ဆာလံ 68
1 ၁ ဘုရား သခင်ထ တော်မူ၍၊ ရန်သူ တို့သည် အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ကွဲပြား ကြပါစေသော။ ဘုရား သခင်ကို မုန်း သောသူတို့ သည် အထံ တော်က ပြေး ကြပါစေသော။
Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him.
2 ၂ မီးခိုး လွှင့် သကဲ့သို့ သူတို့ကို လွှင့် တော်မူပါ။ ဘယောင်း သည် မီး ရှေ့ မှာ အရည် ဖြစ်သကဲ့သို့ ၊ မတရား သောသူတို့ သည် ဘုရား သခင့်ရှေ့ တော်မှာ ပျက်စီး ကြပါစေသော။
As smoke is driven away, so drive them away: as wax melts before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God.
3 ၃ ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူတို့ သည် ဝမ်းမြောက် ၍ ၊ ဘုရား သခင့်ရှေ့တော်မှာ ရွှင်လန်း သောစိတ် နှင့် အလွန် ဝမ်းမြောက် ဝမ်းသာကြပါစေသော။
But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God: yes, let them exceedingly rejoice.
4 ၄ ဘုရား သခင်အား သီချင်း ဆိုကြလော့။ နာမတော် ကို ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုကြလော့။ တော ၌ စီး ၍ ကြွတော်မူသောအရှင်ဘို့ လမ်းကို ပြင်ကြလော့။ ထိုအရှင် ၏ နာမတော် ကား၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရားတည်း။ ရှေ့ တော်၌ ရွှင်လန်း ကြလော့။
Sing to God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rides on the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him.
5 ၅ ဘုရား သခင်သည် သန့်ရှင်း သော ဘုံ ဗိမာန်တော်၌ စံပယ်လျက်၊ မိဘ မရှိသောသူတို့ ၏ အဘ ဖြစ်၍ ၊ မုတ်ဆိုးမ တို့ဘက်မှာ တရား စီရင်တော်မူ၏။
A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.
6 ၆ ဘုရား သခင်သည် ပေါက်ဘော် မရှိသောသူတို့ အား အိမ်ထောင် ချခြင်းအခွင့် ကိုပေး တော်မူ၍၊ ချုပ် ထားသောသူတို့ ကိုလည်း ကြွယ်ဝခြင်းထဲ သို့ သွင်း တော်မူ၏။ ငြင်းဆန် သောသူတို့ မူကား ၊ သွေ့ခြောက် သော အရပ်၌ နေ ရကြ၏။
God sets the solitary in families: he brings out those which are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry land.
O God, when you went forth before your people, when you did march through the wilderness; (Selah)
8 ၈ ဘုရား သခင်၏ မျက်နှာ တော်ကြောင့် ၊ မြေကြီး လှုပ် ၍ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင် သည် ယို စီးလေ၏။ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ ဘုရား သခင်မျက်နှာ တော်ကြောင့် သိနာ တောင်သည်လည်း တုန်လှုပ်၏။
The earth shook, the heavens also dropped at the presence of God: even Sinai itself was moved at the presence of God, the God of Israel.
9 ၉ အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် မိုဃ်း ကို များစွာ ရွာစေ၍၊ ပင်ပန်း သော အမွေ တော်လူတို့ကို ထောက်မ တော်မူ၏။
You, O God, did send a plentiful rain, whereby you did confirm your inheritance, when it was weary.
10 ၁၀ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ အလုံး အရင်းသည် နေရာ ကျရကြပါ၏။ အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ ဆင်းရဲ သောသူတို့ အဘို့ ကျေးဇူး တော်အားဖြင့် ပြင်ဆင် တော်မူ၏။
Your congregation has dwelled therein: you, O God, have prepared of your goodness for the poor.
11 ၁၁ ဘုရား ရှင်အမိန့် တော်ရှိ၍၊ ဝမ်းမြောက် စရာ သိတင်းကို ကြားပြော သောသူ တို့ သည် အတိုင်းမသိများ ကြ၏။
The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it.
12 ၁၂ စစ်အင်္ဂါဗိုလ်ခြေ သခင်ရှင် ဘုရင်တို့သည် အလျင် အမြန်ပြေးကြ၍ ၊ အိမ် ၌ နေရစ် သော မိန်းမတို့သည် လက်ရဥစ္စာ ကို ဝေ မျှကြ၏။
Kings of armies did flee apace: and she that tarried at home divided the spoil.
13 ၁၃ သင်တို့သည် တောင် ကြား မှာ နေရာ ကျလျက် ၊ ငွေ နှင့် မွန်းမံ သော ချိုးငှက် အတောင် ကဲ့သို့၎င်း ၊ နီ သော ရွှေ နှင့် မွမ်းမံသော အမွေး ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ ဖြစ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
Though you have lien among the pots, yet shall you be as the wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with yellow gold.
14 ၁၄ အနန္တ တန်ခိုးနှင့် ပြည့်စုံတော်မူသောဘုရားသည်၊ ရှင်ဘုရင် တို့ကို ကွဲပြား စေတော်မူသောအရပ် သည် ဇာလမုန် တောင်ပေါ် မှာ မိုဃ်းပွင့် ကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်လေ၏။
When the Almighty scattered kings in it, it was white as snow in Salmon.
15 ၁၅ ဘုရား သခင်၏ တောင် တည်းဟူသောဗာရှန် တောင် ၊ မြင့် သော ထိပ် များနှင့် ပြည့်စုံသော ဗာရှန် တောင် တို့၊
The hill of God is as the hill of Bashan; an high hill as the hill of Bashan.
16 ၁၆ သင်တို့သည် မြင့် သော တောင်ထိပ် များနှင့် ပြည့်စုံသော်လည်း၊ ဘုရား သခင်ကျိန်းဝပ် ခြင်းငှါ အလိုရှိ တော်မူသောတောင် ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် အစဉ် အမြဲနေရာ ချတော်မူသောတောင်တော်ကို အဘယ် ကြောင့်စောင်း မြောင်းကြသနည်း။
Why leap you, you high hills? this is the hill which God desires to dwell in; yes, the LORD will dwell in it for ever.
17 ၁၇ ဘုရား သခင်၏ရထား တော်တို့သည် အထောင် အသောင်း မက များ ကြ၏။ ဘုရား ရှင်ပါ တော်မူ၏။ သိနာ တောင်လည်း သန့်ရှင်း ရာဌာနတော်၌ ရှိသတည်း။
The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands of angels: the Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the holy place.
18 ၁၈ ကိုယ်တော်သည် မြင့် သောအရပ်သို့ တက် ကြွတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ များစွာသောသူတို့ ကို ဘမ်း သွားတော်မူ၍၊ ထာဝရ အရှင် ဘုရား သခင်သည် လူတို့တွင် ကျိန်းဝပ် တော်မူမည်အကြောင်း ၊ လူတို့အဘို့မက၊ ပုန်ကန် သော လူ တို့အဘို့ ဆုလပ် များကို ခံရ တော်မူပြီ။
You have ascended on high, you have led captivity captive: you have received gifts for men; yes, for the rebellious also, that the LORD God might dwell among them.
19 ၁၉ ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် အစဉ် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိတော်မူစေသတည်း။ ငါ တို့ကို သူတပါး ညှဉ်းဆဲ သောအခါ ၊ ဘုရား သခင်ကယ်တင် တော်မူ၏။
Blessed be the Lord, who daily loads us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. (Selah)
20 ၂၀ ငါ တို့၏ ဘုရား သခင်သည် ကယ်တင် နိုင်သော ဘုရား ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ဘုရား ရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သေခြင်း သို့ ရောက်သော လမ်းကိုလည်း အစိုးပိုင်တော်မူ၏။
He that is our God is the God of salvation; and to GOD the Lord belong the issues from death.
21 ၂၁ ဘုရား သခင်သည် မိမိ ရန်သူ တို့၏ ဦးခေါင်း ကို၎င်း၊ အပြစ် ပြု မြဲပြုသောသူ တို့ ၏ ဦးသျှောင် ကို၎င်းဧကန် အမှန် နှိပ်စက် တော်မူမည်။
But God shall wound the head of his enemies, and the hairy scalp of such an one as goes on still in his trespasses.
The Lord said, I will bring again from Bashan, I will bring my people again from the depths of the sea:
23 ၂၃ ထို သို့သောအားဖြင့် သင် သည် ရန်သူ တို့ အသွေး ကို နင်း ၍၊ သင် ၏ခွေး တို့သည်လည်း လျက် ကြ လိမ့်မည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
That your foot may be dipped in the blood of your enemies, and the tongue of your dogs in the same.
24 ၂၄ အို ဘုရား သခင်၊ သန့်ရှင်း ရာဌာနသို့ ကိုယ်တော်ကြွ တော်မူခြင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ရှင် ဘုရင်ကြွ တော်မူခြင်းကို မြင် ရကြပါပြီ။
They have seen your goings, O God; even the goings of my God, my King, in the sanctuary.
25 ၂၅ ရှေ့ ၌ကား၊ သီချင်း ဆိုသောသူ၊ နောက် ၌ကား၊ စောင်းအမျိုးမျိုးကို တီးသောသူ၊ အလယ် ၌ ကား၊ ပတ်သာကို တီး သော အပျို တို့သည် လိုက်သွားကြပါ၏။
The singers went before, the players on instruments followed after; among them were the damsels playing with tambourines.
Bless you God in the congregations, even the Lord, from the fountain of Israel.
27 ၂၇ အစိုး ရသောဗင်္ယာမိန် ငယ် မှစ၍၊ မိမိ အလုံး အရင်းနှင့်တကွယုဒ မင်း များ၊ ဇာဗုလုန် မင်း များ နဿလိ မင်း များ ပါကြ၏။
There is little Benjamin with their ruler, the princes of Judah and their council, the princes of Zebulun, and the princes of Naphtali.
28 ၂၈ အို ဘုရား သခင်၊ တန်ခိုး တော်ကို ပြ တော်မူပါ။ အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့၌ ပြု သောကျေးဇူးတော်ကို တည် စေတော်မူပါ။
Your God has commanded your strength: strengthen, O God, that which you have worked for us.
29 ၂၉ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့၌ ရှိသောဗိမာန် တော်အဘို့ ရှင် ဘုရင်တို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် ထံ သို့လက်ဆောင် များကို ဆောင် ခဲ့ကြပါစေသော။
Because of your temple at Jerusalem shall kings bring presents to you.
30 ၃၀ ကျူတော သားရဲ ကို၎င်း၊ နွား လားဥသဘအစု အဝေးနှင့် လူမျိုး တို့၏ နွား ပျိုတို့ကို၎င်းဆုံးမ တော်မူသဖြင့် ၊ အသီးအသီးတို့သည် ငွေ စ နှင့် ကိုယ်ကို နှိမ့်ချ ကြပါစေသော။ စစ် မှုကို နှစ်သက် သော လူမျိုး တို့ကို အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ကွဲပြား စေတော်မူပါ။
Rebuke the company of spearmen, the multitude of the bulls, with the calves of the people, till every one submit himself with pieces of silver: scatter you the people that delight in war.
31 ၃၁ အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည်မှ သံတမန် တို့သည် လာ ကြပါစေသော။ ကုရှ ပြည်သည် မိမိ လက် တို့ကို ဘုရား သခင်ထံ တော်သို့ အလျင် အမြန်ဆန့်ရပါစေသော။
Princes shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall soon stretch out her hands to God.
Sing to God, you kingdoms of the earth; O sing praises to the Lord; (Selah)
33 ၃၃ အစ အဦး၌ အထက်ကောင်းကင် ဘဝဂ်ကို စီး ၍ နေတော်မူသောထာဝရ ဘုရားကို ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုကြလော့။ အသံ တော်ကို လွှတ် တော်မူ၍ ၊ အားကြီး သော အသံ ဖြစ်၏။
To him that rides on the heavens of heavens, which were of old; see, he does send out his voice, and that a mighty voice.
34 ၃၄ ဘုရား သခင်သည် တန်ခိုး ကြီးတော်မူသည်ဟု ဝန်ခံ ကြလော့။ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးကို ဘုန်း တော်လွှမ်းမိုးလျက် ၊ တန်ခိုး တော်လည်း မိုဃ်းတိမ် တို့တွင် ထင်ရှားလျက် ရှိသတည်း။
Ascribe you strength to God: his excellency is over Israel, and his strength is in the clouds.
35 ၃၅ အို ဘုရား သခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် သန့်ရှင်း ရာဌာနတော်ပြင်မှာ ကြောက်ရွံ့ ဘွယ် ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ ဘုရား သခင်ကား၊ မိမိလူ တို့အား အခွင့် တန်ခိုးကို ပေး တော်မူသောဘုရား ပေတည်း။ ဘုရား သခင်သည် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိတော်မူစေသတည်း။
O God, you are terrible out of your holy places: the God of Israel is he that gives strength and power to his people. Blessed be God.
