ဆာလံ 86

1 ၁ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ နား တော်ကို လှည့်၍ အကျွန်ုပ် စကားကို နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ဆင်းရဲ ငတ်မွတ် ပါ၏။

BOW down thine ear, O Lord, hear me: for I am poor and needy.

2 ၂ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်၊ သန့်ရှင်း သူတို့အဝင် ဖြစ်သော အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဝိညာဉ် ကိုစောင့်မ ၍၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ကိုးစား သော ကိုယ်တော် ၏ကျွန် ကို ကယ်တင် တော်မူပါ။

Preserve my soul; for I am holy: O thou my God, save thy servant that trusteth in thee.

3 ၃ အို ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို အစဉ် အော်ဟစ် ပါသည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ကယ် မသနားတော်မူပါ။

Be merciful unto me, O Lord: for I cry unto thee daily.

4 ၄ အို ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို အကျွန်ုပ် တသ ပါသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ကျွန် သည် ဝမ်းမြောက် မည်အကြောင်းပြုတော်မူပါ။

Rejoice the soul of thy servant: for unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.

5 ၅ အို ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် ကောင်း သောသဘော၊ သည်းခံ တတ်သော သဘောနှင့် ပြည့်စုံ၍၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ပဌနာ ပြုသော သူအပေါင်း တို့အား ကရုဏာ တော်ကြွယ်ဝ ပါ၏။

For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.

6 ၆ အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ပဌနာ စကားကို နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။ အသနား တော်ခံသော စကား သံကို မှတ် တော်မူပါ။ ဘေး ရောက်သည် ကာလ ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ခေါ် ပါမည်။

Give ear, O Lord, unto my prayer; and attend to the voice of my supplications.

7 ၇ ကိုယ်တော်လည်း ထူး တော်မူ တတ်ပါ၏။

In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee: for thou wilt answer me.

8 ၈ အို ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ ဘုရား တို့တွင် ကိုယ်တော် နှင့် တူသော ဘုရားမ ရှိပါ။ အမှု တော်နှင့် တူသော အမှုလည်း မ ရှိပါ။

Among the gods there is none like unto thee, O Lord; neither are there any works like unto thy works.

9 ၉ အို ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ ဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူသောလူမျိုး အပေါင်း တို့သည် ချဉ်းကပ် လျက် ရှေ့ တော်၌ ပြပ်ဝပ် ၍ ၊ နာမ တော်ကို ချီးမြှောက် ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။

All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, O Lord; and shall glorify thy name.

10 ၁၀ ကိုယ်တော် သည် ကြီးမြတ် ၍ အံ့ဩ ဘွယ်တို့ကို ပြု တော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ်တော် တပါး တည်းသာလျှင် ဘုရား သခင် ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။

For thou art great, and doest wondrous things: thou art God alone.

11 ၁၁ အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ လမ်း ကို အကျွန်ုပ် အား ပြညွှန် တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ သမ္မာတရား လမ်းသို့ လိုက်သွား ပါမည်။ နာမ တော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ မည်အကြောင်း ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏နှလုံး ကို စေ့စပ် စေတော်မူပါ။

Teach me thy way, O Lord; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name.

12 ၁၂ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို စိတ် နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့ ချီးမွမ်း ၍ ၊ နာမ တော်ကို အစဉ် အမြဲချီးမြှောက် ပါမည်။

I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart: and I will glorify thy name for evermore.

13 ၁၃ အကျွန်ုပ် ခံရ သောကရုဏာ တော်ကြီး လှပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဝိညာဉ် ကို မရဏ နိုင်ငံအောက် အရပ်ထဲက ကယ်နှုတ် တော်မူပြီ။ (Sheol h7585)

For great is thy mercy toward me: and thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest hell. (Sheol h7585)

14 ၁၄ အို ဘုရား သခင်၊ မာန ကြီးသောသူတို့ သည် အကျွန်ုပ် တဘက် ၌ ထ ကြ၍ ၊ ကြမ်းတမ်း သော လူ အစု အဝေးတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို မျက်မှောက် မ ပြုဘဲ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အသက် ကို ရှာ ကြပါ၏။

O God, the proud are risen against me, and the assemblies of violent men have sought after my soul; and have not set thee before them.

15 ၁၅ အို ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် သနား စုံမက် တတ် သော သဘော၊ ကျေးဇူး ပြုတတ် သော သဘော၊ သည်းခံ တတ်သောသဘော၊ ကရုဏာ နှင့် သစ္စာ ကြွယ်ဝသော သဘောနှင့် ပြည့်စုံ သောဘုရား ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။

But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth.

16 ၁၆ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မျက်နှာ ပြု၍ ကယ် မသနားတော်မူ ပါ။ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ကျွန် အား တန်ခိုး တော်ကိုပေး ၍၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ကျွန် မသား ကို ကယ်တင် တော်မူပါ။

O turn unto me, and have mercy upon me; give thy strength unto thy servant, and save the son of thine handmaid.

17 ၁၇ အကျွန်ုပ် အား ကောင်း သော နိမိတ် လက္ခဏာကို ပြ တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မုန်း သောသူတို့သည် မြင် ၍ ရှက်ကြောက် ကြပါစေ။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ အိုထာဝရ ဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မစ ၍ ချမ်းသာ ပေးတော်မူ၏။

Shew me a token for good; that they which hate me may see it, and be ashamed: because thou, Lord, hast holpen me, and comforted me.
