ဧဖက် 1
1 ၁ ဘုရားသခင် ၏အလို တော်အားဖြင့် ၊ ယေရှု ခရစ် ၏တမန်တော် ဖြစ်သော ငါပေါလု သည် ဧဖက် မြို့၌ နေ သော သန့်ရှင်း သူတည်းဟူသောယေရှု ခရစ် ကိုယုံကြည် သောသူတို့ကို ကြားလိုက်ပါ၏။
PAUL, a legate of Jesus the Messiah by the pleasure of God, to them who are at Ephesus, sanctified, and believing in Jesus the Messiah:
2 ၂ သခင် ယေရှု ခရစ် နှင့် ငါ တို့အဘ တည်းဟူသောဘုရားသခင် ထံ တော်က ကျေးဇူး တော်နှင့် ငြိမ်သက် ခြင်းသည် သင် တို့၌ ရှိပါစေသော။
Peace be with you, and grace from God our Father, and from our Lord Jesus the Messiah.
3 ၃ ငါ တို့သည်ဘုရားသခင့် ရှေ့ တော်၌ မေတ္တာ အားဖြင့် သန့်ရှင်း လျက်၊ အပြစ် ကင်းလွတ်လျက် ဖြစ် မည် အကြောင်း၊
Blessed be God, the Father of our Lord Jesus the Messiah, who hath blessed us with all blessings of the Spirit in heaven, by the Messiah:
4 ၄ ဤကမ္ဘာ မ တည် မရှိမှီငါ တို့ကိုခရစ်တော် ၌ ရွေးကောက် တော်မူသည်နှင့်အညီ ။ ကောင်းကင် ဘုံနှင့် ဆိုင်သော အရာတို့၌ ခပ်သိမ်း သော ဓမ္မ မင်္ဂလာ တို့ကို ခရစ်တော် အားဖြင့် ငါ တို့အား ပေး သနားတော်မူသော ငါ တို့သခင် ယေရှု ခရစ် ၏ ခမည်းတော် ဘုရားသခင် သည် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိတော်မူစေသတည်း။
according as he had previously chosen us in him, before the foundation of the world, that we might be holy and without blame before him; and, in love, predestinated us for himself;
5 ၅ ထို ဘုရားသခင် သည် ချစ် တော်မူသောသားတော်ကြောင့် ၊ ငါ တို့အား ပေး တော်မူသောကျေးဇူး တော်၏ ဘုန်း အသရေကိုချီးမွမ်း စေခြင်းငှာ ၊
and adopted us for sons, in Jesus the Messiah, as was agreeable to his pleasure:
6 ၆ ငါ တို့သည် ယေရှု ခရစ် အားဖြင့် သား အရာကို ရမည်အကြောင်း ၊ အလို တော်ရှိသောစေတနာ အတိုင်း ရှေးမဆွက ခွဲခန့် မှတ်သားတော်မူ၏။
that the glory of his grace might be glorified, which he poured upon us by his Beloved One;
7 ၇ ခပ်သိမ်း သော သတိ ပညာ တော်နှင့် လျော် စွာငါ တို့၌ အတိုင်းထက်အလွန်များ လှစွာသော ကျေးဇူး တော်သည် ကြွယ်ဝ ပြည့်စုံသည်နှင့်အညီ ၊
by whom we have redemption, and the forgiveness of sins by his blood, according to the riches of his grace,
8 ၈ ထိုသား တော်၏အသွေး အားဖြင့် အပြစ် လွှတ် တော်မူခြင်း တည်းဟူသောရွေးနှုတ် တော်မူခြင်း ကျေးဇူးကို ငါတို့သည်ခံရ ကြ၏။
which hath abounded in us, in all wisdom and all spiritual understanding.
9 ၉ ဘုရားသခင် သည် နှလုံး သွင်းတော်မူသော စေတနာ တော်နှင့် လျော်သောအလို တော်၏ နက်နဲ သော အရာကို ငါ တို့အား ပြ တော်မူ၏။
And he hath made us know the mystery of his pleasure, which he had before determined in himself to accomplish,
10 ၁၀ ထိုနက်နဲသောအရာဟူမူကား၊ ကာလ အချိန်စေ့ စုံခြင်း၏ သာသနာ တွင် ကောင်းကင် ပေါ် ၊ မြေကြီး ပေါ်မှာ ရှိရှိသမျှ တို့ကိုပေါင်း ၍ ခရစ်တော် ၌ ချုပ်ခြာစေတော်မူလိမ့်သတည်း။
in the dispensation of the fullness of times; that all things might again be made new in the Messiah, things in heaven and things on earth.
11 ၁၁ မိမိ စေတနာ ၏အလို တော်သို့လိုက်၍ အလုံးစုံ တို့ကို စီရင်ပြုပြင် တော်မူတတ်သော သူ ၏ကြံစည် ခြင်းရှိသည်အတိုင်း ၊ ရှေးမဆွက ခွဲခန့် မှတ်သားတော်မူသည်နှင့်အညီ ၊ ငါတို့သည် ထိုခရစ်တော် အားဖြင့် အမွေခံ ဖြစ်ကြ၏။
And in him we are elected, according as he predestined us and willed, who worketh all things according to the counsel of his pleasure;
12 ၁၂ အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ခရစ်တော် ကို မျှော်လင့် နှင့်သော ငါ တို့အားဖြင့်ဘုန်း တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း စေခြင်း အကြောင်း ဖြစ် သတည်း။
that we should be they who first hoped in the Messiah, to the honor of his glory.
13 ၁၃ သင် တို့သည်လည်း ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်းအကြောင်းနှင့်ယှဉ်သော ဧဝံဂေလိ တရားတည်းဟူသောသမ္မာတရား ကိုကြားနာ ၍ ထိုခရစ်တော် ကို ယုံကြည် ပြီးမှ၊ ဂတိ တော်နှင့်ယှဉ်သော သန့်ရှင်း သော ဝိညာဉ် တော်၏ တံဆိပ် ခတ်ခြင်းကို ခံရကြပြီ။
In whom, ye also have heard the word of truth, which is the gospel of your life, and have believed in him; and have been sealed with the Holy Spirit, who was promised,
14 ၁၄ ပိုင်ထိုက် တော်မူသောသူ တို့သည် ဘုန်း တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း ခြင်းအကြောင်း နှင့် ရွေးနှုတ် တော်မူခြင်းသို့ မရောက်မှီကာလပတ်လုံးထိုဝိညာဉ်တော်သည် ငါ တို့ အမွေ ၏ စားရန် ဖြစ် တော်မူ၏။
who is the earnest of our inheritance, until the redemption of them that are alive, and for the praise of his glory.
15 ၁၅ ထိုကြောင့် သင် တို့သည်သခင် ယေရှု ကို ယုံကြည် ခြင်းနှင့် သန့်ရှင်း သူအပေါင်း တို့ကို ချစ် ခြင်းအကြောင်း ကို ငါ သည်ကြား ပြီးလျှင်၊
Therefore, lo I also, since I heard of your faith in our Lord Jesus the Messiah, and of your love towards all the saints,
16 ၁၆ သင်တို့ကိုအကြောင်းပြု၍ ကျေးဇူး တော်ကို အစဉ် မ ပြတ်ချီးမွမ်းလျက်၊ သင် တို့အဘို့ အလိုငှာ ဆုတောင်း ပဌနာပြု လျက်နေ၏။
cease not to give thanks on your account, and to remember you in my prayers;
17 ၁၇ ဆုတောင်းသောအချက်ဟူမူကား၊ ငါ တို့သခင် ယေရှု ခရစ် ၏ ဘုရားသခင် ဖြစ်တော်မူသောဘုန်းကြီး သော အဘ ခမည်းတော်သည် ကိုယ်တော် မြတ်ကို သိ ခြင်း အလိုငှာ ပညာ ကို၎င်း ၊ ထိုးထွင်း သောဉာဏ် ကို၎င်း၊ သင် တို့အား ပေး ပါမည်အကြောင်း ၊
that the God of our Lord Jesus the Messiah, the Father of glory, may give to you the Spirit of wisdom and of revelation, in the recognition of him;
18 ၁၈ ခေါ် တော်မူသောကြောင့် မြော်လင့် ရသောအရာကား အဘယ် အရာဖြစ် သည်ကို၎င်း၊ သန့်ရှင်း သူတို့ သည် ခံရသောအမွေ တော်၏ ဘုန်း စည်းစိမ် ကား အဘယ်မျှလောက်ကြီးသည်ကို၎င်း၊
and that the eyes of your hearts may be enlightened, so that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints;
19 ၁၉ ယုံကြည် သောငါ တို့၌ ပြတော်မူသော အလွန် ကြီးလှ စွာသော တန်ခိုး တော်ကား အဘယ်မျှလောက်ကြီး သည်ကို၎င်း၊ သင် တို့သည်သိ စေခြင်းငှာ၊ သင် တို့၏ ဉာဏ် မျက်စိ ကို လင်း စေပါမည်အကြောင်း ဆုတောင်း ပဌနာပြု၏။
and what is the excellence of the majesty of his power in us who believe; according to the efficiency of the strength of his power,
20 ၂၀ ထိုတန်ခိုးတော်ကား၊ ခရစ်တော် ကိုသေ ခြင်းမှ ထမြောက် စေတော်မူ၍ ခရစ်တော်၌ပြုပြင် သော မဟာ တန်ခိုး အာနုဘော်အရှိန်ကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်၏။
which he put forth in the Messiah, and raised him from the dead, and seated him at his right hand in heaven,
21 ၂၁ ခပ်သိမ်း သော အထွဋ်အမြတ် ၊ အာဏာစက် ၊ တန်ခိုး ၊ အစိုးရ ခြင်းမှစ၍ယခု ဘဝ နောင် ဘဝ၌ ခေါ်ဝေါ် သမုတ်သောဘွဲ့နာမ အလုံးစုံ တို့အထက်၊ ကောင်းကင် အရပ်၌ မိမိ လက်ျာ တော်ဘက်မှာ အလွန်မြင့်မြတ် သောနေရာကို ခရစ်တော်အား ပေး တော်မူ၍ ၊ (aiōn g165)
high above all principalities, and authorities, and powers, and lordships, and above every name that is named, not only in this world but also in that to come: (aiōn g165)
22 ၂၂ ခြေဘဝါး တော်အောက် သို့ အလုံးစုံ တို့ကို ချထား သဖြင့် ၊ အသင်းတော် ဘို့ အလိုငှာ၊ သူ့ ကိုအလုံးစုံ တို့၏ အချုပ်အခြာ ဦးခေါင်း ဖြစ် စေတော်မူ၏။
and he hath subjected all things under his feet; and hath given him who is high over all, to be the head of the church;
23 ၂၃ ထိုအသင်းတော်ကား၊ အလုံးစုံ တို့ကို အလုံးစုံ တို့နှင့် ပြည့်စုံ တော်မူသောသူ ၏ပြည့်စုံ ခြင်းတည်းဟူသောခရစ်တော် ၏ကိုယ် ဖြစ် သတည်း။
which is his body, and the fullness of him who filleth all in all:
