ဧ​သ​တာ 10

1 ၁ ရှင်ဘုရင် အာရွှေရု သည်မြေကြီး ပေါ် ၌၎င်း၊ ပင်လယ် တွင်ရှိသောကျွန်း တို့ပေါ်၌၎င်း ၊ ငွေတော်ခွဲ ကြောင်း အစရှိသော၊

And the king Ahasuerus laid a tribute upon the land, and [upon] the isles of the sea.

2 ၂ အာဏာ တန်ခိုးတော်နှင့် စီရင်သမျှ သောအမှု အရာများနှင့်တကွ ၊ ချီးမြှောက် တော်မူခြင်းကို ခံရသော မော်ဒကဲ ၏ ဘုန်း တန်ခိုး၊ ထင်ရှားသော အခြင်းအရာတို့သည် မေဒိ ၊ ပေရသိ ရာဇဝင် တို့၌ ရေး ထားလျက် ရှိ၏။

And all the acts of his power and of his might, and the declaration of the greatness of Mordecai, whereunto the king advanced him, [are] they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Media and Persia?

3 ၃ ယုဒ အမျိုးသားမော်ဒကဲ သည် ရှင်ဘုရင် အာရွှေရု အောက်၌ အမြတ်ဆုံးသော အရာကိုရ၍ ယုဒ လူတို့တွင် ဘုန်း ကြီး၏။ မိမိ အမျိုး ၏ အကျိုး စီးပွားကို ပြုစု လျက်၊ အမျိုးသား ချင်းအပေါင်း တို့အား မင်္ဂလာ စကားကိုသာ ပြော လျက်၊ မိမိ အမျိုးသား ချင်းအပေါင်း တို့တွင် မျက်နှာ ရသောသူဖြစ် သတည်း။

For Mordecai the Jew [was] next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.
