ဆာလံ 74
1 ၁ အို ဘုရား သခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကို အဘယ်ကြောင့် အစဉ် စွန့်ပစ် တော်မူသနည်း။ ကိုယ်တော် ထံမှာကျက်စား သော သိုး တို့ကို အဘယ်ကြောင့်အမျက် ထွက်တော်မူသနည်း။
AN INSTRUCTION OF ASAPH. Why, O God, have You cast off forever? Your anger smokes against the flock of Your pasture.
2 ၂ ရှေးက အပိုင် ရတော်မူသောလူ အစည်းအဝေးကို၎င်း၊ ရွေး တော်မူသောအမွေ တော်အဘို့ကို၎င်း၊ ကျိန်းဝပ် တော်မူရာ ဇိအုန် တောင် ကို၎င်းအောက်မေ့ တော်မူပါ။
Remember Your congregation [That] You purchased of old, You redeemed the rod of Your inheritance, This Mount Zion—You dwelt in it.
Lift up Your steps to the continuous desolations, Everything the enemy did wickedly in the sanctuary.
4 ၄ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ လူစည်းဝေး ရာအရပ် ၌ ရန်သူ တို့ သည် အော်ဟစ် ကြပါ၏။ လက္ခဏာ သက်သေတော်အရာ ၌ သူ တို့လက္ခဏာ သက်သေတို့ကို ထား ကြပါပြီ။
Your adversaries have roared, In the midst of Your meeting-places, They have set their ensigns as ensigns.
He is known as one bringing in on high Against a thicket of wood—axes.
And now they break down its engravings, Together, with axe and hatchet,
7 ၇ သန့်ရှင်း ရာဌာနတော်ကို မီး ရှို့ ကြပါ၏။ နာမတော် ကျိန်းဝပ်ရာ တဲ တော်ကို မြေ တိုင်အောင် ရှုတ်ချ ကြပါ၏။
They have sent Your sanctuary into fire, They defiled the Dwelling Place of Your Name to the earth,
8 ၈ ဤအမျိုးသား အပေါင်းတို့ကို အတူ ဖျက်ဆီး ကြကုန်အံ့ဟုဆို ၍၊ မြေ တပြင်လုံး တွင် ဘုရား သခင်၏ တရားစရပ် တို့ကို မီးရှို့ ကြပါ၏။
They said in their hearts, “Let us oppress them together,” They burned all the meeting-places of God in the land.
9 ၉ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့သည် ကိုယ်လက္ခဏာ သက်သေများ ကို မ မြင် ရပါ။ ပရောဖက် သည် တဖန် မ ပေါ်မရှိပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့တွင် ကာလ အပိုင်းအခြားကို သိ သောသူ မ ရှိပါ။
We have not seen our ensigns, There is no longer a prophet, Nor with us is one knowing how long.
10 ၁၀ အို ဘုရား သခင်၊ ရန်သူ သည် အဘယ် မျှကာလ ပတ်လုံးကဲ့ရဲ့ ပါလိမ့်မည်နည်း။ ရန်ဘက် ပြုသောသူသည် နာမတော် ကို အစဉ် မထီမဲ့မြင် ပြုရပါမည်လော။
Until when, O God, does an adversary reproach? Does an enemy despise Your Name forever?
11 ၁၁ လက်ျာ လက် တော်ကို အဘယ်ကြောင့် ရုပ်သိမ်း တော်မူသနည်း။ ရင်ခွင် တော်ထဲက ထုတ် ၍ ဖျက်ဆီး တော်မူ ပါ။
Why do You turn back Your hand, Even Your right hand? Remove [it] from the midst of Your bosom.
12 ၁၂ အကယ် စင်စစ်ဘုရား သခင်သည် ရှေး ကာလမှစ၍ ၊ ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်းကို မြေ အလယ် ၌ ပြု သောငါ တို့၏ ရှင် ဘုရင်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
And God [is] my king of old, Working salvation in the midst of the earth.
13 ၁၃ ကိုယ်တော် သည် တန်ခိုး တော်အားဖြင့် ပင်လယ် ကို ခွဲ တော်မူပြီ။ ရေ ထဲမှာ မိကျောင်း တို့၏ ဦးခေါင်း တို့ကို ချိုး တော်မူပြီ။
You have divided [the] sea by Your strength, You have shattered heads of dragons by the waters,
You have broken the heads of leviathan, You make him food for the people of desert-dwellers.
15 ၁၅ စမ်းရေ နှင့် ချောင်းရေ ကို ပေါက် စေတော်မူပြီ။ ရေ မပြတ်သော မြစ် တို့ကိုလည်း ခန်းခြောက် စေတော်မူပြီ။
You have cleaved a fountain and a stream, You have dried up perennial flowings.
The day [is] Yours, The night [is] also Yours, You have prepared a light-giver—the sun.
You have set up all the borders of earth, Summer and winter—You have formed them.
18 ၁၈ ရန်သူ တို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ကိုကဲ့ရဲ့ ၍ ၊ လူမိုက် တို့ သည် နာမတော် အား မထီမဲ့မြင် ပြုကြသည်ကို အောက်မေ့ တော်မူပါ။
Remember this—an enemy reproached YHWH, And a foolish people have despised Your Name.
19 ၁၉ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ချိုးငှက် အသက် ကို သားရဲ ၌ အပ် တော်မ မူပါနှင့်။ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ဆင်းရဲသား တို့ အစည်းအဝေးကို အစဉ် မေ့လျော့ တော်မ မူပါနှင့်။
Do not give up to a [wild] creature, The soul of Your turtle-dove, Do not forget the life of Your poor ones forever.
20 ၂၀ ပဋိညာဉ် တော်ကိုထောက် တော်မူပါ။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ မြေကြီး ပေါ်မှာ မှောင်မိုက် သော အရပ်တို့သည် လုယူ ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းနေရာ သက်သက်ဖြစ် ကြပါ၏။
Look attentively to the covenant, For the dark places of earth, Have been full of habitations of violence.
21 ၂၁ နှိပ်စက် ခြင်းကို ခံရသောသူတို့သည် စိတ်ပျက် ၍ မ သွား ကြ ပါစေနှင့်။ ဆင်းရဲ ငတ်မွတ် သောသူတို့သည် နာမတော် ကို ချီးမွမ်း ကြပါစေသော။
Do not let the oppressed turn back ashamed, Let the poor and needy praise Your Name,
22 ၂၂ အို ဘုရား သခင်၊ ထ တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ် အမှု ကို စီရင် ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူပါ။ မိုက် သောသူသည် ကိုယ်တော် အား အစဉ် ကဲ့ရဲ့ သည်ကို အောက်မေ့ တော်မူပါ။
Arise, O God, plead Your plea, Remember Your reproach from a fool all the day.
23 ၂၃ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ရန်သူ တို့ အသံ ကို မေ့လျော့ တော် မ မူပါနှင့်။ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ပုန်ကန် သောသူတို့၏ ရုန်းရင်းခတ်ခြင်းအသံ သည် အစဉ် မပြတ်တိုး တက်လျက်ရှိပါ၏။
Do not forget the voice of Your adversaries, The noise of Your withstanders is going up continually!
