လုကာ 18
1 ၁ လူ တို့သည် အား မ လျော့ဘဲကြိုးစား ၍ ဆုတောင်း ရ မည်အကြောင်း ကို ဥပမာ စကားအားဖြင့်မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊
And he spoke also a parable to them to the purport that they should always pray and not faint,
saying, There was a judge in a city, not fearing God and not respecting man:
3 ၃ ထို မြို့ ၌ နေ သော မုတ်ဆိုးမ တစ်ယောက်သည် တရားသူကြီး ထံသို့ သွား ၍ ၊ ကျွန်မ ရန်ဘက် ကို လက်စားချေ လောက်အောင်အပြစ်အလျောက် ဒဏ် စီရင်ပါဟု တောင်းပန် သော်လည်း၊
and there was a widow in that city, and she came to him, saying, Avenge me of mine adverse party.
4 ၄ တရား မ စီရင်ဘဲ ကြာမြင့် စွာနေ၏။ ထိုနောက် တရားသူကြီး က၊ ငါသည် ဘုရားသခင် ကို မ ကြောက်ရွံ့ ၊ လူ ကို အား မ နာတတ်သောသူ ဖြစ် သော်လည်း ၊
And he would not for a time; but afterwards he said within himself, If even I fear not God and respect not man,
5 ၅ ဤ မုတ်ဆိုးမ သည် ငါ့ ကိုနှောင့်ရှက် သောကြောင့် သူ့ ဘက်၌ တရားစီရင် မည်။ သို့မဟုတ် အစဉ် လာ ၍ ငါ့ ကို ပင်ပန်း စေလိမ့်မည်ဟု စိတ်ထဲ၌ အကြံရှိ၏။
at any rate because this widow annoys me I will avenge her, that she may not by perpetually coming completely harass me.
And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge says.
7 ၇ ဘုရားသခင် ရွေးကောက် တော်မူသောသူ တို့သည်ညဉ့် နေ့ မပြတ်အော်ဟစ် ၍ တောင်းလျှောက် လျှင်၊ ဘုရားသခင်သည် သူ တို့ဘက်၌ တရား မ စီရင်ဘဲ နေ တော်မူမည်လော။ ကြာမြင့်စွာသည်းခံ တော်မူမည်လော။
And shall not God at all avenge his elect, who cry to him day and night, and he bears long as to them?
8 ၈ ငါ ဆိုသည်ကား ၊ သူ တို့ဘက်၌ အလျင်အမြန် တရား စီရင်တော်မူမည်။ သို့သော်လည်း လူ သား သည် ကြွလာ သောအခါ ယုံကြည် ခြင်းကို မြေကြီး ပေါ်မှာ တွေ့ မည်လော ဟု သခင်ဘုရားသည် မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
I say unto you that he will avenge them speedily. But when the Son of man comes, shall he indeed find faith on the earth?
9 ၉ ကိုယ် ကုသိုလ် ကို အမှီပြု ၍ သူတစ်ပါး ကို မထီမဲ့မြင် ပြု တတ်သောသူ အချို့ တို့အား မိန့် တော်မူသော ဥပမာ ကား ၊
And he spoke also to some, who trusted in themselves that they were righteous and made nothing of all the rest [of men], this parable:
10 ၁၀ လူ နှစ် ယောက်တို့သည် ဆုတောင်း ပဌနာပြုခြင်းငှာဗိမာန် တော်ပေါ်သို့ တက် ကြ၏။ တစ် ယောက်ကား ဖာရိရှဲ ဖြစ်၏။ တစ် ယောက်ကား အခွန်ခံ ဖြစ်၏။
Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a tax-gatherer.
11 ၁၁ ဖာရိရှဲ သည် တစ်ယောက်တည်းရပ် လျက်၊ အိုဘုရားသခင် ၊ သူ တစ်ပါး တို့သည် အနိုင် အထက်လုယူခြင်း၊ မတရားသဖြင့်ကျင့် ခြင်း၊ သူ့ မယားကိုပြစ်မှားခြင်းအပြစ်ရှိသကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ် ၌မ ရှိသည်သာမက ၊ ဤ အခွန်ခံ ကဲ့သို့ ပင် မ ဟုတ်သောကြောင့် ကျေးဇူး တော်ကြီးလှပေ၏။
The Pharisee, standing, prayed thus to himself: God, I thank thee that I am not as the rest of men, rapacious, unjust, adulterers, or even as this tax-gatherer.
12 ၁၂ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် ခုနှစ်ရက်တွင် နှစ် ရက်အစာရှောင် ပါ၏။ ဥစ္စာရှိသမျှ တို့ကို ဆယ်ဘို့တဘို့ လှူပါ၏ဟူ ဆုတောင်း ပဌနာပြု၏။
I fast twice in the week, I tithe everything I gain.
13 ၁၃ အခွန်ခံ မူကား ၊ အဝေး ကရပ် ၍ ကောင်းကင် သို့ မ မျှော် မကြည့်ဝံ့ ဘဲ ရင်ပတ် ကိုခက် လျက် ၊ အို ဘုရားသခင် ၊ အပြစ် များသော အကျွန်ုပ် ကို သနား ခြင်းကရုဏာစိတ် ရှိတော်မူပါဟုဆုတောင်း လေ၏။
And the tax-gatherer, standing afar off, would not lift up even his eyes to heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, O God, have compassion on me, the sinner.
14 ၁၄ ငါဆို သည်ကား၊ ထိုသူ သည် အပြစ် ပြေလျက် မိမိ အိမ် သို့ ပြန်သွား ၏။ ဖာရိရှဲ မူကား အပြစ်မပြေ။ အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ကိုယ်ကိုကိုယ် ချီးမြှောက် သောသူ မည်သည်ကား ၊ နှိမ့်ချ ခြင်းသို့ရောက်လတံ့။ ကိုယ်ကိုကိုယ် နှိမ့်ချ သောသူ မည်သည်ကား၊ ချီးမြှောက် ခြင်းသို့ရောက်လတံ့ ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
I say unto you, This [man] went down to his house justified rather than that [other]. For every one who exalts himself shall be humbled, and he that humbles himself shall be exalted.
15 ၁၅ ထိုအခါ သူငယ် တို့ကို လက်တော်နှင့်တို့ စေခြင်းငှာ အထံ တော်သို့ ဆောင်ခဲ့ သည်ကို တပည့် တော်တို့သည် မြင် လျှင် အပြစ်တင် ကြ၏။
And they brought to him also infants that he might touch them, but the disciples when they saw [it] rebuked them.
16 ၁၆ ယေရှု သည် ထိုသူငယ် တို့ကို ခေါ် တော်မူ၍ ငါ့ ထံသို့ လာ ပါလေစေ။ မ ဆီးတား ကြနှင့်။ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ နိုင်ငံ တော်သည် ထိုသို့သော သူတို့၏နိုင်ငံဖြစ် ၏။
But Jesus calling them to [him] said, Suffer little children to come to me, and do not forbid them, for of such is the kingdom of God.
17 ၁၇ ငါ အမှန် ဆိုသည်ကား၊ အကြင်သူ သည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏နိုင်ငံ တော်ကို သူငယ် ကဲ့သို့ မ ခံ မယူ၊ ထိုသူသည် နိုင်ငံ တော်သို့ မ ဝင် ရ ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
Verily I say to you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein.
18 ၁၈ အရာရှိ တစ် ယောက်က၊ ကောင်းမြတ် သောဆရာ ၊ ထာဝရ အသက် ကို အမွေခံ ရအံ့သောငှာအကျွန်ုပ်သည် အဘယ် အမှုကို ပြု ရပါမည်နည်းဟု မေး လျှောက် သော်၊ (aiōnios g166)
And a certain ruler asked him saying, Good teacher, having done what, shall I inherit eternal life? (aiōnios g166)
19 ၁၉ ယေရှု က၊ ငါ့ ကို ကောင်းမြတ် သည်ဟု အဘယ်ကြောင့် ခေါ် သနည်း။ ဘုရားသခင် တစ်ပါးတည်း သာ ကောင်းမြတ် တော်မူ၏။
But Jesus said to him, Why callest thou me good? There is none good but one, God.
20 ၂၀ သင်သည် ပညတ် တော်တို့ကို သိ သည်မဟုတ်လော။ သူ့ မယားကို မ ပြစ်မှားနှင့်။ လူအသက်ကိုမသတ် နှင့်။ သူ့ဥစ္စာကိုမ ခိုး နှင့်။ မမှန် သော သက်သေကို မ ခံနှင့်။ မိဘ ကို ရိုသေ စွာပြုလော့ ဟု မိန့် တော်မူလျှင် ၊
Thou knowest the commandments: Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother.
21 ၂၁ အရှင်ဘုရား၊ ထို ပညတ်ရှိသမျှ တို့ကို ငယ် သောအရွယ်မှစ၍ အကျွန်ုပ်စောင့်ရှောက် ပါပြီဟု လျှောက် ပြန်သည်ကို ယေရှု သည်ကြား လျှင် သင် သည် တစ်ခု လို သေး ၏။
And he said, All these things have I kept from my youth.
22 ၂၂ ကိုယ် ဥစ္စာ ရှိသမျှ ကို ရောင်း ၍ ဆင်းရဲ သောသူတို့အား ပေးဝေ လော့။ ထိုသို့ပြုလျှင်ကောင်းကင် ဘုံ၌ ဘဏ္ဍာ ကို ရ လိမ့်မည်။ သို့ပြီးမှလာ ၍ငါ့ နောက် သို့လိုက်လော့ ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
And when Jesus had heard this, he said to him, One thing is lacking to thee yet: Sell all that thou hast and distribute to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in the heavens, and come, follow me.
23 ၂၃ ထိုသူသည် များစွာ သောဥစ္စာ ကို ရတတ်သောသူဖြစ် ၍ ၊ ထို စကားကိုကြား လျှင် အလွန်စိတ်မသာ သည် နှင့် သွား လေ၏။
But when he heard this he became very sorrowful, for he was very rich.
24 ၂၄ ထိုသို့ စိတ်မသာ သည်ကို ယေရှု သည် မြင် တော်မူလျှင် ၊ ဥစ္စာ ရ တတ်သောသူ သည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏ နိုင်ငံ တော်သို့ အလွန်ဝင် ခဲ လှ၏။
But when Jesus saw that he became very sorrowful, he said, How difficultly shall those who have riches enter into the kingdom of God;
25 ၂၅ ကုလားအုပ် သည် အပ် နဖား ကို လျှို လွယ် ၏။ ငွေရတတ် သောသူသည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏ နိုင်ငံ တော်သို့ ဝင် ခဲသည် ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
for it is easier for a camel to enter through a needle's eye than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
26 ၂၆ ကြား သောသူ တို့ကလည်း၊ သို့ဖြစ်လျှင် အဘယ်သူ သည် ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်းသို့ ရောက်နိုင် မည်နည်းဟု ပြောဆို ကြ၏။
And those who heard it said, And who can be saved?
But he said, The things that are impossible with men are possible with God.
28 ၂၈ ထိုအခါ ပေတရု က၊ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့သည် ရှိသမျှကို စွန့်ပစ် ၍ ကိုယ်တော် နောက် သို့လိုက်ကြပါပြီဟု လျှောက် လေသော်၊
And Peter said, Behold, we have left all things and have followed thee.
29 ၂၉ ကိုယ်တော် က၊ ငါ အမှန် ဆိုသည်ကား ၊ အကြင်သူ သည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏ နိုင်ငံ တော်ကြောင့် ၊ အိမ်ရာ ၊ မိဘ ၊ ညီအစ်ကို ၊ သား မယား တည်းဟူသောတစ်ပါးပါးကို စွန့် ၏။
And he said to them, Verily I say to you, There is no one who has left home, or parents, or brethren, or wife, or children, for the kingdom of God's sake,
31 ၃၁ ထိုအခါ ကိုယ်တော်သည် တစ်ကျိပ် နှစ်ပါးသောတပည့် တော်တို့ကို ခေါ် ၍၊ ငါတို့သည် ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သို့ ယခု သွား ကြ၏။ ပရောဖက် များ ရေးမှတ် သမျှ သည် လူ သား ၌ ပြည့်စုံ ရလိမ့်မည်။
And he took the twelve to [him] and said to them, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem, and all things that are written of the Son of man by the prophets shall be accomplished;
32 ၃၂ တစ်ပါး အမျိုးသားတို့လက်သို့အပ်နှံ ခြင်း၊ ပြက်ယယ်ပြု ခြင်း၊ ညှဉ်းဆဲ ခြင်း၊ တံတွေး နှင့် ထွေးခြင်းကို ခံရလိမ့်မည်။
for he shall be delivered up to the nations, and shall be mocked, and insulted, and spit upon.
33 ၃၃ သူတို့သည် လူသား ကို ရိုက်ပုတ် ၍ သတ် ကြလိမ့်မည်။ သုံး ရက်မြောက်သောနေ့ ၌ ထမြောက် လိမ့်မည် ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
And when they have scourged [him] they will kill him; and on the third day he will rise again.
34 ၃၄ ထို စကားတော်တစ်ခွန်း ကိုမျှ တပည့် တော်တို့သည်နား မလည်ကြ။ ထို အကြောင်း အရာသည် ဝှက်ထား လျက် ရှိ သည်ဖြစ်၍ မိန့် တော်မူချက်အနက် ကို မ ရိပ်မိ ကြ။
And they understood nothing of these things. And this word was hidden from them, and they did not know what was said.
And it came to pass when he came into the neighbourhood of Jericho, a certain blind man sat by the wayside begging.
And when he heard the crowd passing, he inquired what this might be.
And they told him that Jesus the Nazaraean was passing by.
And he called out saying, Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me.
39 ၃၉ ထိုသူ ကို တိတ်ဆိတ် စွာနေစေခြင်းငှာ ရှေ့ တော်၌ သွားသောသူ တို့သည်ငေါက် ၍ ဆိုကြသော်လည်း၊ ဒါဝိဒ် ၏ သား တော်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ကယ်မ သနားတော်မူပါဟု သာ၍ ဟစ်ကြော် ကြလေ၏။
And those [who were] going before rebuked him that he might be silent; but he cried out so much the more, Son of David, have mercy on me.
40 ၄၀ ယေရှု သည်လည်းရပ် တော်မူလျက်၊ ထိုသူ ကို ခေါ် ခဲ့ဟု အမိန့် တော်ရှိ၏။ လူကန်း သည် အထံ တော်သို့ ချဉ်းကပ် ပြီးမှ ၊ သင် ၌အဘယ်သို့ ပြု စေလို သနည်း ဟု မေး တော်မူလျှင်၊
And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be led to him. And when he drew nigh he asked him [saying],
What wilt thou that I shall do to thee? And he said, Lord, that I may see.
And Jesus said to him, See: thy faith has healed thee.
43 ၄၃ ထိုခဏခြင်း တွင် ထိုသူ သည် မျက်စိ မြင်၍ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ဂုဏ် တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းလျက် နောက် တော်သို့ လိုက်လေ၏။ လူ အပေါင်း တို့သည် မြင် လျှင် ဘုရားသခင် ကို အံ့ဩချီးမွမ်း ကြ၏။
And immediately he saw, and followed him, glorifying God. And all the people when they saw [it] gave praise to God.
