ယေရမိ 49
1 ၁ အမ္မုန် အမျိုးသား တို့ကို ရည်မှတ် ၍ ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ဣသရေလ ၌ သား မ ရှိ သလော ။ အမွေခံ မ ရှိသလော။ မိလကုံ ဘုရားသည် ဂဒ် ပြည်ကို အဘယ်ကြောင့် သိမ်းယူ သနည်း။ သူ့ တပည့် တို့သည် ဂဒ်မြို့ တို့၌အဘယ်ကြောင့်နေ ကြသနည်း။
Concerning the Ammonites, this is what the LORD says: “Has Israel no sons? Is he without heir? Why then has Milcom taken possession of Gad? Why have his people settled in their cities?
2 ၂ ထိုကြောင့် ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ အမ္မုန် အမျိုးသား တို့ နေရာရဗ္ဗာ မြို့၌ စစ်တိုက် ခြင်းအသံ ကို ငါကြား စေသောအချိန် ရောက် လိမ့်မည်။ ထိုမြို့သည် ပျက်စီး ရာပုံ ဖြစ် ၍၊ သူ ၏သမီး တို့သည်လည်း မီးရှို့ ခြင်းကိုခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။ ထိုအခါဣသရေလအမျိုး၏နေရာကို၊ သိမ်းယူ သောသူတို့ ၏ နေရာကို၊ ဣသရေလ သည် တဖန်သိမ်းယူ ရလိမ့်မည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
Therefore, behold, the days are coming, declares the LORD, when I will sound the battle cry against Rabbah of the Ammonites. It will become a heap of ruins, and its villages will be burned. Then Israel will drive out their dispossessors, says the LORD.
3 ၃ အို ဟေရှဘုန် မြို့၊ ညည်းတွား မြည်တမ်းလော့။ အာဣ မြို့ပျက်စီး ပြီ။ အိုရဗ္ဗာ မြို့သမီး တို့၊ ငိုကြွေး ကြလော့။ လျှော်တေ အဝတ်ကိုဝတ် ၍ မြည်တမ်း လျက် ၊ ခြံ နား မှာ တောင်မြောက်ပြေး ကြလော့။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ မိလကုံ ဘုရားသည်သူ ၏ယဇ် ပုရောဟိတ်၊ သူ ၏မင်း များနှင့်တကွ သိမ်းသွား ခြင်းကိုခံရ၏။
Wail, O Heshbon, for Ai has been destroyed; cry out, O daughters of Rabbah! Put on sackcloth and mourn; run back and forth within your walls, for Milcom will go into exile together with his priests and officials.
4 ၄ ငါ့ ထံသို့ အဘယ် ရန်သူရောက် လိမ့်မည်နည်းဟု အောက်မေ့လျက်၊ မိမိ စည်းစိမ် ၌ ကိုးစား လျက် ဖောက်ပြန် သောသတို့သမီး ၊ သင်သည် ချိုင့် တို့၌ အဘယ်ကြောင့် ဝါကြွား သနည်း။ သင် ၏ချိုင့် သည် အသွေးစီး ရာ ဖြစ်လိမ့်မည် ။
Why do you boast of your valleys— your valleys so fruitful, O faithless daughter? You trust in your riches and say, ‘Who can come against me?’
5 ၅ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ သခင် အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ သင့် ပတ်လည် ၌နေသောသူအပေါင်း တို့ကြောင့် ကြောက်လန့် သော အကြောင်းကို သင် ၌ ငါ ဖြစ် စေမည်။ သင်တို့အသီးအသီး ရှိသမျှသည် နှင်ထုတ် ခြင်းကို အတည့်အလင်းခံရကြမည်။ ကွဲပြား သောသူတို့ကို စုဝေး စေသော သူလည်းမ ရှိရ။
Behold, I am about to bring terror upon you, declares the Lord GOD of Hosts, from all those around you. You will each be driven headlong, with no one to regather the fugitives.
6 ၆ သို့သော်လည်း ၊ သိမ်းသွား ခြင်းကိုခံရသောအမ္မုန် အမျိုးသား တို့ကို နောက် တဖန်ငါဆောင် ခဲ့ဦးမည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
Yet afterward I will restore the Ammonites from captivity,” declares the LORD.
7 ၇ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဧဒုံ ပြည်ကို ရည်မှတ် ၍ မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ တေမန် ပြည်၌ ပညာ ကုန် သလော။ ပညာ သတိရှိသောသူတို့သည် အကြံ မပေးနိုင်သလော။ သူ တို့ဉာဏ် သည် ဆုံး သလော။
Concerning Edom, this is what the LORD of Hosts says: “Is there no longer wisdom in Teman? Has counsel perished from the prudent? Has their wisdom decayed?
8 ၈ အိုဒေဒန် မြို့သူ မြို့သားတို့၊ ဆုတ် ၍ ပြေးသွား ကြလော့ ။ နက်နဲ သောအရပ်၌ နေ ကြလော့။ ဧသော တွေ့ရသော ဘေး ၊ ဆုံးမ ခြင်းကိုခံရသောအချိန် ကို ငါရောက် စေမည်။
Turn and run! Lie low, O dwellers of Dedan, for I will bring disaster on Esau at the time I punish him.
9 ၉ စပျစ်သီးကိုဆွတ် သောသူတို့သည် သင် ရှိရာသို့ လာ လျှင် ၊ သူတပါးလိုက်၍ ဆွတ် စရာဘို့ ကျန်ကြွင်း စေကြလိမ့်မည်မ ဟုတ်လော။ ညဉ့် အခါ သူခိုး လာလျှင် ၊ စိတ်ပြေလောက်အောင်သာ လုယူ ကြလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်လော။
If grape gatherers came to you, would they not leave some gleanings? Were thieves to come in the night, would they not steal only what they wanted?
10 ၁၀ ဧသော ၏အဝတ်ကို ငါ ချွတ် မည်။ သူသည် ပုန်း ၍မ နေနိုင် အောင် သူ ကွယ် သောနေရာအရပ်တို့ကို ငါလှန် မည်။ သူ ၏အမျိုးအနွယ် ၊ ညီအစ်ကို ၊ အိမ်နီးချင်း တို့သည် ပျက်စီး ၍၊ သူ့ ကိုယ်တိုင်လည်း ပျောက် ရလိမ့်မည်။
But I will strip Esau bare; I will uncover his hiding places, and he will be unable to conceal himself. His descendants will be destroyed along with his relatives and neighbors, and he will be no more.
11 ၁၁ သင် ၌မိဘ မရှိသောသူငယ်တို့ကို ထား ခဲ့လော့။ ငါ စောင့်မ မည်။ သင် ၏ မုတ်ဆိုးမ တို့သည် ငါ့ ကိုခိုလှုံ ကြစေ။
Abandon your orphans; I will preserve their lives. Let your widows trust in Me.”
12 ၁၂ ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ခွက် ဖလား ကို မ သောက် ထိုက် သောသူ တို့ သည် အကယ်၍သောက် ကြသည် မှန်လျှင်၊ သင်သည်အပြစ် ကို မခံဘဲ ရှင်းရှင်းလွတ် ရမည်လော။ မ လွတ် ဘဲမနေရ။ စင်စစ် သောက် ရမည်။
For this is what the LORD says: “If those who do not deserve to drink the cup must drink it, can you possibly remain unpunished? You will not go unpunished, for you must drink it too.
13 ၁၃ ဗောဇရ ပြည်သည်အံ့ဩ ရာ၊ ကဲ့ရဲ့ ရာ၊ လူဆိတ်ညံ ရာ၊ ကျိန်ဆဲ ရာဖြစ် ရလိမ့်မည်။ သူ ၏ မြို့ အလုံးစုံ တို့သည်လည်း၊ အစဉ် သုတ်သင် ပယ်ရှင်းရာဖြစ် ရကြ လိမ့်မည်ဟု၊ ငါသည်ကိုယ် ကို တိုင်တည်၍ကျိန်ဆို ပြီဟု၊ ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
For by Myself I have sworn, declares the LORD, that Bozrah will become a desolation, a disgrace, a ruin, and a curse, and all her cities will be in ruins forever.”
14 ၁၄ ထာဝရဘုရား ကြွေးကြော် တော်မူသံကို ငါကြား ၏။ သင်တို့သည် စည်းဝေး ၍၊ ဧဒုံပြည်ကို တိုက် ခြင်းငှါစစ်ချီ ၍လာ ကြလော့ဟု တပါးအမျိုးသား တို့ထံသို့ သံတမန် ကို စေလွှတ် တော်မူပြီ။
I have heard a message from the LORD; an envoy has been sent to the nations: “Assemble yourselves to march against her! Rise up for battle!”
15 ၁၅ တပါးအမျိုးသား တို့တွင် သင် သည် ယုတ်မာ မည်အကြောင်းနှင့်၊ လူ တို့တွင် အသရေ ရှုတ်ချခြင်းကိုခံရမည်အကြောင်းငါပြု မည်။
“For behold, I will make you small among nations, despised among men.
16 ၁၆ ကျောက် ကြား တို့၌ နေ ၍တောင် ထိပ် ကို ခိုလှုံ သောသူဖြစ် သောကြောင့်၊ သင် ၏ကြောက်မက် ဘွယ်သော အခြင်းအရာ၊ သင် ၏မာန သည် သင့် ကိုလှည့်စား ပြီ။ သင်သည် ရွှေလင်းတ ကဲ့သို့ မြင့် သောအရပ်၌ အသိုက် ကို လုပ်သော်လည်း ၊ ထို အရပ်မှ သင့် ကို ငါနှိမ့်ချ မည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
The terror you cause and the pride of your heart have deceived you, O dwellers in the clefts of the rocks, O occupiers of the mountain summit. Though you elevate your nest like the eagle, even from there I will bring you down,”
17 ၁၇ ဧဒုံ ပြည်သည် အံ့ဩ ရာဖြစ် ၍၊ ရှောက်သွား သော သူတိုင်း အံ့ဩ ကြလိမ့်မည်။ သူ ခံရသောဘေးဥပဒ် အပေါင်း တို့ကြောင့် ကဲ့ရဲ့ သံကို ပြုကြလိမ့်မည်။
“Edom will become an object of horror. All who pass by will be appalled and will scoff at all her wounds.
18 ၁၈ သောဒုံ မြို့နှင့် ဂေါမောရ မြို့မှစ၍နီးစပ် သောမြို့ တို့၏ ပျက်စီး ခြင်းကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်၍၊ ဧဒုံပြည်၌ အဘယ်သူမျှမ နေ ရ။ လူ သား တစုံတယောက်မျှ နေရာ မ ကျရဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
As Sodom and Gomorrah were overthrown along with their neighbors,” says the LORD, “no one will dwell there; no man will abide there.
19 ၁၉ ခြင်္သေ့ သည် ယော်ဒန် မြစ်၏ ဂုဏ် အသရေမှ တက် သကဲ့သို့ ၊ ရန်သူသည် ကျောက် နှင့်ပြည့်စုံသော နေရာ သို့ တက်သောအခါ၊ နေသောသူသည် ချက်ခြင်းပြေး မည်အကြောင်းကို ငါပြုမည်။ ရွေးချယ် သော သူကိုလည်း၊ ဧဒုံပြည်အပေါ် မှာ ငါခန့်ထား မည်။ ငါ နှင့် အဘယ်သူ တူသနည်း။ ငါ့ အချိန်ကို အဘယ်သူ ချိန်းချက် မည်နည်း။ အဘယ်မည် သော သိုးထိန်း သည် ငါ့ ရှေ့ မှာ ရပ် နိုင်သနည်း။
Behold, one will come up like a lion from the thickets of the Jordan to the watered pasture. For in an instant I will chase Edom from her land. Who is the chosen one I will appoint for this? For who is like Me, and who can challenge Me? What shepherd can stand against Me?”
20 ၂၀ သို့ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဧဒုံ ပြည်တဘက် ၌ ကြံစည် တော်မူသော အကြံ ၊ တေမန် ပြည်သား တို့ တဘက် ၌ ကြံစည် တော်မူသော အကြံအစည် တို့ကို နားထောင် ကြလော့။ အကယ် စင်စစ်ရန်သူသည်၊ အား မရှိ သောထိုသိုး တို့ကို လုယက် လိမ့်မည်။ အကယ် စင်စစ်သူ တို့ရှိရာသို့လာ၍၊ ကျက်စား ရာအရပ်တို့ကို ဖျက်ဆီး လိမ့်မည်။
Therefore hear the plans that the LORD has drawn up against Edom and the strategies He has devised against the people of Teman: Surely the little ones of the flock will be dragged away; certainly their pasture will be made desolate because of them.
21 ၂၁ သူ တို့ပြိုလဲ သော အသံ ကြောင့် မြေကြီး လှုပ်ရှား ၏။ သူတို့အော်ဟစ် သော အသံ ကို ဧဒုံ ပင်လယ် တိုင်အောင် ကြား ရ၏။
At the sound of their fall the earth will quake; their cry will resound to the Red Sea.
22 ၂၂ ရန်သူသည် တက် ၍ ရွေလင်းတ ကဲ့သို့ ပျံ လျက် ၊ ဗောဇရ မြို့ကို အတောင် တို့နှင့် ဖြန့်မိုး လိမ့်မည်။ ထို နေ့ ၌ ဧဒုံ ပြည်သားသူရဲ တို့၏ စိတ် နှလုံးသည်၊ သားဘွားခြင်း ဝေဒနာ ကိုခံရသောမိန်းမ ၏စိတ် နှလုံးကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ် လိမ့်မည်။
Look! An eagle will soar and swoop down, spreading its wings over Bozrah. In that day the hearts of Edom’s mighty men will be like the heart of a woman in labor.
23 ၂၃ ဒမာသက် မြို့ကို ရည်မှတ် သော စကားဟူမူကား ၊ ဟာမတ် မြို့နှင့် အာပဒ် မြို့တို့သည် မကောင်း သော သိတင်း ကိုကြား သောကြောင့် ၊ အရှက်ကွဲ ၍စိတ်ပျက် လျက်ရှိကြ၏။ ပင်လယ် တိုင်အောင်စိုးရိမ် စရာရှိသောကြောင့် ၊ ငြိမ်ဝပ် ခြင်းသို့မ ရောက်နိုင် ။
Concerning Damascus: “Hamath and Arpad are put to shame, for they have heard a bad report; they are agitated like the sea; their anxiety cannot be calmed.
24 ၂၄ ဒမာသက် မြို့သည် အားလျော့ ပြီ။ ပြေး အံ့သောငှါ ကိုယ်ကိုလှည့် ပြီ။ တုန်လှုပ် လျက်နေ၏။ ဒုက္ခ ဆင်းရဲကို၎င်း၊ သားဘွား သောမိန်းမခံရသကဲ့သို့ ၊ ပြင်းစွာသော ဝေဒနာ ကို၎င်း ခံရ ၏။
Damascus has become feeble; she has turned to flee. Panic has gripped her; anguish and pain have seized her like a woman in labor.
How is the city of praise not forsaken, the town that brings Me joy?
26 ၂၆ သို့ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ထိုမြို့သားလုလင် တို့သည် လမ်းမ တို့၌ လဲ ၍၊ ထို နေ့ တွင် စစ်သူရဲ အပေါင်း တို့သည် ဆုံးရှုံး ကြ လိမ့်မည်။
For her young men will fall in the streets, and all her warriors will be silenced in that day,”
27 ၂၇ ငါသည်လည်း၊ ဒမာသက် မြို့ရိုး ကို မီး ရှို့ ၍ ၊ ဗင်္ဟာဒဒ် ၏ နန်းတော် တို့ကို လောင် စေမည်ဟု၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
“I will set fire to the walls of Damascus; it will consume the fortresses of Ben-hadad.”
28 ၂၈ ဗာဗုလုန် ရှင်ဘုရင် နေဗုခဒ်နေဇာ လုပ်ကြံ သော ကေဒါ ပြည်နှင့် ဟာဇော် နိုင်ငံ တို့ကို ရည်မှတ် ၍ ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ထ ကြလော့။ ကေဒါ ပြည်သို့ သွား ၍၊ အရှေ့ မျက်နှာအရပ်သား တို့ကို လုယူ ကြလော့။
Concerning Kedar and the kingdoms of Hazor, which Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon defeated, this is what the LORD says: “Rise up, advance against Kedar, and destroy the people of the east!
29 ၂၉ သူ တို့တဲ များနှင့် သိုးစု များကို၎င်း၊ ကုလားကာ များ၊ အသုံးအဆောင် များ၊ ကုလားအုပ် များကို၎င်းသိမ်း ၍ ယူသွား ရကြမည်။ သူတို့ပတ်လည် ၌ ကြောက်လန့် စရာ အကြောင်းကို ကြွေးကြော် ရကြမည်။
They will take their tents and flocks, their tent curtains and all their goods. They will take their camels for themselves. They will shout to them: ‘Terror is on every side!’
30 ၃၀ ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ဟာဇော် ပြည်သား တို့၊ ဝေးစွာ ပြေးသွား ကြလော့။ နက်နဲ သော အရပ်တို့၌ နေ ကြလော့။ ဗာဗုလုန် ရှင်ဘုရင် နေဗုခဒ်နေဇာ သည် သင် တို့ကိုရည်ဆောင်၍ စီရင် မည်ဟု သင် တို့တဘက် ၌ ကြံစည် သောအကြံအစည် ရှိ၏။
Run! Escape quickly! Lie low, O residents of Hazor,” declares the LORD, “for Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon has drawn up a plan against you; he has devised a strategy against you.
31 ၃၁ ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ထ ကြလော့။ ငြိမ်ဝပ် စွာနေ ၍ စိုးရိမ် စရာမရှိသောလူမျိုး ၊ မြို့တံခါး နှင့်ကန့်လန့်ကျင် ကို မ သုံးတတ်၊ အပေါင်းအဘော်မရှိ၊ တခြားစီ နေ တတ်သောလူမျိုးနေရာသို့ သွား ကြလော့။
Rise up, advance against a nation at ease, one that dwells securely,” declares the LORD. “They have no gates or bars; they live alone.
32 ၃၂ သူ တို့ကုလားအုပ် အစရှိသော တိရစ္ဆာန် အပေါင်း တို့သည် လုယူ ရာဖြစ် ကြလိမ့်မည်။ ပါးမုန်း ကိုရိတ် တတ် သော လူမျိုးကိုအရပ်ရပ် သို့ ငါကွဲပြား စေမည်။ အရပ်ရပ် တို့မှ သူ တို့၌ ဘေးဥပဒ် ကိုငါရောက် စေမည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
Their camels will become plunder, and their large herds will be spoil. I will scatter to the wind in every direction those who shave their temples; I will bring calamity on them from all sides,”
33 ၃၃ ဟာဇော် ပြည်သည် မြေခွေး နေရာ ၊ လူဆိတ်ညံ ရာ အစဉ် ဖြစ် ၍ ၊ အဘယ်သူမျှမ နေ ရ။ လူ သား တစုံတယောက် မျှနေရာ မ ကျရ။
“Hazor will become a haunt for jackals, a desolation forever. No one will dwell there; no man will abide there.”
34 ၃၄ ယုဒ ရှင်ဘုရင် ဇေဒကိ မင်းနန်းစံ စ က၊ ဧလံ ပြည် ကို ရည်မှတ် သော ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော် သည် ပရောဖက် ယေရမိ သို့ ရောက်လာ ၍၊
This is the word of the LORD that came to Jeremiah the prophet concerning Elam at the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah.
35 ၃၅ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ဧလံ ၏လေး တည်းဟူသောသူ ၏ အစွမ်း သတ္တိအထွဋ် အမြတ်ကို ငါ ချိုး မည်။
This is what the LORD of Hosts says: “Behold, I will shatter Elam’s bow, the mainstay of their might.
36 ၃၆ အရပ်လေး မျက်နှာတို့က လေ လေး မျိုးကို ဧလံ ပြည်သို့ ငါဆောင်ခဲ့ မည်။ ထို လေ တို့ရှေ့မှာ ပြည်သားများကို ငါလွှင့် မည်။ ထိုသို့နှင်ထုတ် သော ဧလံ ပြည်သားမ ရောက် သော တိုင်း နိုင်ငံတခုမျှမ ရှိ ရ။
I will bring the four winds against Elam from the four corners of the heavens, and I will scatter them to all these winds. There will not be a nation to which Elam’s exiles will not go.
37 ၃၇ ဧလံ ပြည်သားတို့ကို ရန်သူ တို့ရှေ့ မှာ၎င်း ၊ သူ တို့ အသက် ကိုရှာ သော လူတို့ရှေ့ မှာ၎င်း ၊ ငါကြောက်လန့် စေ၍၊ ပြင်းစွာ သော ငါ ၏အမျက် တည်းဟူသောဘေးဥပဒ် ကိုသူ တို့အပေါ် သို့ ရောက် စေမည်။ သူ တို့ကို မ ဖျက်ဆီး မှီတိုင်အောင်သူ တို့နောက် သို့ ထား ကို လွှတ်လိုက် မည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
So I will shatter Elam before their foes, before those who seek their lives. I will bring disaster upon them, even My fierce anger,” declares the LORD. “I will send out the sword after them until I finish them off.
38 ၃၈ ဧလံ ပြည်၌ ငါ ၏ပလ္လင် ကို တည် ထား၍ ၊ ရှင်ဘုရင် နှင့် မင်းသား တို့ကို သုတ်သင်ပယ်ရှင်း မည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
I will set My throne in Elam, and destroy its king and officials,”
39 ၃၉ သို့ရာတွင် ၊ သိမ်းသွား ခြင်းကိုခံရသောဧလံ အမျိုးသားတို့ကို နောင် ကာလ၌ ငါဆောင်ခဲ့ ဦးမည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
“Yet in the last days, I will restore Elam from captivity,”
