ဆာလံ 43

1 ၁ အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အမှု ၌ တရား ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူပါ။ ကရုဏာ မ ရှိသော လူမျိုး တဘက် ကနေ၍ အကျွန်ုပ်အမှုကို စောင့် တော်မူပါ။ သစ္စာ မရှိ၊ မ တရား သောသူ ၏လက်မှ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ကယ်လွှတ် တော်မူပါ။

Vindicate me, God, and plead my cause against a faithless nation. Oh, deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man.

2 ၂ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ခိုလှုံ ရာ ဘုရား ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုအဘယ်ကြောင့် စွန့်ပစ် တော်မူသနည်း။ ရန်သူ ညှဉ်းဆဲ နှိပ်စက်ခြင်းကိုခံရ၍ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ကြမ်းတမ်း သော အဝတ်ကိုဝတ်လျက် အဘယ်ကြောင့် နေ ရပါသနည်း။

For you, God, are my strength. Why have you rejected me? Why do I go mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?

3 ၃ အလင်း တော်နှင့် သစ္စာ တော်ကို စေလွှတ် တော်မူပါ။ သူ တို့သည် လမ်းပြ ၍ သန့်ရှင်း သောတောင် တော်သို့ ၎င်း၊ တဲ တော်သို့ ၎င်း အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ပို့ဆောင် ပါစေသော။

Oh, send out your light and your truth. Let them lead me. Let them bring me to your holy mountain, To your tents.

4 ၄ သို့ပြုလျှင် ဘုရား သခင်၏ ယဇ် ပလ္လင်သို့ ၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ဝမ်းမြောက် ရွှင်လန်း ရာ ဘုရား သခင်ထံ တော် သို့၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ရောက် လာ၍ ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို စောင်း တီးလျက် ချီးမွမ်း ထောမနာပြုပါမည်ဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ဘုရား။

Then I will go to the altar of God, to God, my exceeding joy. I will praise you on the harp, God, my God.

5 ၅ အိုငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် ၊ သင်သည်အဘယ်ကြောင့် ညှိုးငယ် သနည်း။ ငါ့ အထဲ မှာအဘယ်ကြောင့် မ ငြိမ်မဝပ်ရှိသနည်း။ ဘုရား သခင်ကို မြော်လင့် လျက်နေလော့။ ငါ့ ကို ကယ်တင် တော်မူသောအရှင် ၊ ငါ ကိုးကွယ်သောဘုရား သခင်၏ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ငါချီးမွမ်း ထောမနာ ပြုရလေအံ့ သတည်း။

Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God. For I will again give him thanks, my saving presence and my God.
