1 ၁ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ငါ တောင်းပန် ခြင်း အသံ ကို ကြား ၍၊

I love Jehovah, because he heareth My voice and my supplications.

2 ၂ ငါ့ ဘက်သို့ နား တော်ကိုလှည့် တော်မူသောကြောင့် ၊ ငါနှစ်သက် ၏။ ငါ အသက် ရှည်သမျှ ကာလ ပတ်လုံး၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကို ပဌနာ ပြုမည်။

Because he hath inclined his ear unto me, Therefore will I call [upon him] as long as I live.

3 ၃ သေခြင်း ကြိုး တို့သည် ငါ့ ကိုဝိုင်း ၍ မရဏာ နိုင်ငံဘေး တို့သည် ငါ့ ကို ဘမ်းမိ သဖြင့်၊ ဆင်းရဲ ဒုက္ခဝေဒနာ နှင့် ငါတွေ့ကြုံ ရ၏။ (Sheol h7585)

The cords of death compassed me, And the pains of Sheol gat hold upon me: I found trouble and sorrow. (Sheol h7585)

4 ၄ ထိုအခါ အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အသက် ကို ကယ်နှုတ် တော်မူပါမည်အကြောင်း တောင်းပန်ပါ၏ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား ၏နာမတော် ကို ပဌနာ ပြု၏။

Then called I upon the name of Jehovah: O Jehovah, I beseech thee, deliver my soul.

5 ၅ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ကျေးဇူး ပြုတတ်သော သဘော၊ ဖြောင့်မတ် သော သဘောရှိတော်မူ၏။ ငါ တို့ ဘုရား သခင်သည် ကရုဏာ စိတ်ရှိတော်မူ၏။

Gracious is Jehovah, and righteous; Yea, our God is merciful.

6 ၆ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မ လိမ္မာသောသူတို့ ကို စောင့်မ တော်မူ၏။ ငါသည် နှိမ့်ချ လျက်ရှိသောအခါ ကယ်တင် တော်မူ၏။

Jehovah preserveth the simple: I was brought low, and he saved me.

7 ၇ အိုငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် ၊ သင် ၏ငြိမ်ဝပ် ရာသို့ ပြန် လော့။ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သင် ၌ ကျေးဇူး ပြုတော်မူပြီ။

Return unto thy rest, O my soul; For Jehovah hath dealt bountifully with thee.

8 ၈ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် အသက် ကို သေခြင်း မှ ၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ် မျက်စိ ကို မျက်ရည် ကျခြင်းမှ ၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ခြေ ကိုလည်း ထိမိ၍လဲ ခြင်းမှ ၎င်း ကယ်လွှတ် တော်မူပြီ။

For thou hast delivered my soul from death, Mine eyes from tears, [And] my feet from falling.

9 ၉ သို့ဖြစ်၍၊ အသက်ရှင် သောသူတို့၏ နေရာ တွင် ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ ငါကျင့် ၍ နေရ၏။

I will walk before Jehovah In the land of the living.

10 ၁၀ ငါသည် အလွန် ညှိုးငယ် ခြင်းကို ခံရ၏ဟု မြွက် ဆိုသော်လည်း ၊ ယုံကြည် သောစိတ် ရှိသေး၏။

I believe, for I will speak: I was greatly afflicted:

11 ၁၁ လူ အပေါင်း တို့သည် မုသာ ကို သုံးတတ်ကြ၏ဟု သတိလစ်လျက် ပြော မိ၏။

I said in my haste, All men are liars.

12 ၁၂ ငါ ၌ ထာဝရဘုရား ပြုတော်မူသောကျေးဇူး အလုံးစုံ တို့ကို အဘယ်သို့ ဆပ် ရမည်နည်း။

What shall I render unto Jehovah For all his benefits toward me?

13 ၁၃ ကယ်တင် ခြင်းခွက် ဖလားကို ကိုင် ယူ၍ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နာမတော် ကို ပဌနာ ပြုမည်။

I will take the cup of salvation, And call upon the name of Jehovah.

14 ၁၄ ထာဝရဘုရား အား သစ္စာ ဂတိထားသည် အတိုင်း၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ လူ များရှေ့ ၌ သစ္စာဝတ် ကို ဖြေမည်။

I will pay my vows unto Jehovah, Yea, in the presence of all his people.

15 ၁၅ ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ မိမိ သန့်ရှင်း သူတို့၏ သေ ခြင်းအရာသည် အဘိုး ကြီးလှ၏။

Precious in the sight of Jehovah Is the death of his saints.

16 ၁၆ အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ကျွန် မှန် ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ကျွန် မတွင် မြင်သောသား လည်း မှန်ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ အချည် အနှောင်ကို လွှတ် တော်မူပြီ။

O Jehovah, truly I am thy servant: I am thy servant, the son of thy handmaid; Thou hast loosed my bonds.

17 ၁၇ ကျေးဇူး တော်ချီးမွမ်းရာ ယဇ် ကို ရှေ့ တော်၌ ပူဇော် ၍ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နာမ တော်ကို ပဌနာ ပြုမည်။

I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, And will call upon the name of Jehovah.

18 ၁၈ ထာဝရဘုရား အား သစ္စာ ဂတိထားသည် အတိုင်း၊

I will pay my vows unto Jehovah, Yea, in the presence of all his people,

19 ၁၉ အိုယေရုရှလင် မြို့၊ သင် ၏အလယ် မှာ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ အိမ် တော်တန်တိုင်း အတွင်းတွင် ၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရား ၏ လူ များရှေ့ ၌ သစ္စာဝတ် ကို ဖြေပါမည်။ ဟာလေလုယ။

In the courts of Jehovah’s house, In the midst of thee, O Jerusalem. Praise ye Jehovah.
