ဆာလံ 34
1 ၁ ဒါဝိဒ် မင်းသည် အဘိမလက် မင်းရှေ့ မှာ ထူးခြား သောအခြင်းအရာကိုပြုသဖြင့် ၊ နှင်ထုတ် ခြင်းကိုခံရ၍ ထွက်သွား သောအခါ စပ်ဆိုသောဆာလံ။ ငါ သည် ခပ်သိမ်း သောကာလ တို့၌ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေးမည်။ ဂုဏ် ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို အစဉ် မပြတ်မြွက် ဆိုမည်။
Of David when changed he sense his before Abimelech and he drove away him and he went. I will bless Yahweh at every time continually praise his [will be] in mouth my.
2 ၂ ငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ကို အမှီပြု ၍ ဝါကြွား ခြင်းကို ပြုမည်။ နှိမ့်ချ လျက်ရှိသောသူတို့ သည် ကြားသိ ၍ ၊ ဝမ်းမြောက် ကြပါစေသော။
In Yahweh it will boast self my let them hear humble [people] and let them rejoice.
Magnify Yahweh with me so let us exalt name his together.
4 ၄ ငါ သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ကိုရှာ သောအခါ နားထောင် တော်မူ၏။ ကြောက်မက် ဘွယ်သောအကြောင်းအလုံးစုံ တို့အထဲ က ငါ့ ကို ကယ်နှုတ် တော်မူ၏။
I sought Yahweh and he answered me and from all fears my he delivered me.
5 ၅ ထာဝရ ဘုရားကို မျှော်ကြည့် ကြလော့။ အလင်း ကို ရကြလိမ့်မည်။ မျက်နှာ ရှက်ကြောက် ခြင်းနှင့် ကင်းလွတ် ကြလိမ့်မည်။
People look to him and they are radiant and faces their may not they be abashed.
6 ၆ ဤ ဆင်းရဲ သောသူ၏ အော်ဟစ် ခြင်းအသံကို ထာဝရဘုရား သည် နားထောင် ၍ ၊ ခပ်သိမ်း သောဆင်းရဲ ထဲ က ကယ်လွှတ် တော်မူ၏။
This poor [person] he called out and Yahweh he heard and from all troubles his he delivered him.
[is] encamping [the] angel of Yahweh around [those] fearing him and he rescued them.
8 ၈ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ကောင်းမြတ် တော်မူသည် အကြောင်း ကို မြည်းစမ်း ၍ သိ မှတ်ကြလော့။ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ခိုလှုံ သောသူ သည် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိ၏။
Taste and see that [is] good Yahweh how blessed! [is] the man [who] he takes refuge in him.
9 ၉ ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ သန့်ရှင်း သူတို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ ကြလော့။ ကြောက်ရွံ့ သောသူတို့၌ ဆင်းရဲ ခြင်းမ ရှိရာ။
Fear Yahweh O holy [ones] his for not lack [belongs] to [those] fearing him.
10 ၁၀ ခြင်္သေ့ တို့သည် ဆင်းရဲ ၍ ငတ်မွတ် ခြင်းကို ခံရသော်လည်း ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ရှာ သောသူတို့၌ ကောင်း သောအရာတစုံ တခုမျှ မ လို ရာ။
Young lions they are in want and they are hungry and [those who] seek Yahweh not they lack any good [thing].
11 ၁၁ အချင်းသူငယ် တို့လာ ကြလော့။ ငါ့ စကားကို နားထောင် ကြလော့။ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ ခြင်း တရားကို သင် တို့အား ငါသွန် သင်မည်။
Come O children listen to me [the] fear of Yahweh I will teach you.
12 ၁၂ ကောင်းမွန် သောအရာကို တွေ့မြင် မည် အကြောင်း ၊ အသက် ရှင်ခြင်းနှင့်တကွနေ့ရက် ကာလကို တောင့် တလိုချင်သော သူမည်သည်ကား၊
Who? [is] the person desiring life [who] loves? days to see good.
Keep tongue your from evil and lips your from speaking deceit.
14 ၁၄ ဒုစရိုက် ကို လွှဲ ရှောင်၍ သု စရိုက်ကိုပြု လော့။ သူတပါးနှင့်အသင့် အတင့်နေခြင်းကို ရှာ ၍ မှီအောင်လိုက် လော့။
Turn away from evil and do good seek peace and pursue it.
15 ၁၅ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူတို့ကို ကြည့်ရှု တော်မူ၏။ သူ တို့ အော်ဟစ် သံကို လည်း နားထောင် တော်မူ၏။
[the] eyes of Yahweh [are] to righteous [people] and ears his [are] to cry for help their.
16 ၁၆ ဒုစရိုက် ကိုပြု သောသူတို့ကား၊ မြေကြီး ပေါ် မှာ အောက်မေ့ စရာ အမှတ်မျှမရှိစေခြင်းငှါ ပယ်ရှင်း မည် အကြောင်း ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မျက်နှာ ထားတော်မူ၏။
[the] face of Yahweh [is] on [those who] do evil to cut off from [the] earth memory their.
17 ၁၇ ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူတို့သည် အော်ဟစ် သောအခါ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် နားထောင် ၍ ၊ သူ တို့ကို ခပ်သိမ်း သော ဆင်းရဲ ထဲ က ကယ် လွှတ်တော်မူ၏။
They cry out and Yahweh he hears and from all troubles their he delivers them.
18 ၁၈ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ကျိုးပဲ့ သောစိတ် ရှိသောသူတို့ နှင့် နှလုံးကြေကွဲသောသူတို့ကို နီး တော်မူ၏။ နောင်တ ရှိ၍ စိတ် နှိမ့်ချသောသူတို့ကိုလည်း ကယ်တင် တော်မူ၏။
[is] near Yahweh to [people] broken of heart and [people] crushed of spirit he delivers.
19 ၁၉ ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူသည်များစွာ သော ဒုက္ခ ဆင်းရဲကို ခံရသော်လည်း ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ခပ်သိမ်း သောဒုက္ခ ဆင်းရဲထဲ က ကယ် လွှတ်တော်မူ၏။
[are] many [the] troubles of A righteous [person] and from all of them he delivers him Yahweh.
[he is] keeping All bones his one from them not it is broken.
21 ၂၁ မတရား သောသူမူကား၊ ဘေး ဖြင့် အသက် ဆုံး ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ရမည်။ ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူကို မုန်း သောသူတို့ သည် အပြစ် စီရင်ခြင်းကိုခံရကြမည်။
It will kill [the] wicked evil and [those who] hate [the] righteous they will be held guilty.
22 ၂၂ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မိမိ ကျွန် တို့၏ အသက် ဝိညာဉ်ကို ရွေးနှုတ် တော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ခိုလှုံ သောသူတစုံ တယောက်မျှ အပြစ် စီရင်ခြင်းကို မ ခံရ။
[is] redeeming Yahweh [the] life of servants his and not they will be held guilty all those [who] take refuge in him.
