ဆာလံ 128

1 ၁ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ ၍၊ လမ်းခရီး တော် သို့ လိုက်သွား သမျှ သောသူတို့ သည် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိကြ၏။

A Song of the going up. Happy is the worshipper of the Lord, who is walking in his ways.

2 ၂ ထိုသို့ပြုလျှင် သင် သည် မိမိလက် နှင့် လုပ်ဆောင် ၍ရသောအစာကို စား ရလိမ့်မည်။ မင်္ဂလာ ရှိ၍ ကောင်းစား ရလိမ့်မည်။

You will have the fruit of the work of your hands: happy will you be, and all will be well for you.

3 ၃ သင် ၏မယား သည် သင့် အိမ် နား မှာ များစွာ အသီးသီးသော စပျစ် နွယ်ပင်ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း၊ သားသမီး တို့သည် သင့် စားပွဲ ပတ်လည် ၌ စိုက်ပျိုး သော သံလွင် ပင် များကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ဖြစ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။

Your wife will be like a fertile vine in the inmost parts of your house: your children will be like olive plants round your table.

4 ၄ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ သောသူသည် ထိုသို့ သော မင်္ဂလာ ရှိရလိမ့်မည်။

See! this is the blessing of the worshipper of the Lord.

5 ၅ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဇိအုန် တောင်ပေါ်က ကောင်းကြီး ပေးတော်မူ၍ ၊ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့ခံရသောကောင်းကျိုး ကို တသက်လုံး မြင် ရလိမ့်မည်။

May the Lord send you blessing out of Zion: may you see the good of Jerusalem all the days of your life.

6 ၆ မိမိ သား သမီးတို့၌ ဘွားမြင်သော သားသမီး တို့ကိုလည်း မြင် ရလိမ့်မည်။ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၌ ငြိမ်ဝပ် ခြင်း ရှိပါစေသော။
