ဆာလံ 13

1 ၁ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အလျှင်းမမှတ်ဘဲ အဘယ် မျှ ကာလ ပတ်လုံးမေ့လျော့ တော်မူမည်နည်း။ အဘယ် မျှကာလ ပတ်လုံးမျက်နှာ တော်ကို ကွယ် ထား တော်မူမည်နည်း။

Unto the end. A Psalm of David. How long, O Lord? Will you forget me until the end? How long will you turn your face away from me?

2 ၂ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် အစဉ် ဝမ်းနည်း လျက် ၊ အဘယ် မျှ ကာလ ပတ်လုံး တွေးတော သောစိတ် ရှိရပါမည်နည်း။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ရန်သူ သည် အဘယ် မျှ ကာလ ပတ်လုံး အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အုပ်စိုး ရပါမည်နည်း။

How long can I take counsel in my soul, sorrowing in my heart throughout the day?

3 ၃ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် စကားကို မျက်နှာ ပြု၍ နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် မျက်စိ ကို လင်း စေတော်မူပါ။ သို့မဟုတ် လျှင် အသေ အိပ် ပျော်ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ရပါမည်။

How long will my enemy be exalted over me?

4 ၄ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ရန်သူ က၊ ငါနိုင် ပြီဟုဆို ၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို နှောင့်ရှက် သောသူ တို့ သည် အကျွန်ုပ်လှုပ်ရှား သည် ကို ဝမ်းမြောက် ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။

Look upon me and listen to me, O Lord my God. Enlighten my eyes, lest I fall asleep forever in death,

5 ၅ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ကရုဏာ တော်ကို ယုံကြည် ပါ၏။ ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်းအရာ၌ နှလုံး ရွှင်လန်း ပါလိမ့်မည်။

lest at any time my enemy may say, “I have prevailed against him.” Those who trouble me will exult, if I have been disturbed.

6 ၆ အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ ကျေးဇူး ပြုတော်မူသောကြောင့် ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုပါမည်။

But I have hoped in your mercy. My heart will exult in your salvation. I will sing to the Lord, who assigns good things to me. And I will sing psalms to the name of the Lord Most High.
