မိက္ခာ 1
1 ၁ ယုဒ ရှင်ဘုရင် ယောသံ မင်း၊ အာခတ် မင်း၊ ဟေဇကိ မင်းတို့လက်ထက် ၌ မောရရှ ရွာသားမိက္ခါ သည် ရှမာရိ မြို့နှင့် ယေရုရှလင် မြို့အဘို့ ခံရ သော ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ ဗျာဒိတ် တော်ဟူမူကား ၊
[the] word of Yahweh - which it came to Micah the Morasthite in [the] days of Jotham Ahaz Hezekiah [the] kings of Judah which he saw on Samaria and Jerusalem.
2 ၂ အိုလူ များအပေါင်း တို့၊ ကြား ကြလော့။ အို ပြည် နှင့် ပြည်သားအပေါင်းတို့၊ နားထောင် ကြလော့။ အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား တည်းဟူသောသန့်ရှင်း သော ဗိမာန် တော် ထဲက ဘုရား ရှင်သည် သင် တို့တဘက် ၌ သက်သေခံ တော်မူမည်။
Hear O peoples all of them pay attention O earth and what fills it so may he become [the] Lord Yahweh in you a witness [the] Lord from [the] temple of holiness his.
3 ၃ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ကျိန်းဝပ်တော်မူရာ အရပ် ဌာနတော်ထဲက ထွက် ကြွဆင်းသက် ၍ ၊ မြင့် သော မြေ အရပ်တို့ကို နင်း တော်မူမည်။
For here! Yahweh [is] about to go forth from place his and he will come down and he will tread on ([the] high places of *Q(k)*) [the] earth.
4 ၄ မီး ရှေ့ မှာ ဘယောင်း ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ၊ ချောက် ကြီးမှ ဆင်း သော ရေ ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ရှေ့တော်၌ တောင် တို့သည် အရည် ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ချိုင့် တို့သည်လည်း အက်ကွဲ ကြလိမ့်မည်။
And they will melt the mountains under him and the valleys they will be cleft like wax from before the fire like water poured out on a slope.
5 ၅ ထို အမှုသည် ယာကုပ် လွန်ကျူး ၍ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး ပြစ်မှား သောကြောင့် ရောက်သတည်း။ ယာကုပ် လွန်ကျူး ရာကား အဘယ်သို့ နည်း။ ရှမာရိ မြို့မ ဟုတ် လော။ ယုဒ ၏မြင့် ရာအရပ်ကား အဘယ်မှာ ရှိသနည်း။ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့၌ရှိသည်မ ဟုတ်လော။
[is] for [the] transgression of Jacob all this and for [the] sins of [the] house of Israel who? [is] [the] transgression of Jacob ¿ not [is it] Samaria and who? [are] [the] high places of Judah ¿ not [is it] Jerusalem.
6 ၆ ထိုကြောင့် ၊ ရှမာရိ မြို့ကို လယ်ပြင် ၌ မြေပုံ ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ၊ စပျစ် ဥယျာဉ် စိုက် ရာအရပ်ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ငါဖြစ် စေမည် ။ မြို့ရိုး ကျောက် တို့ကို ချိုင့် ထဲ သို့ သွန် ပစ်၍ ၊ မြို့ရိုး အမြစ် ကို လှန် ပြမည်။
And I will make Samaria into [the] heap of ruins of the field into a planting place of a vineyard and I will pour down to the valley stones its and foundations its I will uncover.
7 ၇ ခပ်သိမ်း သော ရုပ်တု ဆင်းတုတို့ကို ချိုးဖဲ့ မည်။ သူငှါးလုပ်၍ ရသမျှ သောအခ တို့ကို မီးရှို့ မည်။ မှားသော ဘုရား ရှိသမျှ တို့ကို သုတ်သင် ပယ်ရှင်းမည်။ ပြည်တန်ဆာ လုပ်၍ ဥစ္စာ ကို ဆည်းဖူး သည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ထိုဥစ္စာ သည် ပြည်တန်ဆာ လက်သို့ တဖန်ရောက် ရဦးမည်။
And all images its they will be crushed and all hire its they will be burned with fire and all idols its I will make a waste for from [the] hire of a prostitute it gathered [them] and to [the] hire of a prostitute they will return.
8 ၈ ထို အမှုကြောင့် ငါသည် ငိုကြွေး မြည်တမ်း မည်။ အဝတ်ကိုချွတ် ၍ အချည်းစည်း လည်သွား မည်။ မြေခွေး ကဲ့သို့ အူ လျက် ၊ ကုလားအုပ် ငှက်ကဲ့သို့ မြည် လျက်နေမည်။
On this I will lament and I will wail I will go (barefoot *Q(K)*) and naked I will make a lament like jackals and a mourning like [the] daughters of an ostrich.
9 ၉ သူ ခံရသောဒဏ်နာ မ ပျောက်နိုင်။ ယုဒ ပြည်တိုင်အောင် ကူး သဖြင့်၊ ငါ ၏အမျိုးသား နေရာ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့ တံခါး သို့ ရောက် လေပြီ။
For [is] incurable wounds its for it has come to Judah it has reached to [the] gate of people my to Jerusalem.
10 ၁၀ ဂါသ မြို့၌ သိတင်းမ ပြော ကြနှင့်။ အလျှင်းမ ငိုကြွေး ကြနှင့်။ ဗေသောဖရာ မြို့မှာ မြေမှုန့် ၌ လူး လဲလျက် နေကြလော့။
In Gath may not you tell at all may not you weep in Beth Leaphrah dust (roll yourself. *Q(K)*)
11 ၁၁ အိုရှဖိရ မြို့သမီး ၊ အဝတ်ကို ချွတ် ၍ အရှက်ကွဲ လျက် သွား လော့။ ဇာနန် မြို့သမီး သည် ငိုကြွေး ခြင်းကို ပြုလျက် မ ထွက် ရ။ ဗေသဇေလ မြို့သည် သင်တို့တည်းခိုရသော အခွင့်ကို မပေးရ။
Pass on yourselves O inhabitant[s] of Shaphir nakedness shame not she came forth [the] inhabitant[s] of Zaanan [the] lament of Beth Ezel it will take from you standing ground its.
12 ၁၂ မာရုတ် မြို့သမီး သည်လည်း ကောင်း သောအရာ ကို တောင့်တ၍ နာကျင် လျက်ရှိ၏။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ထံတော်မှ ဘေးဒဏ် သည် ယေရုရှလင် မြို့ တံခါး သို့ ရောက် လေပြီ။
For she is in anguish for good [the] inhabitant[s] of Maroth for it has come down calamity from with Yahweh to [the] gate of Jerusalem.
13 ၁၃ အိုလာခိရှ မြို့သမီး ၊ လျင်မြန်သော မြင်း ကို ရထား ၌ က လော့။ သင် သည် ဣသရေလ ၏ လွန်ကျူး ခြင်း ကို လက်ခံ ၍၊ ဇိအုန် သတို့သမီး အား အပြစ် လမ်းကို ပြသတည်း။
Harness the chariot to the steed O inhabitant[s] of Lachish [was the] beginning of sin it for [the] daughter of Zion for in you they were found [the] transgressions of Israel.
14 ၁၄ ထိုကြောင့် သင်သည် ဂါသ ပြည် မောရရှက်မြို့ သို့ လက်ဆောင် ကိုပေး လိုက်ရမည်။ အာခဇိပ် မြို့သား တို့ သည် ဣသရေလ ရှင် ဘုရင်တို့ကို လှည့်စား ကြလိမ့်မည်။
Therefore you will give parting gifts to Moresheth Gath [the] houses of Aczib [will become] a deceitful thing to [the] kings of Israel.
15 ၁၅ အိုမရေရှ မြို့သမီး ၊ သင် ၏ဥစ္စာကို အမွေ ခံသောသူကို ငါခေါ် ခဲ့မည်။ သူသည် ဣသရေလ ဘုန်း ၊ အဒုလံ မြို့သို့ ရောက် လိမ့်မည်။
Again the [one who] dispossesses I will bring to you O inhabitant[s] of Mareshah to (Adullam *L(abh)*) he will come [the] glory of Israel.
16 ၁၆ ချစ် ဘွယ်သောသင် ၏သားသမီး တို့သည် သိမ်း သွားခြင်းကို ခံရသောကြောင့် ၊ သူတို့အတွက် သင်သည် ခေါင်းပြောင်အောင် ဆံပင်ကိုရိတ် ၍နေလော့။ ရွှေလင်းတ ကဲ့သို့ ကျယ်စွာ သော ခေါင်းပြောင် ခြင်းကို ပြုလော့။
Make bald and shear on [the] children of delights your make large baldness your like eagle for they will go into exile from you.
