ယောဘ 8

1 ၁ ရှုအာ အမျိုးသားဗိလဒဒ် မြွက်ဆို သည်ကား၊

And Bildad the Shuhite answered and said,

2 ၂ သင်သည် အဘယ် မျှကာလ ပတ်လုံးဤသို့ ပြော မည်နည်း။ သင် ပြောသောစကား သည် အဘယ်မျှကာလ ပတ်လုံးလေ ပြင်း ကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်မည်နည်း။

How long wilt thou speak these things? and the words of thy mouth be a strong wind?

3 ၃ ဘုရား သခင်သည် မတရား သဖြင့် အပြစ် ပေးတော်မူမည်လော။ အနန္တ တန်ခိုးရှင်သည် တရား ကို ဖျက် တော်မူမည်လော။

Doth God pervert judgment, and the Almighty pervert justice?

4 ၄ သင် ၏သား သမီးတို့သည် ဘုရား သခင်ကို ပြစ်မှား သောကြောင့်၊ ပြစ်မှား စဉ်တွင်၊ သူ တို့ကိုသုတ်သင် ပယ်ရှင်းတော်မူသော်လည်း၊

If thy children have sinned against him, he hath also given them over into the hand of their transgression.

5 ၅ သင် သည်မဆိုင်းမလင့်၊ သန့်ရှင်းဖြောင့်မတ်သောသဘောနှင့်ဘုရား သခင်ကို ရှာ ၍၊ အနန္တ တန်ခိုးရှင် အား တောင်းပန် လျှင်၊

If thou seek earnestly unto God, and make thy supplication to the Almighty,

6 ၆ စင်စစ် သင့် အတွက် ကိုယ်တော်သည်ထ ပြီးလျှင် သင် ၏ ဖြောင့်မတ် သောနေရာကို ကောင်းစား စေတော်မူသဖြင့်၊

If thou be pure and upright, surely now he will awake for thee, and make the habitation of thy righteousness prosperous;

7 ၇ သင် သည်အစ ဦး၌ ငယ် သော်လည်း၊ နောက်ဆုံး ၌ အလွန် ကြီးပွါး လိမ့်မည်။

And though thy beginning was small, yet thine end shall be very great.

8 ၈ လွန် လေပြီးသောကာလ ကို စစ် ၍၊ ရှေးဘိုးဘေး တို့ကို မေးမြန်း ခြင်းငှါ အားထုတ် ပါတော့။

For inquire, I pray thee, of the former generation, and attend to the researches of their fathers;

9 ၉ ငါ တို့သည် မနေ့ ၏သားဖြစ်၍အလျှင်းမ သိ ရပါ။ မြေကြီး ပေါ် မှာ ငါ တို့နေရသော နေ့ ရက်ကာလသည် အရိပ် သက်သက်ဖြစ်၏။

For we are [but] of yesterday, and know nothing, for our days upon earth are a shadow.

10 ၁၀ ထိုသူ တို့မူကား၊ သင့် ကိုဆုံးမ သွန်သင်၍ မိမိ တို့ စိတ် နှလုံးထဲက မြွက်ဆို ကြလိမ့်မည်။

Shall not they teach thee, [and] tell thee, and utter words out of their heart?

11 ၁၁ ဂမာ ပင်သည် ရွံ့ မ ရှိဘဲကြီးပွား နိုင်သလော။ မြစ်နားမှာ ပေါက်သောမြက်ပင် သည် ရေ မ ရှိဘဲ ကြီးပွား နိုင်သလော။

Doth the papyrus shoot up without mire? doth the reed-grass grow without water?

12 ၁၂ ထိုအပင်သည် စိမ်း လျက်မ ရိတ် မဖြတ်သော်လည်း၊ အခြားအပင် ထက်သာ၍ညှိုးနွမ်း တတ်၏။

Whilst it is yet in its greenness [and] not cut down, it withereth before any [other] grass.

13 ၁၃ ထိုသို့ ဘုရား သခင်ကို မေ့လျော့ သောသူ အပေါင်း တို့သည် ဆုံးခြင်းသို့ရောက်ရကြလိမ့်မည်။ အဓမ္မ လူ မြော်လင့် စရာအကြောင်းသည် ပျက် လိမ့်မည်။

So are the paths of all that forget God; and the profane man's hope shall perish,

14 ၁၄ ထိုသူ မြော်လင့် ရာလမ်းသည် ပြတ် လိမ့်မည်။ မှီခို သောအရာသည်လည်း ပင့်ကူ မြှေး ကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။

Whose confidence shall be cut off, and his reliance is a spider's web.

15 ၁၅ ထိုသူသည် မိမိ အိမ် ကိုမှီ ၍ အိမ်သည်အမှီမ ခံ။ လက်နှင့်ကိုင် သော်လည်း မ တည် စေနိုင်။

He shall lean upon his house, and it shall not stand; he shall lay hold on it, but it shall not endure.

16 ၁၆ သူ သည် နေပူ မှာ စိမ်းလန်း လျက်၊ အခက် အလက် အားဖြင့်မိမိ ဥယျာဉ် ကို နှံ့ပြား လျက်၊

He is full of sap before the sun, and his sprout shooteth forth over his garden;

17 ၁၇ အမြစ် အားဖြင့်စမ်း ရေတွင်းကိုဝိုင်း ၍ ကျောက် ထူသောအရပ် ကို တွေ့မြင် လျက်ရှိသော်လည်း၊

His roots are entwined about the stoneheap; he seeth the place of stones.

18 ၁၈ သူ့ ကိုသုတ်သင် ပယ်ရှင်း၍၊ မိမိ နေရာ အရပ်က သင် သည်ငါမ တွေ့ မမြင်စဖူးဟူ၍သူ့ ကိုငြင်းပယ် လိမ့်မည်။

If he destroy him from his place, then it shall deny him: I have not seen thee!

19 ၁၉ ထိုသူ ဝမ်းမြောက် ရာလမ်း သည် ထိုသို့ ဖြစ်၍၊ သူနေရာမြေ ၌ အခြား သူတို့သည် ပေါက် ကြလိမ့်မည်။

Behold, this is the joy of his way, and out of the dust shall others grow.

20 ၂၀ စုံလင် သောသူကိုကား၊ ဘုရား သခင်စွန့်ပစ် တော်မ မူ။ မတရား သဖြင့်ပြုသောသူတို့ ကို ကား မစ တော် မ မူ။

Behold, God will not cast off a perfect man, neither will he take evil-doers by the hand.

21 ၂၁ ရယ်မော ရသောအခွင့်၊ ရွှင်လန်း စွာ နှုတ် မြွက်ရသောအခွင့်ကို သင် ၌ပေးကောင်းပေး တော်မူမည်။

Whilst he would fill thy mouth with laughing and thy lips with shouting,

22 ၂၂ သင့် ကိုမုန်း သောသူတို့ သည် ရှက် ခြင်းနှင့် ဖုံးလွှမ်း လျက်ရှိရကြလိမ့်မည်။ ဆိုး သောသူနေရာ အရပ် သည်လည်း ဆုံးရှုံး ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ရလိမ့်မည်ဟု မြွက်ဆို ၏။

They that hate thee shall be clothed with shame, and the tent of the wicked be no more.
