ဆာလံ 7
1 ၁ ဒါဝိဒ် သည် ဗင်္ယာမိန် အမျိုးသား ကုရှ ၏စကား ကြောင့် ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ အသံညှိ၍ဆို သော ဆာလံ။1အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို အကျွန်ုပ် ခိုလှုံ ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ သော သူအပေါင်း တို့၏လက်မှ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို နှုတ် ယူ၍ ကယ်တင် တော်မူပါ။
Yahweh my God, I come to you to protect me. Rescue me, save me from all those who are pursuing me [in order to harm me].
2 ၂ သို့မဟုတ် နှုတ် ယူသောသူမ ရှိစဉ်၊ ရန်သူသည် ခြင်္သေ့ ကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏စိတ် ဝိညာဉ်ကို လုယူကိုက် ဖြတ် ပါလိမ့်မည်။
If you do not do that, they will tear me into pieces like a lion does [when it attacks the animals it wants to kill], and no one will save me [from them].
3 ၃ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ထိုသို့ ပြု သော်၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ် လက် မှာ အဓမ္မ အမှုရှိ သော်၎င်း၊
Yahweh my God, if I have done anything that is wrong,
4 ၄ အကျွန်ုပ် နှင့် သင့်တင့် သောသူကို အကျွန်ုပ် ပြစ်မှား ၍ ၊ အကြောင်း မရှိဘဲလျက် ရန် ပြုသောသူကို အကျွန်ုပ် ညှဉ်းဆဲ သော် ၎င်း၊ ထိုသို့သော အပြစ်တစုံတခုရှိလျှင်၊
if I have done evil to some friend who did good things to me, or if, for no good reason, I have spared (OR, acted violently toward) those who were my enemies,
5 ၅ ရန်သူ သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ စိတ် ဝိညာဉ်ကိုလိုက် ၍ မှီ ပါစေ။ အကျွန်ုပ် အသက် ကို မြေ ပေါ် မှာနင်း ၍ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အသရေ ကို မြေမှုန့် ၌ နှိမ့်ချ ပါစေ။
allow my enemies to pursue me and capture me. Allow them to trample me into the ground and leave me [SYN] [lying dead] in the dirt.
6 ၆ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အမျက် တော် ထွက်၍ ထ တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ရန်သူ တို့ ပြင်းထန် ခြင်းကို ဆီးတား ၍ အားထုတ်တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် အဘို့ နိုး တော်မူ ပါ။ တရား စီရင် ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူပါ။
But Yahweh, because you are [very] angry [with those who pursue me], arise and attack/defeat my enemies who are furiously/angrily [attacking me] Do to them what is just!
7 ၇ လူမျိုး တို့သည်စည်းဝေး ၍ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ဝန်းရံ ကြလျက် ၊ သူ တို့အဘို့ မြင့် ရာအရပ်သို့ ပြန် ကြွတော်မူပါ။
Gather around you the people of [all] nations, and rule them from where you are in heaven [MTY].
8 ၈ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် လူမျိုး တို့ကို တရား စီရင်တော်မူ၏။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်း ကို၎င်း၊ စုံလင် ခြင်းကို၎င်း ထောက်၍ အကျွန်ုပ် အမှုကို စီရင် ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူပါ။
Yahweh, judge the people of [all] nations! And, Yahweh, show that I have done nothing that is wrong.
9 ၉ မတရား သောသူတို့ ၏ အဓမ္မ အမှုကိုဆုံးရှုံး စေ၍ ၊ တရား သောသူတို့ကိုမြဲမြံ စေတော်မူပါ။ တရား သဖြင့် ပြုတော်မူသောဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် နှလုံး နှင့် ကျောက်ကပ် ကို စစ် တော်မူတတ်ပါ၏။
God, you know what every person is thinking, and because you are righteous, you [always] do what is just/right. [So now] stop evil people from doing wicked [deeds], and defend [all of us who are] righteous!
God, you protect me like a shield [protects soldiers] [MET]; you protect all those who are righteous in their inner being.
You judge [everyone] correctly, and every day you punish [wicked people].
Whenever your enemies do not (repent/change their behavior), [it is as though] [MET] you sharpen your sword and put a string on your bow [to get ready to kill them].
You are preparing your weapons that kill those whom they strike; the arrows that you will shoot have flaming tips.
14 ၁၄ ထိုသူသည် ဒုစရိုက် ဘွား သော ဝေဒနာ ကို ခံရ၏။ မ ကောင်းသော အကြံအစည်ကို ပဋိသန္ဓေယူ၍ ၊ စိတ်ပျက် ခြင်းကို ဘွားမြင် တတ်၏။
Wicked people tell lies, and they think that they surely will be able to do [MET] the evil things that they are planning to do [just as surely as] a pregnant woman [knows that she is going to give birth to a child] [MET].
But when they dig a deep pit [to trap others], they themselves will fall into it.
16 ၁၆ မိမိ မ ကောင်းသော အကြံအစည်သည် မိမိ ခေါင်း ပေါ် မှာ ပြန် ရောက်၍ ၊ မိမိ ကြမ်းတမ်း သောအမှု သည် မိမိ ခေါင်း ထိပ်ပေါ် မှာ သက် ရောက်တတ်၏။
They themselves will experience the trouble that they want to cause others to have; they will hurt themselves by the violent things that they want to do to others.
17 ၁၇ ငါမူကား၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ တရား သောအမှု တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း ၍ ၊ အမြင့်ဆုံး သောထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နာမတော် ကို ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုပါမည်။
I praise Yahweh because he [always acts] righteously/justly; I sing to praise Yahweh, the one who is much greater than any other god.
