ဆာလံ 100

1 ၁ မြေကြီး သားအပေါင်း တို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရား အား ကြွေးကြော် ကြလော့။

Everyone in the world should shout joyfully to Yahweh!

2 ၂ ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ အမှုတော်ကို ဝမ်းမြောက် စွာ ဆောင်ရွက် ကြလော့။ ရွှင်လန်း စွာ သီချင်းဆိုလျက် ၊ အထံ တော်သို့ ဝင် ကြလော့။

We should worship Yahweh gladly! We should come before him singing joyful songs.

3 ၃ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဘုရား သခင်ဖြစ်တော်မူသည် ဟု သိမှတ် ကြလော့။ ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် ငါ တို့ကို ဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူ၍ ၊ ငါတို့၏အရှင် ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ငါ တို့ သည်လည်း၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ လူ ဖြစ်ကြ၏။ အထံ တော်၌ ကျက်စား သော သိုးစု လည်း ဖြစ်ကြ၏။

We should acknowledge/recognize that Yahweh is God; it is he who made us, [so] we belong to him. We are the people that he takes care of [MET]; we are [like] sheep that are cared for by their shepherd.

4 ၄ ကျေးဇူး တော် ကြီးပါသည်ဟု ဝန်ခံလျက်၊ တံခါး တော်တို့ကို၎င်း၊ ဂုဏ်တော်ကိုချီးမွမ်း လျက် တန်တိုင်း တော်တို့ကို၎င်းဝင် ကြလော့။ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုချီးမွမ်း ၍ နာမ တော်ကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေးကြလော့။

Enter the gates [of his temple] thanking him; enter the courtyard [of the temple] singing songs to praise him! Thank him and praise him,

5 ၅ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ကောင်းမြတ် တော်မူ၏။ ကရုဏာ တော်သည် အစဉ် အမြဲရှိ၍ ၊ သစ္စာ တော်သည် ကာလ အဆက်ဆက်တည်လေ သတည်း။

because Yahweh always [does] good [things for us]. He faithfully loves us, and (is faithful/is loyal to us forever/will never forsake us).
