တော်နှင့်၎င်း ၊ ပဋိညာဉ် တရားတို့နှင့်၎င်း ၊ ပညတ် တရားထားခြင်းနှင့် ၎င်း ၊ ဝတ်ပြု ခြင်းနှင့်၎င်း ၊ ဂတိ တော်တို့နှင့်၎င်း၊ ဆိုင်ကြ၏။
They are my fellow-Israelites, God's chosen people. God revealed to them his glory and made agreements with them, giving them the law, true worship, and his promises.
5 ၅ ဘိုးဘေး များတို့နှင့်ဆက်နွယ်သောသူလည်း ဖြစ်ကြ၏။ ခရစ်တော် သည်လည်း ၊ ဇာတိ အမျိုးအားဖြင့် ထိုသူ တို့၏ အမျိုးဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ထိုခရစ်တော် သည်လည်း ခပ်သိမ်း သောအရာတို့ကို အစိုးရ တော်မူ၍ ထာဝရ မင်္ဂလာ ရှိ တော်မူသော ဘုရားသခင် ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ အာမင် (aiōn g165)
They are our forefathers—ancestors of Christ, humanly-speaking, the one who rules over everything, the eternally-blessed God. Amen. (aiōn g165)
6 ၆ ထိုသို့ဆိုသော်ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ဂတိ တော်မ တည် ဟု ငါမဆိုလို။ အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ဣသရေလ နှင့် ဆက်နွယ်သော သူ အပေါင်း တို့သည် ဣသရေလ လူမှန်မ ဟုတ်။
It's not that God's promise has failed. For not every Israelite is a true Israelite,
7 ၇ ထိုနည်းတူအာဗြဟံ ၏ အမျိုးအနွယ် ဖြစ် သော သူအပေါင်း တို့သည် အာဗြဟံ၏သား မှန်မ ဟုတ်။ ဣဇာက် ၌ သာ သင် ၏အမျိုး တည်လိမ့်မည်ဟု ဗျာဒိတ် တော်ရှိ၏။
and all those who are descended from Abraham are not his true children. For Scripture says, “Your descendants will be counted through Isaac,”
8 ၈ ထိုကြောင့်၊ ဇာတိ အမျိုးသားတို့သည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏သား မှန်မ ဟုတ်။ ဂတိ တော်နှင့်ဆိုင်သော သား တို့သည် အမျိုးအနွယ်မှန်သည်ဟု မှတ် တော်မူ၏။
so it's not Abraham's actual children who are counted as God's children, but only those children of God's promise who are considered his true descendants.
9 ၉ ဂတိ တော်အချက် ဟူမူကား ၊ ယခု မှစ၍ကာလ အချိန်စေ့သောအခါ ၊ ငါလာ ၍ စာရာ သည် သား ကို ရ လိမ့်မည်ဟု လာသတည်း။
This is what the promise was: “I will return next year and Sarah will have a son.”
In addition Rebecca's twin sons had the same father, our forefather Isaac.
11 ၁၁ ဘုရားသခင် ရွေးကောက် တော်မူခြင်းနှင့် ယှဉ်သောအကြံ တော်သည် အကျင့်အားဖြင့် မ တည် ၊ ခေါ် တော်မူသော သူ ၏အလိုတော်အားဖြင့် တည်မည် အကြောင်း ၊ သားမ ဘွား မှီ ၊ ထိုသားတို့သည် ကောင်း သောအကျင့်၊ မ ကောင်းသောအကျင့်ကိုမကျင့် မှီ၊
But even before the children were born, and before they'd done anything right or wrong, (so that God's purpose could continue, proving God's calling of people is not based on human performance),
she was told, “The older brother will serve the younger one.”
As Scripture says, “I chose Jacob, but rejected Esau.”
14 ၁၄ သို့ဖြစ်၍ ၊ အဘယ်သို့ ပြော ရမည်နည်း။ ဘုရားသခင် သည် မတရား သောအမှုကို ပြုတော်မူသလော။ ထိုသို့မ ပြောရ
So what should we conclude? That God was unjust? Certainly not!
15 ၁၅ ဘုရားသခင်က၊ ငါသည်ကျေးဇူး ပြုလိုသောသူ ကိုကျေးဇူး ပြုမည်။ သနား လိုသောသူ ကိုလည်း သနား မည်ဟု မောရှေ ကို မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
As he said to Moses, “I will be merciful to whoever I should show mercy, and I will have compassion on whoever I should show compassion.”
16 ၁၆ ထိုကြောင့် ၊ လိုချင် သောသူ သည် တတ်နိုင်သည် မ ဟုတ်။ ပြေး သောသူ သည်လည်း တတ်နိုင်သည်မ ဟုတ်။ ကျေးဇူး ပြုတော်မူသော ဘုရားသခင် သာလျှင် တတ်နိုင်တော်မူ၏။
So it does not depend on what we want, or our own efforts, but the merciful nature of God.
17 ၁၇ ကျမ်းစာ ၌ ဖာရော ဘုရင်ကိုဆိုသည်ကား၊ ငါ့ တန်ခိုး ကို သင် ၌ ငါပြ ခြင်းငှာ ၎င်း ၊ ငါ့ နာမ ကို မြေကြီး တပြင်လုံး တွင် ကျော်စော စေခြင်းငှာ ၎င်း၊ သင့် ကို ချီးမြှောက် ခဲ့ပြီဟု ဆို သတည်း။
Scripture records God saying to Pharaoh: “I put you here for a reason—so that through you I could demonstrate my power, and so that my name could be made known throughout the earth.”
18 ၁၈ ထိုသို့နှင့်အညီ၊ ကျေးဇူးပြုလို သောသူ ကို ကျေးဇူး ပြုတော်မူ၏။ ခိုင်မာစေလို သောသူ ကိုလည်း ခိုင်မာ စေတော်မူ၏။
So God is merciful to those he wishes to be, and hardens the attitude of those he wants to.
19 ၁၉ သို့ဖြစ်လျှင် ၊ ဘုရားသခင်သည်အဘယ်ကြောင့် အပြစ်တင် တော်မူသေး သနည်း။ အဘယ်သူ သည် အလို တော်ကို ဆီးတား ဘူးသနည်းဟု ဆို မည်လော။
Now you'll argue with me and ask, “So why does he still blame us then? Who can resist the will of God?”
20 ၂၀ ဘုရားသခင် ကို ငြင်းဆန် သော အချင်း လူ ၊ သင် သည်ကား အဘယ်သူ နည်း။ လုပ်အပ် သော အရာ သည် လုပ် တတ်သောသူ အား၊ အဘယ်ကြောင့် ငါ့ ကို ဤသို့ လုပ် သနည်းဟု ဆို ရမည်လော။
That's no way to speak, for who are you—a mere mortal—to contradict God? Can something that is created say to its creator, “Why did you make me like this?”
21 ၂၁ အိုးထိန်း သမားသည် အိုးမြေကို ပိုင် သည် မ ဟုတ်လော။ အိုး မြေတပုံ တည်း နှင့် အိုး မြတ် ၊ အိုးယုတ် ကို လုပ် ပိုင်သည်မဟုတ်လော။
Doesn't a potter have the right to use the same batch of clay to make both a decorative bowl and an everyday pot?
22 ၂၂ ဘုရားသခင် သည် မိမိ အမျက် တော်ကိုပြ ၍ ၊ တန်ခိုး တော်ကို ထင်ရှား စေခြင်းငှာအလို တော်ရှိလျက်၊ ပျက်စီး ခြင်းအဘို့ ပြင်ဆင် သော အမျက် ရာအိုး များတို့ကို အလွန် သည်းခံ ခြင်းခန္တီနှင့်သည်းခံ တော်မူသည် မှန်လျှင် အဘယ်ပြောဘွယ်ရှိအံ့နည်း။
It's as if God, wanting to demonstrate his opposition to sin and to reveal his power, bears patiently with these “pots destined for destruction,”
so that he might reveal the greatness of his glory through these “pots of mercy” which he has prepared in advance for glory.
24 ၂၄ ယုဒ အမျိုးသားတို့အထဲ မှသာ မ ဟုတ်၊ တစ်ပါး အမျိုးသားတို့အထဲ မှ ပရောဖက်ဟောရှေဆိုသည်အတိုင်း ခေါ် တော်မူသောငါတို့၌ ဘုန်း အာနုဘော်တော် ကြွယ်ဝ ခြင်းကို ထင်ရှား စေခြင်းငှာ ပြုတော်မူသည် မှန်လျှင်၊ အဘယ်ပြောဘွယ်ရှိအံ့နည်း။
This is who we are—people he has called, not just from among the Jews, but from among the foreigners too...
25 ၂၅ ဟောရှေ ၏ ကျမ်းစာ၌ လာ သည်ကား၊ ငါ ၏ လူ မ ဟုတ်သော သူ ကိုငါ ၏လူ ဟူ၍ငါခေါ် မည်။ မ ချစ် သော သတို့သမီး ကိုလည်း အချစ် ဟူ၍ငါခေါ်မည်။
As God said in the book of Hosea, “Those who are not my people I will call my people, and those who are not loved I will call the ones I love,”
26 ၂၆ သင်တို့သည်ငါ ၏လူ မ ဟုတ် ဟုပြောဆို ရာ အရပ် ၌ နေ သောသူ တို့သည်၊ အသက် ရှင်တော်မူသော ဘုရားသခင် ၏သား ဟု ခေါ်ဝေါ် ခြင်းကို ခံရကြလိမ့်မည်ဟု လာသတည်း။
and, “It will happen that at the place where they were told, ‘You're not my people,’ there they will be called the children of the living God.”
27 ၂၇ ပရောဖက်ဟေရှာယ သည်လည်း ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးကို ရည်မှတ် ၍ ကြွေးကြော် သည်ကား၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား တို့သည် သမုဒ္ဒရာ သဲလုံး နှင့်အမျှ များ သော်လည်း ၊ ကြွင်း သောသူ တို့သာလျှင်ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
Isaiah cries out regarding Israel: “Even if the children of Israel have become as numerous as the sands of the sea, only a small number will be saved.
28 ၂၈ အမှု တော်ကို တရားသဖြင့် ပြီးစီး စေခြင်းငှာဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူမည်။ ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည်မြေ ပေါ်မှာ ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူသော အမှုကို ပြုတော်မူလိမ့်မည်ဟု ဆိုသတည်း။
For the Lord is going to quickly and completely finish his work of judgment on the earth.”
29 ၂၉ ထိုသို့ နှင့်အညီ၊ ဟေရှာယ သည် အထက် က ဆိုပြန်သည်ကား၊ ကောင်းကင် ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင်ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည်ငါ တို့၌ မျိုးစေ့ ကို ကြွင်း စေတော်မ မူလျှင် ၊ ငါတို့သည်သောဒုံ မြို့ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ် ၍ ဂေါမောရ မြို့နှင့် တူ ကြပြီ။
As Isaiah previously said, “If the Lord Almighty had not left us some descendants, we would have become just like Sodom and Gomorrah.”
30 ၃၀ ထိုကြောင့် ၊ အဘယ်သို့ ပြော ရမည်နည်းဟူမူကား ၊ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းကို မှီအောင် မ လိုက် သောတစ်ပါး အမျိုးသားတို့သည် ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းကို မှီ ကြ၏။ ထိုသို့ဆိုသော်၊ ယုံကြည် ခြင်းအားဖြင့် မှီ သောဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းကို ဆိုလိုသတည်း။
What shall we conclude, then? That even though the foreigners were not even looking to do right, they did grasp what is right, and through their trust in God did what was morally right.
31 ၃၁ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းတရား ကိုမှီအောင်လိုက် သော ဣသရေလ လူတို့မူကား၊ ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းတရား ကို မ မှီ ကြ။
But the people of Israel, who looked to the law to make them right with God, never succeeded.
32 ၃၂ အဘယ်ကြောင့် မမှီကြသနည်း။ ယုံကြည် ခြင်း အားဖြင့် မ လိုက်၊ ပညတ်တရား၏ အကျင့် အားဖြင့် သာ လိုက်ကြ သတည်း။
Why not? Because they relied on what they did rather than trusting in God. They tripped on the stumbling-block,
33 ၃၃ ကျမ်းစာ၌လာ သည်ကား ၊ ထိမိ ၍ လဲစရာ ကျောက် ၊ မှားယွင်း စရာကျောက် ကို ဇိအုန် တောင်ပေါ်မှာ ငါချထား ၏။ ထိုကျောက် ကို အမှီပြု သောသူ မည်သည်ကား၊ ရှက်ကြောက် ခြင်းမ ရှိ နိုင်ရာဟုလာသည်နှင့်အညီ၊ ထိုကျောက်ကို ဣသရေလလူတို့သည် ထိမိ၍ လဲကြ၏။
just as Scripture predicted: “Look, I'm placing in Zion a stumbling-block, a rock that will offend people. But those who trust in him won't be disappointed.”
