ဆာလံ 131

1 ၁ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် စိတ် မ မြင့် ပါ။ မျက်နှာ လည်း မ မော် ပါ။ ကိုယ်နှင့်မတန်၊ ကြီးမြင့် သော အမှု တို့၌ မ ကျင်လည် ပါ။

Yahweh, I am not proud and I have not thought highly about (myself/the things that I have done). And I do not concern myself about things [that you have done] that are very big or very wonderful.

2 ၂ အကယ် စင်စစ်အကျွန်ုပ် သည် အမိ နို့ နှင့် ကွာ သော သူငယ်ကဲ့သို့ ၊ ကိုယ် စိတ် ကို ဖြေ ၍ ငြိမ်း စေပါပြီ။ အကျွန်ုပ် စိတ် နှလုံးသည် နို့ ကွာသော သူငယ်ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်ပါ ၏။

Instead, I am calm and peaceful, like a [small] child who lies quietly in its mother’s arms [SIM]. In the same way, I am peaceful.

3 ၃ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသည် ယခု မှစ၍ ၊ ကာလ အစဉ်မပြတ်ထာဝရဘုရား ကို မြော်လင့် ပါစေ။

You [my fellow] Israelis, confidently expect that Yahweh [will do good things for you], now and forever!
