ဆာလံ 91

1 ၁ အမြင့်ဆုံး သော ဘုရား၏ကွယ်ကာ ရာဌာန တော်၌ နေ သောသူသည် အနန္တ တန်ခိုးရှင်၏ အရိပ် ကို ခို ရလိမ့်မည်။

He who is dwelling In the secret place of the Most High, Habitually lodges in the shade of the Mighty,

2 ၂ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ငါ ခိုလှုံ ရာ၊ ငါ ၏ရဲတိုက် ၊ ငါ ကိုးစား သော ဘုရား သခင်ဖြစ်တော်မူသည်ဟု ငါပြောဆို ၏။

He is saying of YHWH, “My refuge, and my bulwark, my God, I trust in Him,”

3 ၃ အကယ် စင်စစ်မုဆိုး ၏ ကျော့ကွင်း နှင့် ၎င်း၊ သေ တတ်သောအနာ နှင့်၎င်း ၊ သင့် ကို ကင်းလွတ် စေတော်မူမည်။

For He delivers you from the snare of a fowler, From a calamitous pestilence.

4 ၄ အတောင် တော် အမွေး နှင့် ဖုံးအုပ် တော်မူ၍ ၊ အတောင် တော်အောက် ၌ သင် သည်လုံခြုံ စွာ နေရလိမ့်မည်။ သစ္စာ တော်သည် သင်၏ ဒိုင်း လွှားဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။

He covers you over with His pinion, And under His wings you trust, His truth [is] a shield and buckler.

5 ၅ ညဉ့် အခါဖြစ်တတ်သော ဘေး ကို ၎င်း၊ နေ့ အချိန်၌ ပစ် သောမြှား ကို ၎င်း၊

You are not afraid of fear by night, Of arrow that flies by day,

6 ၆ မှောင်မိုက် ထဲမှာ လည်တတ်သော ကာလနာ ကို၎င်း၊ မွန်းတည့် အချိန်၌ ဖျက်ဆီး တတ်သော ဥပဒ် ကို၎င်း၊ သင်သည်မ ကြောက် ရ။

Of pestilence that walks in thick darkness, Of destruction that destroys at noon,

7 ၇ သင် ၏ အနား မှာ လူတထောင် ၊ သင် ၏လက်ျာ ဘက်မှာ လူတသောင်း လဲ သော်လည်း ၊ သင့် ကို မ ထိ မခိုက်ရ။

One thousand fall at your side, And a myriad at your right hand, [But] it does not come near to you.

8 ၈ သင်သည် ကိုယ် မျက်စိ နှင့် ကြည့် ၍ ၊ မ တရား သောသူတို့ ၌ ရောက်ရသောအပြစ် ကိုမြင် ရုံမျှသာရှိ လိမ့်မည်။

But with your eyes you look, And you see the reward of the wicked,

9 ၉ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ငါ ခိုလှုံ ရာဖြစ်တော်မူ၏ဟု သင်သည်ဆို၍၊ အမြင့်ဆုံး သော ဘုရား၌ နေရာ ကျသောကြောင့်၊

(For You, O YHWH, [are] my refuge), You made the Most High your habitation.

10 ၁၀ သင် ၌ မကောင်း သော အနိဋ္ဌာရုံ မ ကပ် မရောက်။ သင့် နေရာ သို့ ဘေးဥပဒ် မ ချဉ်း ရ။

Evil does not happen to you, And a plague does not come near your tent,

11 ၁၁ သွား လေရာရာ၌ သင့် ကိုစောင့်ရှောက် စေခြင်းငှါ ၊ ကောင်းကင် တမန်တို့အား သင့် အဘို့ မှာ ထား တော်မူ သည်ဖြစ်၍၊

For He charges His messengers for you, To keep you in all your ways,

12 ၁၂ သင် ၏ခြေ ကို ကျောက် နှင့် မ ထိ မခိုက်စေခြင်းငှါ၊ သူတို့သည် သင့် ကို လက် နှင့် မစ ချီပင့်ကြလိမ့်မည်။

On the hands they bear you up, Lest you strike your foot against a stone.

13 ၁၃ သင်သည် ခြင်္သေ့ နှင့် မြွေဆိုး အပေါ် မှာ ကျော် သွား၍၊ ခြင်္သေ့ ပျိုနှင့် နဂါး တို့ကို ခြေဖြင့်နင်း လိမ့်မည်။

You tread on lion and cobra, You trample young lion and dragon.

14 ၁၄ သူသည် ငါ့ ကို ချစ် သောကြောင့် ၊ သူ့ ကို ငါကယ်နှုတ် မည်။ ငါ ၏နာမ ကို သိ သောကြောင့် ၊ သူ့ ကို ငါချီးမြှောက် မည်။

Because he has delighted in Me, I also deliver him—I set him on high, Because he has known My Name.

15 ၁၅ သူသည် ငါ့ ကိုခေါ် သောအခါ ငါထူး မည်။ ဒုက္ခ ခံရသောအခါ သူ့ ဘက် မှာ ငါ နေ၍ ချမ်းသာ ပေးမည်။ သူ ၏ဘုန်း ကိုလည်း ထင်ရှားစေမည်။

He calls Me, and I answer him, I [am] with him in distress, I deliver him, and honor him.

16 ၁၆ ရှည် သောအသက်နှင့် သူ့ ကိုရောင့်ရဲ စေ၍ ၊ ငါ ၏ ကယ်တင် ခြင်းကျေးဇူးကို သူ့ အား ပြ မည်။

I satisfy him with [the] length of [his] days, And I cause him to look on My salvation!
