ယောဘ 32
1 ၁ ထိုသို့ ယောဘ သည် မိမိ ဖြောင့်မတ် သည်ဟု ထင် သောကြောင့် ၊ ထို သူ သုံး ယောက်တို့သည် ပြန် ၍ မပြောဘဲနေကြ၏။
So these three men ceased to answer Job, because he [was] righteous in his own eyes.
2 ၂ ထိုအခါ ဗုဇ အမျိုးအာရ အနွယ် ဖြစ်သော ဗာရခေလ သား ဧလိဟု သည်အမျက် ထွက် ၏။ ယောဘသည် ဘုရား သခင်ထက် မိမိ ဖြောင့်မတ် ကြောင်းကို ပြသောကြောင့် ၊ ယောဘ ကို အမျက် ထွက် ၏။
Then was kindled the wrath of Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite, of the kindred of Ram: against Job was his wrath kindled, because he justified himself rather than God.
3 ၃ ယောဘ၏ အဆွေ ခင်ပွန်းသုံး ယောက်တို့သည် ပြန် ၍မ ပြောနိုင်သော်လည်း ၊ ယောဘ ၌ အပြစ် ရှိသည်ဟု စီရင်ကြသောကြောင့် ၊ သူတို့ကို လည်း အမျက် ထွက် ၏။
Also against his three friends was his wrath kindled, because they had found no answer, and [yet] had condemned Job.
4 ၄ ဧလိဟု သည် သူ တို့ထက် အသက်ငယ်သောကြောင့် ၊ ယောဘ ပြောသော စကား မကုန်မှီတိုင်အောင်ဆိုင်းလင့် လျက်နေ၏။
Now Elihu had waited till Job had spoken, because they [were] elder than he.
When Elihu saw that [there was] no answer in the mouth of [these] three men, then his wrath was kindled.
6 ၆ ထိုအခါ ဗုဇ အမျိုးဗာရခေလ သား ဧလိဟု မြွက်ဆို သည်ကား၊ ငါ သည်အသက်ငယ် ပါ၏။ သင် တို့သည် အလွန်အသက် ကြီးပါ၏။ ထိုကြောင့် ငါသည်ကြောက် ၍ ကိုယ် သဘော ကို မ ပြ ဝံ့ဘဲ နေပါပြီ။
And Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite answered and said, I [am] young, and ye [are] very old; wherefore I was afraid, and durst not shew you mine opinion.
I said, Days should speak, and multitude of years should teach wisdom.
But [there is] a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding.
9 ၉ လူကြီးတို့သည် အစဉ်ပညာ ရှိသည်မ ဟုတ်။ အသက် ကြီးသော သူအပေါင်းတို့သည် မှန် သောတရားကို နားလည် သည်မဟုတ်။
Great men are not [always] wise: neither do the aged understand judgment.
Therefore I said, Hearken to me; I also will shew mine opinion.
11 ၁၁ သင် တို့စကား ကို ကြားရအံ့သောငှါ ငါဆိုင်းလင့် ပြီ။ သင်တို့သည် ပြောစရာကို ရှာဖွေ ၍ ဆွေးနွေးသောစကား ကို ငါနားထောင် ပြီ။
Behold, I waited for your words; I gave ear to your reasons, whilst ye searched out what to say.
Yea, I attended unto you, and, behold, [there was] none of you that convinced Job, [or] that answered his words:
13 ၁၃ သို့ဖြစ်၍ငါတို့သည် ပညာ ကိုရှာ ၍ တွေ့ပြီဟု သင်တို့ဆို စရာမ ရှိ။ ယောဘကို နှိမ့်ချသောသူကား လူ မ ဟုတ်၊ ဘုရား သခင်ပေတည်း။
Lest ye should say, We have found out wisdom: God thrusteth him down, not man.
Now he hath not directed [his] words against me: neither will I answer him with your speeches.
They were amazed, they answered no more: they left off speaking.
When I had waited, (for they spake not, but stood still, [and] answered no more; )
[I said], I will answer also my part, I also will shew mine opinion.
For I am full of matter, the spirit within me constraineth me.
Behold, my belly [is] as wine [which] hath no vent; it is ready to burst like new bottles.
I will speak, that I may be refreshed: I will open my lips and answer.
Let me not, I pray you, accept any man’s person, neither let me give flattering titles unto man.
22 ၂၂ သူတပါးကို ချီးမွမ်း သောစကားနှင့် မ ချော့မော့တတ်။ ထိုသို့ပြုလျှင်၊ ငါ့ ကိုဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူသောဘုရား သည် ငါ့ ကို ချက်ခြင်း ပယ်ရှား တော်မူမည်။
For I know not to give flattering titles; [in so doing] my maker would soon take me away.
