ဆာလံ 38
1 ၁ အောက်မေ့ စေခြင်းငှာ စပ်ဆိုသောဆာလံ။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အမျက် တော်ထွက်၍ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အပြစ် တင်တော်မ မူပါနှင့်။ ပြင်းစွာ သောစိတ် တော်ရှိ၍ ဆုံးမ တော်မမူပါနှင့်။
Yahweh, when you are angry [with me], do not rebuke/scold me and punish me!
[Now it is as though] you have shot your arrows at me and wounded me; you have struck me and knocked me down.
3 ၃ အမျက် တော်ထွက်သောကြောင့် ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အသား သည် ကျန်းမာ ခြင်းမ ရှိပါ။ ဒုစရိုက် အပြစ်ကြောင့် အရိုး များထဲ မှာ သက်သာ ခြင်းမ ရှိပါ။
Because you have been angry with me, I am suffering great pain. Because of my sin, my whole body is diseased.
4 ၄ အကျွန်ုပ် ပြုမိသော ဒုစရိုက် တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ခေါင်း ကို လွှမ်းမိုး ၍ ၊ လေး သောဝန် ကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ် မထမ်း နိုင်အောင် လေး ကြပါ၏။
All my sins are [like a flood] that covers my head; they are like a load that is very heavy, with the result that I cannot carry it.
Because I have done foolish things, I have sores that have become worse, and they stink.
6 ၆ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ပြင်းထန် စွာခံရ၍၊ အလွန် နှိမ့်ချ လျက်၊ ကြမ်းတမ်းသောအဝတ်ကိုဝတ်လျက် တနေ့လုံး သွား ရပါ၏။
[Sometimes] I am bent over, and [sometimes] I lie prostrate; I am sad/cry all day.
My body is burning with fever, and I am very ill.
I am completely exhausted, and I have no strength. I am very distressed, and I groan with pain.
9 ၉ အိုဘုရား ရှင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အလို ရှိသမျှ သည် ရှေ့ တော်၌ ထင်ရှားပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ညည်းတွား ခြင်း ကိုလည်း အကြွင်းမဲ့ သိတော်မူ၏။
Yahweh, you know that I desire [to be healed]; you hear me while I am groaning.
My heat is pounding heavily, and all my strength is gone. I am no longer able to see well.
11 ၁၁ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏အဆွေ ခင်ပွန်း၊ အပေါင်း အဘော်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် အနာ ရောဂါကြောင့် ၊ ဝေးဝေး ရပ် လျက် ၊ ပေါင်းဘော် တို့သည်လည်း ရှောင် လျက် နေကြ ပါ၏။
My friends and neighbors stay away from me because of my sores; even my own family stays away from me.
12 ၁၂ အကျွန်ုပ် အသက် ကို ရှာ သောသူတို့သည် ကျော့ကွင်း များကို ထောင်ထားကြပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ အပြစ် ပြုခြင်းအခွင့်ကို ရှာ သောသူတို့သည် တနေ့လုံး မနာလို သောစကားကိုပြော ၍ ၊ မကောင်းသောပရိယာယ် ကို ကြံစည် ကြပါ၏။
And those who want to kill me set traps to catch me; those who want to harm me discuss ways to get rid of me; they plot against me all day.
Now I act like I’m deaf, and do not listen [to what they say]. I act like I cannot talk, so I say nothing [to reply to them].
I act like a man who does not answer [when people talk to him], because he cannot hear anything.
15 ၁၅ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကိုအကျွန်ုပ် ကိုးစား ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ အရှင် ဘုရား သခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ပြန် ပြောတော်မူမည်။
But Yahweh, I trust in you. My Lord God, you will answer me.
16 ၁၆ သို့မဟုတ် ၊ သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်အမှုမှာ ဝမ်းမြောက် ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ခြေ ချော် သောအခါ အကျွန်ုပ် တဘက် ၌ ကိုယ် ကို ချီးမြှောက် ကြပါ လိမ့်မည်ဟု လျှောက် ပါပြီ။
I said to you, “Do not cause [me to die, with the result that] my enemies will rejoice! Do not cause me to stumble, with the result that they will be very happy!”
I say that because I am about to fall down, and I constantly have pain.
I confess the wrong things that I have done; I am [very] sorry for the sins that I have committed.
19 ၁၉ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ရန်သူ တို့ကား ၊ ကျန်းမာ လျက် ၊ ခွန်အား ကြီးလျက်ရှိ ကြပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မ ဟုတ်မှန်ဘဲ မုန်း သောသူတို့ကား၊ များပြား ကြပါ၏။
My enemies are healthy and strong; there are many people who hate me for no reason.
20 ၂၀ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ကျေးဇူး တရားကို ကြိုးစား၍ ကျင့် သောကြောင့် ၊ ကျေးဇူး အတွက် အပြစ် ပြု တတ်သောသူတို့ သည်အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ရန်ဘက် ပြုကြပါ၏။
Those who do evil things to me in return for my doing good things to them oppose me because I try to do what is right.
21 ၂၁ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို စွန့်ပစ် တော်မ မူ ပါနှင့်။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် နှင့် ဝေးဝေးနေ တော် မ မူပါနှင့်။
Yahweh, do not abandon me! My God, do not stay far from me!
Lord, you are the one who saves/rescues me; Quickly [come and] help me!
