In thee, O LORD! do I put my trust! Let me never be put to shame!
2 ၂ တရား တော်နှင့်အညီ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို နှုတ်ယူ ၍ လွှတ် တော်မူပါ။ နား တော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ် ဘက်သို့ လှည့် ၍ ကယ်တင် တော်မူပါ။
In thy goodness deliver and rescue me; Incline thine ear to me, and save me!
3 ၃ အကျွန်ုပ် အစဉ် ရောက် ၍ နေရာ ကျသော ကျောက် ဖြစ် တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ကယ်တင် မည် အကြောင်း အမိန့် တော်ရှိ၍ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ကျောက် ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ရဲတိုက် ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
Be thou the rock of my abode, where I may continually resort! Thou hast granted me deliverance; For thou art my rock and my fortress!
4 ၄ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ဘုရား သခင်၊ ဆိုး သောသူ ၏လက် မှ ၎င်း၊ မ တရားသောသူနှင့် ကြမ်းတမ်း သောသူ ၏လက် မှ ၎င်း အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ကယ်နှုတ် တော်မူပါ။
Save me, O my God! from the hand of the wicked, -From the hand of the unjust and cruel!
5 ၅ အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ် မြော်လင့် ရာဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ငယ် သောအရွယ် မှစ၍ အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုးစား ရာ ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
For thou art my hope, O Lord Jehovah! Thou hast been my trust from my youth!
6 ၆ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ဘွား ကတည်း ကပင် ကိုယ်တော် ကို မှီဝဲ ပါပြီ။ အမိ ဝမ်း တွင်းမှစ၍ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုခံရပါပြီ။ ကိုယ်တော် ကို အစဉ် ချီးမွမ်း ပါမည်။
Upon thee have I leaned from my birth; From my earliest breath thou hast been my support; My song hath been continually of thee!
7 ၇ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် များစွာ သောသူတို့ ၌ အံ့ဘွယ် သော အရာကဲ့ သို့ ဖြစ် သော်လည်း ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ ခိုင်ခံ့ သော ခိုလှုံ ရာဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
I am a wonder to many, But thou art my strong refuge.
Let my mouth be filled with thy praise; Yea, all the day long, with thy glory.
Cast me not off in mine old age; Forsake me not, When my strength faileth!
For my enemies speak against me, And they who lay wait for my life consult together:
11 ၁၁ ဘုရား သခင်သည် သူ့ ကို စွန့်ပစ် တော်မူ၏။ လိုက် ၍ ဘမ်း ကြကုန်အံ့။ ကယ်လွှတ် သော သူမ ရှိဟု တိုင်ပင်ပြော ဆိုကြပါ၏။
“God,” say they, “hath forsaken him; Pursue and seize him; for he hath none to deliver him!”
12 ၁၂ အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် နှင့် ဝေးဝေး နေတော်မ မူပါနှင့်။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မစ ခြင်းငှါ အလျင် အမြန်ပြုတော်မူပါ။
O God! be not far from me! Come speedily to mine aid, O my God!
13 ၁၃ အကျွန်ုပ် အသက် ကို ရန်ဘက် ပြုသောသူတို့ သည် အရှက်ကွဲ ၍ ဆုံးရှုံး ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ကြပါစေသော။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ အပြစ် ပြုခြင်းအခွင့်ကို ရှာ သောသူတို့သည် ကဲ့ရဲ့ ခြင်း၊ အသရေ ပျက်ခြင်းနှင့် မွန်း ကြ ပါစေသော။
Let them perish with shame who are my enemies; Let them be covered with contempt and dishonor who seek my hurt!
But I will hope continually; I shall yet praise thee more and more.
15 ၁၅ ဖြောင့်မတ် တော်မူခြင်းနှင့် ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်းကျေးဇူးကို အကျွန်ုပ်သည် နေ့တိုင်း အစဉ် ညွှန် ကြား ပါမည်။ ကျေးဇူးတော်တို့ကို ရေတွက် ၍ မ ကုန်နိုင်ပါ။
My mouth shall speak of thy goodness, —Of thy sure protection all the day long; For thy mercies are more than I can number.
16 ၁၆ အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ ဘုန်း တန်ခိုးတော်များကို အမှီပြု ၍ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းတရားကိုသာ ပြသ ပါမည်။
I will celebrate thy mighty deeds, O Lord Jehovah! I will make mention of thy goodness, of thine only!
17 ၁၇ အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ငယ် သောအရွယ်မှစ၍ သွန်သင် တော်မူပါပြီ။ ယခု တိုင်အောင် အံ့ဘွယ် သော အမှုတော်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ပြ ပါပြီ။
O God! thou hast taught me from my youth, And thus far have I declared thy wondrous deeds;
18 ၁၈ တဖန်တုံ အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ကြီး ၍ ဆံပင် ဖြူသည်ကာလတိုင်အောင် ၊ ယခုလူ များတို့အား ကိုယ်တော် ၏ အစွမ်း သတ္တိကို၎င်း၊ နောက်ဖြစ် လတံ့သော သူအပေါင်း တို့အား တန်ခိုး တော်ကို၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်မ ပြ မှီတွင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို စွန့်ပစ် တော်မ မူပါနှင့်။
And now, when I am old and gray-headed, O God! forsake me not, Until I make known thine arm to the next generation, -Thy mighty power to all that are to come!
19 ၁၉ အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ ဖြောင့်မတ် တော်မူခြင်းတရားသည် အလွန်မြင့် ရာသို့ မှီသည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ကြီးစွာ သော အမှုတို့ကို ပြု တော်မူ၏။ အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော် နှင့်အဘယ် သူတူ ပါသနည်း။
For thy goodness, O God! reacheth to the heavens; Wonderful things doest thou! O God! who is like unto thee?
20 ၂၀ ကြီးမား ကြမ်းတမ်းသော ဘေး များ ကို အကျွန်ုပ် အားပြ တော်မူပြီ။ တဖန် အသက် ကို ချမ်းသာပေး၍ ၊ မြေကြီး နက်နဲ ရာထဲက တဖန် ထမြောက် စေတော်မူမည်။
Thou hast suffered us to see great and grievous troubles; Thou wilt again give us life, And wilt bring us back from the depths of the earth!
Thou wilt increase my greatness; Thou wilt again comfort me!
22 ၂၂ သို့ဖြစ်၍ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ဘုရား သခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော် နှင့် သစ္စာ တော်ကို တယော ထိုး၍ ချီးမွမ်း ပါမည်။ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ သန့်ရှင်း တော်မူသောဘုရား၊ ရှေ့ တော်၌ စောင်း တီး၍ သီချင်း ဆိုပါမည်။
Then will I praise thee with the psaltery; Even thy faithfulness, O my God! To thee will I sing with the harp, O Holy One of Israel!
23 ၂၃ ရှေ့ တော်၌ သီချင်း ဆိုသောအခါ ၊ ရွှင်လန်း သော နှုတ် ရှိပါလိမ့်မည်။ ရွေး တော်မူသောအကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဝိညာဉ် လည်း ရွှင်လန်းပါလိမ့်မည်။
My lips shall rejoice, when I sing to thee; And my soul, which thou hast redeemed from death;
24 ၂၄ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏လျှာ သည်လည်း ဖြောင့်မတ် တော်မူခြင်းတရားကို အစဉ် မြွက် ဆိုပါလိမ့်မည်။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ အပြစ် ပြုခြင်း အခွင့်ကို ရှာ သောသူတို့သည် မျက်နှာ ပျက်၍ အရှက် ကွဲခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ကြပါ၏။
My tongue also shall continually speak of thy righteousness: For all who seek my hurt are brought to shame and confounded.
