ဆာလံ 99

1 ၁ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် စိုးစံ တော်မူ၏။ လူများ တို့ သည် တုန်လှုပ် ခြင်း ရှိကြစေ။ ခေရုဗိမ် တွင် ကျိန်းဝပ် တော်မူ၏။ မြေကြီး သည် လှုပ်ရှား ခြင်းရှိစေ။

Yahweh is the [supreme] king, so [all] the people-groups should tremble ([in his presence/in front of him])! He sits on his throne [in the temple] above the [statues of] winged creatures, [so] the earth should quake/shake!

2 ၂ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဇိအုန် တောင်မှာ ကြီးမြတ် တော်မူ၏။ လူများ အပေါင်း တို့ထက် ချီးမြှောက် ခြင်း ရှိတော်မူ၏။

Yahweh is a mighty [king] in Jerusalem; [but] he is [also] the supreme ruler of all people-groups.

3 ၃ ကြီးမြတ် ၍ ကြောက်ရွံ့ ဘွယ်သော နာမ တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း ကြစေ။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ နာမ တော်သည် သန့်ရှင်း ခြင်း ရှိသတည်း။

[So] they should praise him because he is very great/powerful; and he is holy!

4 ၄ တရား ကို နှစ်သက် သော ရှင်ဘုရင် ၏ တန်ခိုး တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းကြစေ။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် မှန် သော စီရင်ခြင်း ကို တည် စေတော်မူ၏။ ယာကုပ် အမျိုး၌ တရား သဖြင့်ပြု ၍ ၊ ဖြောင့်မတ်စွာဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူ၏။

He is a mighty king who (loves/is pleased with) what is just/right; he has acted justly and fairly [DOU] in Israel.

5 ၅ ငါ့ တို့ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ချီးမြှောက် ကြလော့။ ခြေတော် တင်ရာ ခုံအောက် ၌ ပြပ်ဝပ်ကိုးကွယ် ကြလော့။ အကြောင်းမူကား ကိုယ်တော် သည် သန့်ရှင်း တော်မူသတည်း။

Praise Yahweh our God! Worship him [in front of the Sacred Chest in his temple] [MTY], where he rules people. He is holy!

6 ၆ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် မောရှေ နှင့် အာရုန် ၊ နာမ တော်ကို ပဌနာ ပြုသောသူ ရှမွေလ ၊ ဤသူ တို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ပဌနာ ပြု၍ ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် ထူး တော်မူ၏။

Moses and Aaron were two of his priests; Samuel also was someone who prayed to him. Those [three] cried out to Yahweh [to help them], and he answered them.

7 ၇ သူ တို့အား မိုဃ်းတိမ် တိုင် ထဲ က မိန့် တော်မူ၏။ သူတို့သည်လည်း၊ သက်သေခံ တော်မူချက်များကို၎င်း၊ စီရင် ထုံးဖွဲ့တော်မူချက်များကို၎င်း စောင့်ရှောက် ကြ၏။

He spoke to Moses and Aaron from the cloud [that was like a huge] pillar; they obeyed [all] the laws and commandments [DOU] that he gave to them.

8 ၈ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် သူ တို့ကို ထူး တော်မူ၏။ သူ တို့အမှု ကြောင့် အပြစ် ပေးသော်လည်း ၊ သူ တို့ကို သည်းခံ သော ဘုရား ဖြစ် တော်မူ၏။

Yahweh, our God, you answered [your people] [when they cried out to you to help them]; you are a God who forgave them [for those sins that they had committed], even though you punished them for the things that they did that are wrong.

9 ၉ ငါ တို့၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ချီးမြှောက် ကြလော့။ သန့်ရှင်း သော တောင် တော်မှာ ပြပ်ဝပ်ကိုးကွယ် ကြလော့။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ငါ တို့၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သန့်ရှင်း တော်မူသတည်း။

Praise Yahweh, our God, and worship him [at the temple] on his sacred hill; [it is right to do that] because Yahweh, our God, is holy!
