ဆာလံ 57
1 ၁ ဒါဝိဒ် သည် ဥမင် ၌ ရှောလု ထံမှ ထွက်ပြေး သောအခါ စပ်ဆိုသောဆာလံ။ အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို သနား တော်မူပါ။ သနား တော်မူပါ။ ဘေး မ လွန် မှီတိုင်အောင်အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဝိညာဉ် သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို ခိုလှုံ ပါ၏။ အတောင် တော် အရိပ် ၌ ခိုလှုံ ပါ၏။
To the chief Musician, Al-taschith, Michtam of David, when he fled from Saul in the cave. Be merciful to me, O God, be merciful to me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yes, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until [these] calamities are overpast.
I will cry to God most high; to God that performeth [all things] for me.
3 ၃ ကောင်းကင် က လက်တော်ကို ဆန့် တော်မူမည်။ ငါ့ ကို ကိုက်စား အံ့သောသူကို အရှက်ခွဲ သဖြင့် ၊ ငါ့ ကို ကယ်တင် တော်မူမည်။ ကရုဏာ တော်နှင့် သစ္စာ တော်ကို ဘုရား သခင်စေလွှတ် တော်မူမည်။
He shall send from heaven, and save me [from] the reproach of him that would swallow me up. (Selah) God shall send forth his mercy and his truth.
4 ၄ ငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် သည် ခြင်္သေ့ စုထဲ မှာ နေရ၏။ ဒေါသ မီးလောင်လျက်ရှိသောလူ သား တို့တွင် ငါအိပ် ရ၏။ သူ တို့ သွား တို့သည် လှံ နှင့် မြှား ဖြစ်ကြ၏။ သူ တို့လျှာ သည်လည်း ထက် သောသန်လျှက် ဖြစ်၏။
My soul [is] among lions: [and] I lie [even among] them that are set on fire, [even] the sons of men, whose teeth [are] spears and arrows, and their tongue a sharp sword.
5 ၅ အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ ကောင်းကင် မြင့်သည်ထက် ကိုယ်တော် ကြီး မြင့်တော်မူစေသတည်း။ မြေကြီး တပြင်လုံး ကို ဘုန်း တော်လွှမ်းမိုး ပါစေသတည်း။
Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens; [let] thy glory [be] above all the earth.
6 ၆ သူတို့သည် ငါ သွား ရာလမ်း၌ ကျော့ကွင်း ကို ပြင်ဆင် ကြပြီ။ ငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် သည် နှိမ့်ချ လျက်ရှိ၏။ ငါ့ ရှေ့ ၌ တွင်း ကို တူး ကြပြီးမှကိုယ် တူးသော တွင်းထဲ သို့ ကိုယ်ကျ ကြပြီ။
They have prepared a net for my steps; my soul is bowed down: they have digged a pit before me, into the midst of which they have fallen [themselves]. (Selah)
7 ၇ အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် နှလုံး သည် တည်ကြည် ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် နှလုံး သည် တည်ကြည် ပါ၏။ သီချင်း ဆိုပါမည်။ ချီးမွမ်း ထောမနာပြုပါမည်။
My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing and give praise.
Awake, my glory; awake, psaltery and harp: I [myself] will awake early.
9 ၉ အိုထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ ပရိသတ် အလယ် ၌ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ချီးမွမ်း ပါမည်။ လူမျိုး တို့တွင် ကိုယ်တော် အား ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုပါမည်။
I will praise thee, O LORD, among the people: I will sing to thee among the nations.
10 ၁၀ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ကရုဏာ တော်သည် ကောင်းကင် သို့ ၎င်း၊ သစ္စာ တော်သည် မိုဃ်းတိမ် သို့ ၎င်း မှီ ပါ၏။
For thy mercy [is] great to the heavens, and thy truth to the clouds.
11 ၁၁ အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ ကောင်းကင် မြင့်သည်ထက် ကိုယ်တော် ကြီး မြင့်တော်မူစေသတည်း။ မြေကြီး တပြင်လုံး ကို ဘုန်း တော်လွှမ်းမိုးပါစေသတည်း။
Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: [let] thy glory [be] above all the earth.
