ဆာလံ 32

1 ၁ အပြစ် မှလွှတ် ခြင်း၊ ဒုစရိုက် အပြစ်ကို ဖုံးအုပ် ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်သောသူသည် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိ၏။

Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.

2 ၂ ထာဝရဘုရား အပြစ် တင် တော်မူခြင်းနှင့် လွတ် ၍ ၊ လှည့်စား တတ်သောစိတ် သဘောနှင့် ကင်းစင် သောသူ သည် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိ၏။

Blessed is the man unto whom Yhwh imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.

3 ၃ ငါ သည် အပြစ်ကိုမဘော်မပြဘဲ နေစဉ်အခါ ၊ တနေ့လုံး ညည်းတွား သောအားဖြင့် ၊ ငါ့ အရိုး တို့သည် ဆွေးမြေ့ ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ကြ၏။

When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.

4 ၄ နေ့ ညဉ့်မပြတ် ကိုယ်တော် ၏လက် သည် အကျွန်ုပ် အပေါ် မှာ လေး ၍ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ချွေး ရည်သည် နွေ ကာလ၌ သွေ့ခြောက် ခြင်းကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ် ပါ၏။

For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. (Selah)

5 ၅ တဖန် အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ကိုယ် အပြစ် ကိုရှေ့တော်၌ ဝန်ချ ပါ၏။ ပြု မိသောဒုစရိုက်ကို ဝှက် ၍မ ထားပါ။ ငါ လွန်ကျူး သောအရာကို ထာဝရဘုရား အား ဘော်ပြ တောင်းပန်မည်ဟုပြော ဆိုသောအခါ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ပြစ်မှား ခြင်းအပြစ် ကို လွှတ် တော်မူ၏။

I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto Yhwh; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. (Selah)

6 ၆ ထိုကြောင့် ကိုယ်တော် ကို တွေ့ သင့်သော အချိန် ကာလ ၌ ၊ သန့်ရှင်း သူအပေါင်း တို့သည် ရှေ့တော်၌ တောင်း လျှောက်ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။ အကယ် စင်စစ်လွှမ်းမိုး တတ်သောရေ ကြီး သည် သူ တို့ထံ သို့မ ချဉ်း ရပါ။

For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him.

7 ၇ ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ခိုလှုံ ရာ ဖြစ်တော်မူ ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ဘေး လွှတ်စေခြင်းငှါ ကွယ်ကာ စောင့်မတော်မူ၏။ ကယ်လွှတ် ကြောင်းကို ဆိုသောသီချင်း နှင့် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ခြံရံ စေတော်မူ၏။

Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. (Selah)

8 ၈ သင့် ကိုငါသွန်သင် မည်။ သင် သွား ရမည့်လမ်း ကို ပြ ညွှန်မည်။ သင့် ကိုကြည့်ရှု ပြုစုမည်။ ဉာဏ် ပညာမဲ့ သော မြင်း လား ကဲ့ သို့မ ဖြစ် နှင့်။

I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.

9 ၉ သူ သည်သင့် ထံ သို့မ ချဉ်းကပ် သောကြောင့်၊ ပစပ်ကို ဇက် ခွံ့၍ ၊ ဇက်ကြိုး နှင့် ဆွဲ ရမည်။

Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.

10 ၁၀ မတရား သောသူသည် များ စွာသောဒုက္ခ ကို ခံရ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား ၌ ကိုးစား သောသူကိုကား ၊ ကရုဏာ တော်သည် ဝန်းရံ တတ်၏။

Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in Yhwh, mercy shall compass him about.

11 ၁၁ ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူတို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၌ ဝမ်းမြောက် ရွှင်လန်းကြလော့။ သဘော ဖြောင့် သောသူ တို့၊ ရွှင်လန်း စွာ သီချင်း ဆိုကြလော့။

Be glad in Yhwh, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.
