ဆာလံ 30

1 ၁ ဒါဝိဒ် သည်အိမ် တော်ကိုသန့်ရှင်း စေသောအခါ၊ အသံညှိ၍ဆို သောဆာလံ။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို အကျွန်ုပ် ချီးမွမ်း ပါမည်။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုဆယ်နှုတ် တော်မူ၏။ ရန်သူ တို့ သည် အကျွန်ုပ် အကြောင်း ကြောင့်၊ ဝမ်းမြောက် ရသောအခွင့်ကိုပေး တော်မ မူ။

A psalm; a song at the dedication of the temple. A psalm of David. I will exalt you, Yahweh, for you have raised me up and have not allowed my enemies to rejoice over me.

2 ၂ အိုအကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို အော်ဟစ် ၍ ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ချမ်းသာ ပေးတော်မူ၏။

Yahweh my God, I cried to you for help, and you healed me.

3 ၃ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဝိညာဉ် ကို မရဏာ နိုင်ငံထဲက နှုတ် ယူတော်မူပြီ။ သင်္ချိုင်း တွင်း ထဲသို့ မဆင်း စေဘဲ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အသက် ချမ်းသာပေးတော်မူပြီ။ (Sheol h7585)

Yahweh, you have brought up my soul from Sheol; you have kept me alive from going down to the grave. (Sheol h7585)

4 ၄ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ သန့်ရှင်း သူ တို့၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရား ကို ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုကြလော့။ သန့်ရှင်း သောနာမ တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း ကြလော့။

Sing praises to Yahweh, you his faithful people! Give thanks when you remember his holiness.

5 ၅ အမျက် တော်သည် ခဏ ထွက်၏။ ကျေးဇူး တော်မူကား၊ တသက်လုံး တည်၏။ ညဦး ယံ၌ ငိုကြွေး ခြင်းသည် လာ၍တည်းခို ၏။ နံနက် ယံ၌ ကား ၊ သီချင်း ဆိုရသော အခွင့် ရှိ၏။

For his anger is only for a moment; but his favor is for a lifetime. Weeping comes for a night, but joy comes in the morning.

6 ၆ ငါသည် လှုပ်ရှား ခြင်းနှင့် အစဉ် ကင်းလွတ် လိမ့်မည် ဟု ကောင်းစား စဉ်အခါ အကျွန်ုပ်အောက်မေ့ ပါ၏။

In confidence I said, “I will never be shaken.”

7 ၇ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကျေးဇူး တော်အားဖြင့် သာ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏တောင် သည် ခိုင်ခံ မြဲမြံပါ၏။ မျက်နှာ လွှဲ တော်မူ သောအခါ ဆင်းရဲ ခြင်းသို့ ရောက် ပါ၏။

Yahweh, by your favor you established me as a strong mountain; but when you hid your face, I was troubled.

8 ၈ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် အသက် ဆုံး၍၊

I cried to you, Yahweh, and sought favor from my Lord!

9 ၉ သင်္ချိုင်း တွင်းထဲ သို့ဆင်း လျှင် အဘယ် အကျိုး ရှိပါ အံ့နည်း။

What advantage is there in my death, if I go down to the grave? Will the dust praise you? Will it declare your trustworthiness?

10 ၁၀ မြေမှုန့် သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို ချီးမွမ်း ပါမည် လော။ သစ္စာ တော်ကို ဘော် ပြပါမည်လော။ အိုထာဝရ ဘုရား ၊ နားထောင် ၍ ကယ် မသနားတော်မူပါ။ အိုထာဝရ ဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုစောင့်မ တော်မူပါဟု ကိုယ်တော် ကို အကျွန်ုပ်အော်ဟစ် ၍ ၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရားကို တောင်း လျှောက်ပါ၏။

Hear, Yahweh, and have mercy on me! Yahweh, be my helper.

11 ၁၁ ထိုအခါ အကျွန်ုပ် ညည်းတွား မြည်တမ်းခြင်းကို ကခုန် ခြင်းဖြစ်စေ တော်မူ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ဝတ်သော လျှော်တေ အဝတ်ကိုချွတ် ၍ ၊ ဝမ်းမြောက် ခြင်း ခါးပန်းနှင့် စည်း တော်မူ၏။

You have turned my mourning into dancing; you have removed my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness.

12 ၁၂ သို့ဖြစ်၍ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ဝိညာဉ် သည် တိတ်ဆိတ် စွာမ နေ။ ကိုယ်တော် ကို သီချင်း ဆိုပါမည်။ အိုအကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကျေးဇူးတော် ကို အစဉ် အမြဲချီးမွမ်း ပါမည်။

So now my glory will sing praise to you and not be silent; Yahweh my God, I will give thanks to you forever!
