ဆာလံ 5

1 ၁ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏စကား ကို နားထောင် တော်မူ၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ် မြည်တမ်း ခြင်းကို ဆင်ခြင် တော်မူပါ။

“For the leader of the music; to be accompanied with wind instruments. A psalm of David.” Give ear to my words, O LORD; Have regard to my cry!

2 ၂ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ရှင် ဘုရင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို ဆုတောင်း သည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အော်ဟစ် သောအသံ ကို နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။

Listen to the voice of my supplication, my King and my God! For to thee do I address my prayer.

3 ၃ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ နံနက် အခါ အကျွန်ုပ် စကား သံကို ကြား တော်မူရပါ၏။ နံနက် အခါကိုယ်တော် ကို မျက်မှောက် ပြု၍ မြော်လင့် ပါမည်။

In the morning shalt thou hear my voice, O LORD! In the morning will I address my prayer to thee, and look for help.

4 ၄ ကိုယ်တော် သည် မ တရားသော အမှုကို နှစ်သက် သော ဘုရား မ ဟုတ်။ ဆိုး သောသူကို လက်ခံ တော်မ မူ။

For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness; The unrighteous man dwelleth not with thee.

5 ၅ မိုက် သောသူသည် အထံတော်သို့ မ ဝင် ရ။ မ တရားသဖြင့် ပြု သောသူအပေါင်း တို့ကို မုန်း တော်မူ၏။

The haughty shall not stand in thy sight; Thou hatest all that do iniquity.

6 ၆ မုသာ စကားပြော သောသူတို့ကို ဖျက်ဆီး တော်မူ ၏။ လူ အသက်ကိုသတ် တတ်သောသူနှင့် လှည့်စား တတ်သောသူတို့ကို ထာဝရဘုရား စက်ဆုပ်ရွံရှာ တော်မူ ၏။

Thou destroyest them that speak falsehood; The man of blood and deceit the LORD abhorreth.

7 ၇ အကျွန်ုပ် မူကား ၊ များစွာ သော ကျေးဇူး တော်ကို ခံစားရသဖြင့်၊ အိမ် တော်သို့ရောက် ၍၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ သောစိတ် နှင့် သန့်ရှင်း သော ဗိမာန် တော်တွင် ကိုးကွယ် ပါလိမ့်မည်။

But I, through thy great goodness, will come to thy house; In thy fear will I worship at thy holy temple.

8 ၈ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ရန်သူ တို့ကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို တရား တော်လမ်းထဲ သို့ပို့ဆောင် တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော် ၏လမ်း ကို အကျွန်ုပ် ရှေ့ မှာ ဖြောင့် စေတော်မူပါ။

Lead me, O LORD! in thy righteousness, because of mine enemies; Make thy path straight before my face!

9 ၉ သူ တို့၏နှုတ် တွင် သစ္စာ မ ရှိပါ။ သူ တို့နှလုံး သည် အလွန် ဆိုးဝါး၏။ သူ တို့၏လည်ချောင်း သည် ဖွင့် ထား သော သင်္ချိုင်း တွင်းဖြစ်ပါ၏။ သူ တို့သည် လျှာ နှင့် ချော့မော့ တတ်ကြ၏။

For in their mouth there is no truth; Their heart is malignity; Their throat is an open sepulchre; They flatter with their tongue.

10 ၁၀ အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ သူ တို့အပေါ်မှာ အပြစ် ရောက် စေတော်မူပါ။ မိမိ တို့အကြံ အစည်အားဖြင့် လဲ ကြပါစေ သော။ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ပုန်ကန် သောသူဖြစ်၍ ၊ ပြစ်မှားသော အပြစ် များ သောကြောင့် ၊ သူ တို့ကို နှင်ထုတ် တော်မူ ပါ။

Requite them, O God! Let them be confounded in their devices; Cast them out for the multitude of their transgressions; For against thee have they rebelled!

11 ၁၁ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ကိုးစား သောသူတို့ မူကား ၊ ဝမ်းမြောက်ကြပါစေသော။ စောင့်ရှောက်တော်မူခြင်းကို ခံရ၍ ဝမ်းမြောက်သည်နှင့် ကြွေးကြော်ကြပါစေသော။ နာမ တော်ကို ချစ် သောသူတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကြောင့် ဝမ်းသာ ရွှင်လန်းခြင်း ရှိကြပါစေသော။

But let all, that put their trust in thee, rejoice; Let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them; Let them, that love thy name, be joyful in thee!

12 ၁၂ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေး၍ ကျေးဇူး တော်အားဖြင့် ကွယ်ကာ စောင့်မ တော်မူလိမ့်သတည်း။

For thou, O LORD! dost bless the righteous; With favor dost thou encompass him, as with a shield.
