ဆာလံ 11

1 ၁ မတရား သောသူတို့သည် သဘော ဖြောင့် သောသူတို့ကို မ ထင်မရှားပစ် အံ့သောငှါ လေး ကိုတင် ၍၊ လေးညှို့ ပေါ်မှာ မြှား ကိုပြင် ကြ၏။

[For the Chief Musician. By David.] In Jehovah, I take refuge. How can you say to my soul, "Flee as a bird to your mountain."

2 ၂ အမှီတကဲ တို့သည်ပျက် လျှင် ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူသည် အဘယ်သို့ ပြု နိုင်သနည်း။

For, look, the wicked bend their bows. They set their arrows on the strings, that they may shoot in darkness at the upright in heart.

3 ၃ ငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် အား သင် သည် ငှက် ကဲ့သို့ ကိုယ်နေရာတောင် ပေါ်သို့ပြေး ချေဟု အဘယ်ကြောင့် ပြော ကြသနည်း။ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ငါခိုလှုံရာ ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။

If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?

4 ၄ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သန့်ရှင်း သော ဗိမာန် တော်၌ ရှိတော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ ပလ္လင် တော်သည် ကောင်းကင် ပေါ် မှာတည်၏။ မျက်စိ တော်သည် ကြည့်ရှု ၍ မျက်ခမ်း တော်သည် လူ သား တို့ကို စစ် တော်မူ၏။

Jehovah is in his holy temple. Jehovah is on his throne in heaven. His eyes look upon the poor. His eyes examine the descendants of Adam.

5 ၅ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူကို စုံစမ်း တော်မူ၏။ မတရား သောသူနှင့် လုယူ ဖျက်ဆီးလို သော သူကိုဝိညာဉ် တော်သည် မုန်း တော်မူ၏။

Jehovah examines the righteous, but the wicked and the one who loves violence his soul hates.

6 ၆ မတရား သောသူတို့အပေါ် မှာ တောက်သော မီးခဲ၊ ကန့် နှင့် ရောသောမီးလျှံ ၊ ပူလောင် သော မုန်တိုင်း ကို သက်ရောက် စေ၍ ၊ သူ တို့သောက် စရာဘို့ စီရင်တော်မူ မည်။

On the wicked he will rain blazing coals; fire, sulfur, and scorching wind shall be the portion of their cup.

7 ၇ တရား သဖြင့် ပြုတော်မူသောထာဝရဘုရား သည် တရား သောအမှုကို နှစ်သက် ၍ သဘော ဖြောင့် သောသူ ကို မျက်နှာ ပြု တော်မူ၏။

For Jehovah is righteous. He loves righteousness. The upright shall see his face.
