ဟေရှာယ 47

1 ၁ အိုဗာဗုလုန် သတို့သမီး ကညာ ၊ ဆင်း ၍ မြေမှုန့် ၌ထိုင် လော့။ အိုခါလဒဲ သတို့သမီး ၊ ရာဇ ပလ္လင်မ ရှိဘဲ မြေ ပေါ် မှာ ထိုင် လော့။ သင့် ကို နူးညံ့ သိမ်မွေ့ သောသူ ဟူ၍နောက် တဖန်မ ခေါ် ရ။

Come down, sit on the ground, O virgin daughter of Babylon: sit on the ground, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called tender and luxurious.

2 ၂ ကြိတ်ဆုံ ကို ယူ ၍ စပါး ကို ကြိတ် လော့။ မျက်နှာဖုံး ကို ဖွင့် လော့။ ရှည်သော အင်္ကျီ ကို ချွတ် လော့။ ပေါင် အဝတ်ကိုပင့် ၍ မြစ် ကို ကူး လော့။

Take a millstone, grind meal: remove thy veil, uncover thy white hairs, make bare the leg, pass through the rivers.

3 ၃ သင် သည် အဝတ်အချည်းစည်း ရှိ၍ ၊ အရှက် ကွဲ ခြင်းကိုခံရမည်။ ငါသည် အပြစ်ဒဏ် ကိုပေး မည်။ အဘယ်သူ နှင့်မျှ မိဿဟာယ မ ဖွဲ့။

Thy shame shall be uncovered, thy reproaches shall be brought to light: I will exact of thee due vengeance, I will no longer deliver thee to men.

4 ၄ ငါ တို့ကို ရွေးနှုတ် သောသူကား၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ သန့်ရှင်း သော ဘုရားတည်းဟူသောဘွဲ့ နာမရှိတော်မူ၏။

Thy deliverer is the Lord of hosts, the Holy One of Israel is his name.

5 ၅ အိုခါလဒဲ သတို့သမီး ၊ တိတ်ဆိတ် စွာ ထိုင် လော့။ မိုက် ရာသို့ သွား လော့။ သင့်ကို နိုင်ငံ တို့၏ အရှင် မ ဟူ၍နောက် တဖန် မ ခေါ် ရ။

Sit thou down pierced with woe, go into darkness, O daughter of the Chaldeans: thou shalt no more be called the strength of a kingdom.

6 ၆ ငါသည် ငါ ၏လူ တို့ကို အမျက်ထွက် သောကြောင့်၊ ငါ ၏ အမွေ ကို ရှုတ်ချ ၍ သင့် လက် သို့ အပ် လိုက် ၏။ သင်သည် သနား သောစိတ် မ ရှိ။ အသက်ကြီး သူတို့ အပေါ် မှာ လေးသော ထမ်းဘိုး ကို တင် လေပြီ။

I have been provoked with my people; thou hast defiled mine inheritance: I gave them into thy hand, but thou didst not extend mercy to them: thou madest the yoke of the aged man very heavy,

7 ၇ သင် ကလည်း၊ ငါသည် အရှင်မ ၏အရာ၌ အစဉ်အမြဲ နေ မည်ဟု ထင် သောကြောင့်၊ ဤ အမှုအရာတို့ကို မ ဆင်ခြင်။ သင် ၌ နောက်ဆုံး ဖြစ်လတံ့သော အမှုကို မ အောက်မေ့။

and saidst, I shall be a princess for ever: thou didst not perceive these things in thine heart, nor didst thou remember the latter end.

8 ၈ ထိုကြောင့် ၊ ကာမဂုဏ် ၌ ပျော်မွေ့၍၊ သောက ကင်းလွတ်လျက်နေ သောသူ၊ ငါရှိ၏။ ငါ မှတပါး အဘယ်သူမျှမရှိ။ ငါသည် မုတ်ဆိုးမ ကဲ့သို့ထိုင်၍ မ နေ ရ။ သား ဆုံး ခြင်းကို ငါမ ခံရဟု အောက်မေ့ သောသူ၊ နားထောင် လော့။

But now hear these words, thou luxurious one, [who art] the one that sits [at ease], that is secure, that says in her heart, I am, and there is not another; I shall not sit a widow, neither shall I know bereavement.

9 ၉ သင်သည် ပြုစား သော အတတ်နှင့် နတ် ဝိဇ္ဇာ အတတ်များတို့ကို အလွန် ပြုစု သော်လည်း ၊ တနေ့ တခဏခြင်း တွင် သား ဆုံးခြင်းနှင့် လင် ဆုံးခြင်းတည်းဟူသောဘေးနှစ် ပါးတို့သည် သင် ၌ ရောက် လိမ့်မည်။ သင် ၏ အပေါ်၌ အကုန်အစင် သင့် ရောက်လိမ့်မည်။

But now these two things shall come upon thee suddenly in one day, the loss of children and widowhood shall come suddenly upon thee, for thy sorcery, for the strength of thine enchantments,

10 ၁၀ သင် သည် ကိုယ် ပြုသောအဓမ္မ အမှုကို ကိုးစား ပြီ။ ငါ့ ကို အဘယ်သူမျှမ မြင် ဟု ဆို ပြီ။ သင့် ဉာဏ် နှင့် သင့် ပညာ အတတ်သည်၊ သင် ၏စိတ် ကို မှောက်လှန် သည် ဖြစ်၍၊ သင်က ငါ ရှိ၏၊ ငါ မှတပါး အဘယ်သူမျှမရှိဟု အောက်မေ့ ပြီ။

for thy trusting in wickedness: for thou saidst, I am, and there is not another: know thou, the understanding of these things and thy harlotry shall be thy shame; for thou saidst in thy heart, I am, and there is not another.

11 ၁၁ ထို့ကြောင့်၊ အဆုံး မ ထင် သော ဘေးဥပဒ် သည် သင် ၏အပေါ် မှာ ရောက် လိမ့်မည်။ သင်သည် မ ဖြေ နိုင် သော အပြစ်ဒဏ် နှင့်၎င်း၊ မ မြော်လင့် နိုင်အောင် ချက်ခြင်း ဖျက်ဆီး ခြင်းနှင့်၎င်း တွေ့ကြုံ ရလိမ့်မည်။

And destruction shall come upon thee, and thou shalt not be aware; [there shall be a] pit, and thou shalt fall into it: and grief shall come upon thee, and thou shalt not be able to be clear; and destruction shall come suddenly upon thee, and thou shalt not know.

12 ၁၂ သင် သည် ငယ် သော အရွယ်မှစ၍ ၊ ကြိုးစား အားထုတ်သော နတ် ဝိဇ္ဇာအတတ်နှင့် ၊ ပြုစား သော အတတ်အမျိုးမျိုး တို့ကို အမှီပြု ၍ တည် နေလော့။ အကျိုး ကို ရကောင်းလျှင် ရ လိမ့်မည်။ နိုင်ကောင်းလျှင် နိုင် လိမ့်မည်။

Stand now with thine enchantments, and with the abundance of thy sorcery, which thou hast learned from thy youth; if thou canst be profited.

13 ၁၃ သင် သည် များပြား သော တိုင်ပင် ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ပင်ပန်း လှပြီ။ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင် ကို ကြည့်ရှု သောသူ၊ ကြယ် နက္ခတ်တို့ကို မှတ် သောသူ၊ သင် ၌ ဖြစ် လတံ့သော အမှုကို၊ လ ၏အခြင်းအရာအားဖြင့် ဟော တတ်သောသူတို့ သည် ထ ၍ သင့် ကို ယခု ကယ်တင် ကြစေ။

Thou art wearied in thy counsels. Let now the astrologers of the heaven stand and deliver thee, let them that see the stars tell thee what is about to come upon thee.

14 ၁၄ သူတို့သည် အမှိုက် ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ် ၍မီးရှို့ ခြင်းကိုခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။ မီး အရှိန် မှ မိမိ တို့ကို မကယ် မနှုတ်ရကြ။ နွေး စရာဘို့ မီး တခဲမျှ၊ လှုံ စရာဘို့ မီး အလျှင်းမျှ မ ကျန်ရစ်ရ။

Behold, they all shall be burnt up as sticks in the fire; neither shall they at all deliver their life from the flame. Because thou hast coals of fire, sit thou upon them;

15 ၁၅ သင်နှင့် ဝိုင်းညီ၍ အမှုဆောင်ရွက်သောသူ၊ သင် ငယ် သော အရွယ်မှစ၍ သင် နှင့် ဖောက်ကား ရောင်းဝယ်သောသူတို့သည် သင် ၌ ထိုသို့ ဖြစ် ကြ၍၊ ကိုယ်စီ ကိုယ်စီမိမိနေရာ အရပ်သို့ လွှဲ သွားသဖြင့်၊ သင့် ကို ကယ်တင် သောသူတစုံတယောက်မျှ မ ရှိရ။

these shall be thy help. Thou hast wearied thyself with traffic from thy youth: every man has wandered to his own home, but thou shalt have no deliverance.
