ဆာလံ 130

1 ၁ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ နက်နဲ ရာထဲက ကိုယ်တော် ကို အကျွန်ုပ်အော်ဟစ် ပါ၏။

A Song of Ascents. Out of the depths I have cried to you, LORD.

2 ၂ အို ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ စကား သံကို ကြား ၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ဆုတောင်း ပဌနာပြုသံ ကို နားညောင်း တော်မူပါ။

Lord, hear my voice. Let your ears be attentive to the voice of my petitions.

3 ၃ အို ဘုရား ရှင်ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ဒုစရိုက်အပြစ် များကို မှတ် တော်မူလျှင် အဘယ်သူ သည် ခံရပ် နိုင်ပါမည်နည်း။

If you, LORD, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand?

4 ၄ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ စရာအကြောင်း ရှိစေခြင်းငှါ၊ အပြစ် လွှတ်ခြင်းအခွင့်ကို ပိုင်တော်မူ၏။

But there is forgiveness with you, therefore you are feared.

5 ၅ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ငါစောင့် လျက်နေ၏။ ငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် သည် စောင့် လျက်နေ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်ကို ငါမြော်လင့် ၏။

I wait for the LORD. My soul waits. I hope in his word.

6 ၆ နံနက် ကို မြော်လင့် သောသူတို့ ထက်မက ၊ ငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် သည် ဘုရား ရှင်ကို မြော်လင့် လျက်နေ၏။

My soul longs for the Lord more than watchmen long for the morning, more than watchmen for the morning.

7 ၇ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသည် ထာဝရဘုရား ကို မြော်လင့် ပါစေ။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၌ ကရုဏာ ရှိ၏။ များစွာ သော ရွေးနှုတ် ခြင်းကျေးဇူးရှိ၏။

Israel, hope in the LORD, for there is loving kindness with the LORD. Abundant redemption is with him.

8 ၈ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးကို ခပ်သိမ်း သောဒုစရိုက် အပြစ်တို့အထဲက ရွေးနှုတ် တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။

He will redeem Israel from all their sins.
