ဆာလံ 114

1 ၁ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၊ ယာကုပ် အနွှယ် သည် ရိုင်း သောလူမျိုး နေရာ အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည်က ထွက်သွား သောအခါ၊

When Israel went out of Egypt, and the house of Iaakob from the barbarous people,

2 ၂ ယုဒ အမျိုးသည် သန့်ရှင်း ရာဌာနတော်ဖြစ် ၏။ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသည် နိုင်ငံ တော်ဖြစ်၏။

Iudah was his sanctification, and Israel his dominion.

3 ၃ ပင်လယ် သည် မြင် ၍ ပြေး လေ၏။ ယော်ဒန် မြစ် လည်း နောက် သို့ လှည့် လေ၏။

The Sea sawe it and fled: Iorden was turned backe.

4 ၄ တောင် ကြီးတို့သည် သိုး ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း၊ တောင် ငယ်တို့သည် သိုးသငယ် ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ခုန် ကြ၏။

The mountaines leaped like rams, and the hils as lambes.

5 ၅ အချင်းပင်လယ် ၊ သင်ပြေး သည် အကြောင်း ၊ အချင်းယော်ဒန် မြစ်၊ သင်သည် နောက် သို့လှည့် သည်အကြောင်း၊

What ailed thee, O Sea, that thou fleddest? O Iorden, why wast thou turned backe?

6 ၆ အချင်းတောင် ကြီးတို့၊ သင်တို့သည် သိုး ကဲ့သို့ ခုန် ကြသည်အကြောင်း၊ အချင်းတောင် ငယ်တို့၊ သင် တို့သည် သိုးသငယ် ကဲ့သို့ ခုန်ကြသည် အကြောင်း ကား အဘယ်သို့ နည်း။

Ye mountaines, why leaped ye like rams, and ye hils as lambes?

7 ၇ အိုမြေကြီး ၊ အရှင် ၏မျက်နှာ တော်ရှေ့၊ ယာကုပ် အမျိုးကိုးကွယ်သော ဘုရား သခင်၏ မျက်နှာ တော်ရှေ့မှာ တုန်လှုပ် လျက်နေလော့။

The earth trembled at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Iaakob,

8 ၈ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ကျောက် ကို ရေ ကန် ၊ မီး ကျောက်ကို စမ်းရေ တွင်းဖြစ်စေ တော်မူသတည်း။

Which turneth the rocke into waterpooles, and the flint into a fountaine of water.
