Praise Yahweh. Praise Yahweh, my soul.
2 ၂ ငါ သည် အသက်ရှင် စဉ်အခါ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ချီးမွမ်း မည်။ ငါ ဖြစ်စဉ် ကာလ ပတ်လုံး၊ ငါ ၏ဘုရား သခင်ကို ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုမည်။
I give praise to Yahweh with all my life; I will sing praises to my God as long as I exist.
Do not put your trust in princes or in mankind, in whom there is no salvation.
When a person's life's breath stops, he returns to the ground; on that day his plans end.
5 ၅ ယာကုပ် အမျိုး၏ ဘုရား သခင်မစ တော်မူသောသူ၊ မိမိ ဘုရား သခင် ထာဝရဘုရား ကို မြော်လင့် သောသူသည် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိ၏။
Blessed is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in Yahweh his God.
6 ၆ ထိုဘုရားသခင်သည် ကောင်းကင် ၊ မြေကြီး ၊ သမုဒ္ဒရာ နှင့်တကွ အရပ်ရပ် ၌ ရှိသမျှတို့ကို ဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူ၏။ သစ္စာ တော်ကို အစဉ် အမြဲစောင့် တော်မူ၏။
Yahweh made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them; he observes trustworthiness forever.
7 ၇ ညှဉ်းဆဲ ခြင်းကိုခံရသောသူတို့ အား တရား ပြု တော်မူ၏။ ငတ်မွတ် သောသူတို့ ကိုကျွေးမွေး တော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ချုပ်ထား ခြင်းကို ခံရသောသူတို့ကို လွှတ် တော်မူ၏။
He executes justice for the oppressed and gives food to the hungry. Yahweh frees the prisoners;
8 ၈ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မျက်စိ ကန်းသောသူတို့ကို မြင် စေတော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် နှိမ့်ချ သောသူတို့ ကို ကြွ ပင့်တော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူတို့ ကို ချစ် တော်မူ၏။
Yahweh opens the eyes of the blind; Yahweh raises up those who are bowed down; Yahweh loves the righteous people.
9 ၉ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဧည့်သည် တို့ကို စောင့်မ တော်မူ၍ ၊ မုတ်ဆိုးမ နှင့်မိဘ မရှိသောသူတို့ ကို ထောက်မတော်မူ၏။ မ တရားသောသူတို့၏ လမ်း ကိုကား ၊ ကွေ့ကောက် စေတော်မူ၏။
Yahweh protects the foreigners in the land; he lifts up the fatherless and widow, but he opposes the wicked.
10 ၁၀ အိုဇိအုန် မြို့၊ သင် ၏ဘုရား သခင် တည်း ဟူသော ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ကာလ အစဉ်အမြဲ ကမ္ဘာ အဆက်ဆက်စိုးစံ တော်မူ လတံ့ သတည်း။ ဟာလေလုယ။
Yahweh will reign forever, your God, Zion, for all generations. Praise Yahweh.
