ဆာလံ 10
1 ၁ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အဘယ်ကြောင့် ဝေးဝေး ရပ် ၍ နေတော်မူသနည်း။ ဘေး အန္တရာယ် ရောက် သည်ကာလ အဘယ်ကြောင့်ပုန်းကွယ် ၍ နေတော်မူသနည်း။
Why, Jehovah, dost Thou stand at a distance? Thou dost hide in times of adversity,
2 ၂ မတရား သောသူသည် မာန စိတ်ရှိ၍ ၊ ဆင်းရဲ သော သူကိုညှဉ်းဆဲ တတ်ပါ၏။ မိမိ ပြုသော ပရိယာယ် အားဖြင့် ထိုသူကို ဘမ်းဆီး တတ်ပါ၏။
Through the pride of the wicked, Is the poor inflamed, They are caught in devices that they devised.
3 ၃ မတရား သောသူသည် မိမိ စိတ် အလို ၌ ဝါကြွား တတ်ပါ၏။ လောဘ ကြီးသောသူသည် ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ပယ်၍ မထီမဲ့မြင် ပြုတတ်ပါ၏။
Because the wicked hath boasted Of the desire of his soul, And a dishonest gainer he hath blessed, He hath despised Jehovah.
4 ၄ မတရား သောသူသည် မာန ထောင်လွှား သောကြောင့် ၊ မ စဉ်းစား တတ်ပါ။ ဘုရား သခင်မ ရှိဟု အစဉ် အောက်မေ့ တတ်ပါ၏။
The wicked according to the height of his face, inquireth not. 'God is not!' [are] all his devices.
5 ၅ အစဉ် ခိုင်မာစွာ ကျင့်ကြံပြုမူတတ်ပါ၏။ တရား စီရင် တော်မူချက်တို့သည်သူ နှင့် ဝေးမြင့် သည်ဖြစ်၍ခပ်သိမ်း သောရန်သူ တို့ကို မထီမဲ့မြင် ပြုတတ်ပါ၏။
Pain do his ways at all times, On high [are] Thy judgments before him, All his adversaries — he puffeth at them.
He hath said in his heart, 'I am not moved,' To generation and generation not in evil.
7 ၇ သူ ၏နှုတ် သည်ကျိန်ဆဲ ခြင်း၊ လှည့်စား ခြင်း၊ ရှုတ်ချ ခြင်းနှင့် ပြည့်ဝ ပါ၏။ လျှာ အောက် မှာ မကောင်း သောအကြံနှင့် မ တရားသော အမှုရှိပါ၏။
Of oaths his mouth is full, And deceits, and fraud: Under his tongue [is] perverseness and iniquity,
8 ၈ ရွာ အနားတွင် ပုန်း နေရာအရပ်မှာ ထိုင် ၍၊ အပြစ် မရှိသောသူကို ဆိတ်ကွယ် ရာအရပ်၌ သတ် တတ် ပါ၏။ ဆင်းရဲ သောသူ ကို ချောင်းမြောင်း တတ်ပါ၏။
He doth sit in an ambush of the villages, In secret places he doth slay the innocent. His eyes for the afflicted watch secretly,
9 ၉ ချုံ ထဲ မှာနေသောခြင်္သေ့ ကဲ့ သို့ကွယ် ရာအရပ်၌ ပုန်း ၍နေတတ်ပါ၏။ ဆင်းရဲ သောသူကို ဘမ်းဆီး ခြင်းငှါ ပုန်းကွယ် ၍ နေပါ၏။ ဆင်းရဲ သောသူကို ကွန်ရွက် ထဲ သို့ ဆွဲ ၍ဘမ်းဆီး တတ်ပါ၏။
He lieth in wait in a secret place, as a lion in a covert. He lieth in wait to catch the poor, He catcheth the poor, drawing him into his net.
10 ၁၀ ထိုသို့ ညှဉ်းဆဲ နှိပ်စက် ခြင်းကို ခံရ၍ ၊ ဆင်းရဲ သော သူအပေါင်းတို့ သည်သူ ၏လက် သို့ ကျ ရောက် တတ် ကြပါ၏။
He is bruised — he boweth down, Fallen by his mighty ones hath the afflicted.
11 ၁၁ ထို သူက၊ ဘုရား သခင်သည် မေ့လျော့ တော်မူ၏။ မျက်နှာ ကို လွှဲ တော်မူ၏။ မြင် တော်မ မူဟု အောက်မေ့ တတ်ပါ၏။
He said in his heart, 'God hath forgotten, He hath hid His face, He hath never seen.'
12 ၁၂ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ထ တော်မူပါ။ အိုဘုရား သခင်လက် တော်ကို ချီ တော်မူပါ။ နှိမ့်ချ လျက်ရှိသောသူတို့ကို မေ့လျော့ တော်မ မူပါနှင့်။
Arise, O Jehovah! O God, lift up Thy hand! Forget not the humble.
13 ၁၃ မတရား သောသူသည် ဘုရား သခင်ကို အဘယ်ကြောင့် မထီမဲ့မြင် ပြုရပါအံ့နည်း။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် စစ် တော်မ မူဟု အဘယ်ကြောင့်အောက်မေ့ ရပါအံ့နည်း။
Wherefore hath the wicked despised God? He hath said in his heart, 'It is not required.'
14 ၁၄ သို့သော်လည်း ကိုယ်တော် သည် မြင် တော်မူပြီ။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ပင်ပန်း စေခြင်းနှင့် နှောင့်ရှက် စေခြင်း ကို လက်ဝါး တော်၌ မှတ်သား မည်ဟု ကြည့်ရှု တော်မူတတ်ပါ၏။ ဆင်းရဲ သောသူသည် ကိုယ်တော် ၌ ကိုယ်ကို အပ် တတ်ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော် သည် မိဘ မရှိသောသူ ၏ ခိုလှုံ ရာဖြစ် တော်မူ၏။
Thou hast seen, For Thou perverseness and anger beholdest; By giving into Thy hand, On Thee doth the afflicted leave [it], Of the fatherless Thou hast been an helper.
15 ၁၅ မတရား သဖြင့် ပြု၍ ဆိုး သောသူ ၏လက်ရုံး ကို ချိုး တော်မူပါ။ သူ ပြုသော အဓမ္မအမှုကို အကုန်အစင်စစ် တော်မူပါ။
Break the arm of the wicked and the evil, Seek out his wickedness, find none;
16 ၁၆ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ကာလ အစဉ်အမြဲတည် သော ရှင် ဘုရင်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၍၊ တပါးအမျိုးသား တို့သည် နိုင်ငံ တော်ထဲ က ကွယ်ပျောက် ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။
Jehovah [is] king to the age, and for ever, The nations have perished out of His land!
17 ၁၇ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် နှိမ့်ချ လျက် ရှိသောသူတို့ ၏တောင့်တ ခြင်း အသံကိုကြား တော်မူ၏။ သူ တို့၏စိတ် နှလုံးကို တည်ကြည် စေတော်မူ၏။
The desire of the humble Thou hast heard, O Jehovah. Thou preparest their heart; Thou causest Thine ear to attend,
18 ၁၈ ဆင်းရဲသားကို သူ ၏မြေ မှ တဖန် မ နှင်ထုတ် မည် အကြောင်း ၊ မိဘ မရှိသော သူနှင့် ညှဉ်းဆဲ ခံရသောသူတို့ ကို တရား ပေးခြင်းငှါ နား တော်ကို ဖွင့် တော်မူ၏။
To judge the fatherless and bruised: He addeth no more to oppress — man of the earth!
