မာကု 7
1 ၁ ထိုအခါ ဖာရိရှဲ တို့နှင့် ယေရုရှလင် မြို့မှ ရောက်လာ သော ကျမ်းပြု ဆရာအချို့ တို့သည် အထံ တော်၌ စုဝေး ၍၊
Now the Pharisees, and some scribes who came from Jerusalem, resorted to Jesus.
2 ၂ တပည့် တော်အချို့ တို့သည် ညစ်ညူး သောလက် တည်းဟူသောရေမဆေး သောလက်နှင့် အစာ စား သည်ကိုမြင် လျှင် အပြစ်တင်ကြ၏။
And observing some of his disciples eating with impure hands, that is, unwashed hands;
3 ၃ အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ရှေး လူအပေါင်းတို့မှ ဆက်ဆံသော နည်း ဥပဒေသကိုခံယူ သော ဖာရိရှဲ မှစ၍ယုဒ လူ အပေါင်း တို့သည် လက် ဆုပ် မ ဆေး ဘဲ အစာကို စား လေ့မ ရှိ။
(for the Pharisees, and indeed all the Jews who observed the tradition of the elders, eat not until they have have washed their hands by pouring a little water upon them:
4 ၄ ဈေး မှ ပြန်လာသောအခါ ၌လည်း ဆေး ခြင်းမ ပြုဘဲစား လေ့မ ရှိ။ ထိုမှတပါး ၊ ခွက် ၊ ဖလား ၊ ကြေးဝါပုကန် ၊ ခုတင် တို့ ဆေး ခြင်းမှစ၍အခြား သောထုံးတမ်းများ ကို ခံယူ ၍ ကျင့် လေ့ရှိ၏။
and if they be come from the market, by dipping them; and many other usages there are, which they have adopted, as immersions of cups and pots, and brazen vessels and beds: )
5 ၅ ထိုအခါ ဖာရိရှဲ တို့နှင့် ကျမ်းပြု ဆရာတို့က၊ ရှေး လူအပေါင်းတို့မှ ဆက်ခံ သောနည်း ဥပဒေသကို ကိုယ်တော် ၏ တပည့် တို့သည် မ ကျင့် ဘဲလျက် အဘယ်ကြောင့် ညစ်ညူး သောလက် နှင့် အစာ စား ကြပါသနည်း ဟု မေးလျှောက် ကြလျှင် ၊ ကိုယ်တော်က၊ ကျမ်းစာလာသည်အတိုင်း၊
then the Pharisees and Scribes asked him, Whence comes it that your disciples observe not the tradition of the elders, but eat with unwashed hands?
6 ၆ ဟေရှာယ သည် လျှို့ဝှက် သော သင် တို့ကိုရည်မှတ် လျက်၊ ဤ လူမျိုး သည် နှုတ်ခမ်း နှင့် ငါ့ ကို ရိုသေ ကြ၏။ စိတ် နှလုံးမူကား ငါ နှင့် ဝေး လှ၏။”
He answering, said to them, O hypocrites! well do you suit the character, which Isaiah gave of you, when he said, This people honor me with their lips; but their heart is estranged from me.
7 ၇ လူတို့ စီရင် သော ပညတ် တို့ကို သွန်သင် ၍ နည်းဥပဒေပေးလျက်ပင်၊ ငါ့ ကို အချည်းနှီး ကိုးကွယ် ကြ၏ဟု၊ နောက်ဖြစ်လတံ့သောအရာကို လျောက်ပတ် စွာ ဟော ခဲ့ပြီ။”
In vain, however, they worship me, while they teach institutions merely human."
8 ၈ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ သင်တို့သည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ပညတ် တော်ကို ပယ် ၍ ခွက်ဖလားဆေးခြင်းတည်းဟူသောလူ တို့မှ ဆက်ခံသော နည်းဥပဒေသကို ခံယူ လျက်၊ ထိုသို့သောအခြားအကျင့်အလေ့များတို့ကို ကျင့်လေ့ ရှိကြ၏။”
For laying aside the commandment of God, you retain the traditions of men, immersions of pots and cups, and many other similar practices.
9 ၉ သင်တို့သည် အဆက်ဆက်ခံသော နည်း ဥပဒေသကိုကျင့် ရသော အခွင့်ရှိစေခြင်းငှာ ၊ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ပညတ် တော်ကို လျောက်ပတ် စွာ ပယ် ကြသည်တကား။”
You judge well, continued he, in annulling the commandment of God, to make room for your traditions.
10 ၁၀ မောရှေ ၏ ပညတ်ကား၊ မိဘ ကို ရိုသေ စွာပြုလော့။ အကြင်သူ သည် မိဘ ကို နှုတ် ဖြင့်ပြစ်မှား၏၊ ထိုသူ သည် အသေ သတ် ခြင်းကို ခံစေဟု လာသတည်း။”
For Moses has said, "Honor your father and mother" and "Whosoever reviles father or mother, shall be punished with death."
11 ၁၁ သင် တို့မူကား ၊ အကြင်သူ သည် ကိုယ် မိဘ ကို သင်တို့အသုံးရ နိုင်သမျှ သော ငါ ၏ဥစ္စာသည်အလှူ ဝတ္ထု တည်းဟူသောကော်ဘန် ဖြစ်စေဟုဆို ၏။”
But you maintain, if a man say to father or mother, "Be it corban (that is, devoted) whatever of mine shall profit you";
he must not thenceforth do anything for his father or mother;
13 ၁၃ “မိမိ တို့အဆက်ဆက်ခံ သော နည်း ဥပဒေသအားဖြင့် ဘုရားသခင် ၏ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်ကိုပယ် ကြ၏။ ထိုသို့သော အကျင့်အလေ့ များ တို့ကို သင်တို့သည် ကျင့် လေ့ရှိကြသည် ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
thus invalidating the word of God, by the tradition which you have established. And in many other instances you act thus.
Then having called the whole multitude, he said to them, Hearken to me all of you, and be instructed.
15 ၁၅ လူ ပြင် မှ လာ၍ လူ အတွင်း သို့ဝင် လျက်၊ လူ ကိုညစ်ညူး စေနိုင် သော အရာ တစုံတခု မျှမရှိ ။ လူ အတွင်းမှ ထွက် သောအရာ သည် လူ ကို ညစ်ညူး စေသောအရာ ဖြစ် ၏။”
There is nothing from without, which entering into the man, can pollute him; but the things which proceed from within the man, are the things that pollute him.
If any man has ears to hear, let him hear.
17 ၁၇ လူ အစုအဝေးရှိရာမှ ကြွ၍ အိမ် သို့ ဝင် တော်မူပြီးလျှင် ၊ တပည့် တော်တို့သည် ထို ဥပမာ ကို မေးမြန်း ကြ ၏။
When he had withdrawn from the people into a house, his disciples asked him the meaning of that sentence.
18 ၁၈ ကိုယ်တော်ကလည်း၊ သင် တို့သည် ဤမျှလောက် ပညာ မဲ့လျက် နေ သလော။ လူပြင် မှလာ၍ လူ အတွင်း သို့ဝင် သမျှ သည် နှလုံး ထဲသို့မ ဝင်။”
He answered, Are you also void of understanding? Do you not perceive, that whatsoever from without enters into the man, can not pollute him;
19 ၁၉ ဝမ်း ထဲသို့ ဝင် ၍ အစာ ရှိသမျှ ကို သန့်ရှင်း စေသဖြင့် ရေအိမ် တွင် ဆင်းသွား သောကြောင့် ၊ လူ ကို မ ညစ်ညူး စေနိုင် သည်ကို နားမလည်ကြသလော။”
because it enters not into his heart, but into his stomach, whence all impurities in the victuals pass into the sink.
But, added he, that which proceeds out of the man, is what pollutes the man:
21 ၂၁ လူ အတွင်း နှလုံး ထဲက မကောင်း သော ကြံစည် ခြင်း၊ သူ့ မယားကို ပြစ်မှားခြင်း၊ မိန်းမ လွတ်နှင့် မှားယွင်းခြင်း၊ လူ အသက်ကို သတ်ခြင်း၊”
for from within the human heart proceed vicious machinations, adulteries, fornications, murders, thefts,
22 ၂၂ သူ့ဥစ္စာကို ခိုး ခြင်း၊ လောဘ လွန်ကျူးခြင်း၊ မနာလို ခြင်း၊ လှည့်စား ခြင်း၊ ညစ်ညူး ခြင်း၊ ငြူစူ ခြင်း၊ သူ့ အသရေကို ဖျက်ခြင်း၊ ထောင်လွှား စော်ကားခြင်း၊ လျှပ်ပေါ် ခြင်း၊”
insatiable desires, malevolence, fraud, immodesty, envy, calumny, arrogance, levity.
All these evils issue from within, and pollute the man.
24 ၂၄ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ထို အရပ်မှထ ၍ တုရု မြို့နှင့် ဇိဒုန်မြို့၏ ကျေးလက် သို့ ကြွ တော်မူပြီးလျှင် အိမ် သို့ ဝင် ၍ အဘယ်သူ မျှမသိ စေခြင်းငှာအလို တော်ရှိသော်လည်း ပုန်းရှောင် ၍ နေတော်မ မူနိုင် ။
Then he arose, and went to the frontiers of Tyre and Sidon; and having entered a house, he desired that none might know of him; but he could not be concealed.
For a woman whose little daughter had an unclean spirit, hearing of him, came and threw herself at his feet,
26 ၂၆ မိမိ သမီး ထဲက နတ်ဆိုး ကို နှင်ထုတ် တော်မူမည်အကြောင်း တောင်းပန် လေ၏။ ထို မိန်းမ ကား ၊ ဟေလသ အမျိုး ၊ ရှုရိဖိနိတ် ပြည်သူဖြစ် သတည်း။
(the woman was a Greek, a native of Syrophenicia, ) and entreated him that he would cast the demon out of her daughter.
27 ၂၇ ယေရှုကလည်း၊ ရှေးဦးစွာ သား များကို ဝ စွာကျွေးပါရစေ။ သား ၏ အစာ ကို ယူ ၍ ခွေး အားမ ပေး မချ အပ် “ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
Jesus answered, Let the children first be satisfied; for it is not seemly to take the children bread, and throw it to the dogs.
28 ၂၈ မိန်းမကလည်း မှန်ပါ၏သခင် ။ ခွေး မည်သည်ကား ၊ သား တို့၏ စားနုပ် စားပေါက်ကို စားပွဲ အောက် ၌ စား မြဲထုံးစံရှိပါသည်ဟု ပြန် ၍ လျှောက်လျှင် ၊
She replied, True, Sir; yet even the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs.
29 ၂၉ ကိုယ်တော်က၊ ထို စကား ကြောင့် သင်သွား လော့။ နတ်ဆိုး သည် သင် ၏သမီး ထဲမှ ထွက်သွား ပြီ ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
He said to her, For this answer go home; the demon is gone out of your daughter.
30 ၃၀ ထိုမိန်းမသည်မိမိ အိမ် သို့ ပြန် ၍ နတ်ဆိုး ထွက်သွား သည်ကို၎င်း ၊ သမီး သည် အိပ်ရာ ၌ အိပ် လျက် ရှိသည်ကို၎င်း တွေ့ ၏။
Immediately she went home, and found her daughter lying upon the bed, and freed from the demon.
31 ၃၁ တစ်ဖန် ကိုယ်တော်သည် တုရု မြို့နှင့် ဇိဒုန် မြို့၏ ကျေးလက် မှ ထွက် ၍ ဒေကပေါလိ ပြည်နယ် ကို ရှောက်သွားသဖြင့် ၊ ဂါလိလဲ အိုင် သို့ ရောက် တော်မူ၏။
Then leaving the borders of Tyre and Sidon, he returned to the sea of Galilee, through the precincts of Decapolis.
32 ၃၂ ထိုအခါ နားပင်း ၍ စကား အသောသူ တစ်ယောက်ကို အထံတော်သို့ဆောင်ခဲ့ ၍၊ သူ့ အပေါ်မှာလက် တော်ကို တင် ပါမည်အကြောင်း တောင်းပန် ကြ၏။
And they brought to him a deaf man, who had also an impediment in his speech, and entreated him to lay his hand upon him.
33 ၃၃ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ထိုသူ ကို လူအစုအဝေး ထဲက ခေါ် ၍ ၊ ဆိတ်ကွယ် ရာအရပ်သို့ သွားပြီးလျှင်၊ လက်ညှိုး တော်ကို သူ၏ နား ပေါက်၌ သွင်း တော်မူ၏။ တံထွေးနှင့် ထွေး ၍ သူ၏ လျှာ ကိုလည်း တို့ တော်မူ၏။
Jesus having taken him aside from the crowd, spit upon his own fingers, and put them into the man's ears, and touched his tongue.
34 ၃၄ ထိုနောက် ကောင်းကင် သို့ ကြည့်မျှော် ၍ ညီးတွားသံကိုပြု လျက် ၊ ဧဖသ ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။ အနက်ကား၊ ပွင့် စေဟု ဆိုလို သတည်း။
Then looking up to heaven, and sighing, he said, Ephphatha, that is, Be opened.
Immediately his ears were opened, and his tongue loosed, and he spoke distinctly.
36 ၃၆ ထိုအကြောင်းကို အဘယ်သူ အားမျှမပြော စေခြင်းငှာ သူ တို့ကို ပညတ် တော်မူ၏။ ပညတ် တော်မူသော်လည်း သူ တို့သည် သာ၍ အလွန် သိတင်းကြားပြော ကြ၏။
He charged them to tell no person: but the more he charged them, the more they published it,
37 ၃၇ အတိုင်း ထက်အလွန်မိန်းမော တွေဝေလျက်ရှိ၍၊ သူသည် အလုံးစုံ တို့ကို လျောက်ပတ် စွာ ပြု တော်မူပြီ။ နားပင်း သောသူ တို့ကို ကြား စေတော်မူပြီအ သောသူ တို့ကိုစကား ပြောစေတော်မူပြီဟုဆို ကြ၏။
saying with inexpressible amazement, He does everything well: he makes both the deaf to hear, and the dumb to speak.
