ဇာခရိ 7
1 ၁ ဧကရာဇ်ဘုရင်ဒါရိနန်းစံစတုတ္ထနှစ် ခိသလုနာမည်တွင်သော နဝမလ၊ လေး ရက်နေ့၌ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ငါ့အား ဗျာဒိတ်ပေးတော်မူ၏။
And it came to pass in the fourth year of king Darius, [that] the word of the LORD came to Zechariah in the fourth [day] of the ninth month, [even] in Chisleu;
2 ၂ ဗေသလမြို့သားတို့သည်ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ကောင်းချီးမင်္ဂလာကိုတောင်းခံကြရန် လည်းကောင်း``အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည်ဗိမာန်တော် ပြိုပျက်မှုအတွက် နှစ်ပေါင်းများစွာပြုလုပ် ခဲ့ကြသည့်နည်းတူ အစာရှောင်ခြင်းအား ဖြင့်ဝမ်းနည်းကြေကွဲသည့်အမှတ်လက္ခဏာ ကိုပြရကြပါမည်လော'' ဟုမေးလျှောက် ကြရန်လည်းကောင်း၊ ရှရေဇာနှင့်ရေဂင်္မေ လက်နှင့်သူတို့၏လူတို့အား အနန္တတန်ခိုး ရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၏ဗိမာန်တော်မှ ယဇ် ပုရောဟိတ်များ၊ ပရောဖက်များထံသို့ စေလွှတ်လိုက်ကြ၏။
When they had sent to the house of God Sherezer and Regem-melech, and their men, to pray before the LORD,
3 ၃
[And] to speak to the priests who [were] in the house of the LORD of hosts, and to the prophets, saying, Should I weep in the fifth month, separating myself, as I have done these so many years?
Then came the word of the LORD of hosts to me, saying,
5 ၅ ကိုယ်တော်က``ပြည်သူများနှင့်ယဇ်ပုရော ဟိတ်တို့သည်နှစ်ပေါင်းခုနစ်ဆယ်ပတ်လုံး၊ ပဉ္စမလနှင့်သတ္တမလတို့တွင်အစာရှောင် ၍ဝမ်းနည်းကြေကွဲသည့်အမှတ်လက္ခဏာ ကိုပြခဲ့ကြသည်မှာငါ့အားဂုဏ်ပြုချီး ကူးရန်မဟုတ်။-
Speak to all the people of the land, and to the priests, saying, When ye fasted and mourned in the fifth and seventh [month], even those seventy years, did ye at all fast to me, [even] to me?
6 ၆ စားပွဲသောက်ပွဲကျင်းပကြသည်မှာလည်း မိမိတို့အာသာချင်ရဲပြေစေရန်သာလျှင် ဖြစ်ပေသည်'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
And when ye ate, and when ye drank, did ye not eat [for yourselves], and drink [for yourselves]?
7 ၇ ဤကားယေရုရှလင်မြို့ကောင်းစားစည်ပင် လျက်နေချိန်၌ ရှေးပရောဖက်များအားဖြင့် ထာဝရဘုရားပေးတော်မူသောဗျာဒိတ် တော်ဖြစ်၏။ ထိုအခါမြို့ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကျေး ရွာများတွင်သာလျှင်လူအမြောက်အမြား နေထိုင်ကြသည်မဟုတ်။ တောင်ဘက်ဒေသ နှင့်အနောက်ဘက်ရှိတောင်ခြေဒေသများ တွင်လည်းနေထိုင်ကြလေသည်။
[Should ye] not [hear] the words which the LORD hath cried by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and in prosperity, and her cities around her, when [men] inhabited the south and the plain?
And the word of the LORD came to Zechariah, saying,
9 ၉ အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင်ထာဝရဘုရားက``ရှေး အခါ၌ငါသည်မိမိ၏လူမျိုးတော်အား`သင် တို့သည်တရားမျှတစွာပြုကျင့်ကြလျက်၊ တစ်ဦးအပေါ်တစ်ဦးသနားကရုဏာ ထားရကြမည်။-
Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, Execute true judgment, and show mercy and compassions every man to his brother:
10 ၁၀ မုဆိုးမများ၊ မိဘမဲ့များ၊ တစ်ကျွန်းတစ် နိုင်ငံသားများသို့မဟုတ်ဆင်းရဲနွမ်းပါး သူများအားမညှင်းဆဲမနှိပ်စက်ကြနှင့်၊ တစ်ဦးကိုတစ်ဦးဘေးဒုက္ခရောက်အောင် မကြံစည်ကြနှင့်'' ဟုမိန့်မှာခဲ့၏။
And oppress not the widow, nor the fatherless, the stranger, nor the poor; and let none of you imagine evil against his brother in your heart.
11 ၁၁ ``သို့ရာတွင်ငါ၏လူမျိုးတော်သည်ဂရု မစိုက်ဘဲခေါင်းမာလျက် ငါ့စကားကိုနား မထောင်ကြ။ သူတို့သည်နားကိုပိတ်ထား ကြ၏။-
But they refused to hearken, and withdrew the shoulder, and stopped their ears, that they should not hear.
12 ၁၂ စိတ်နှလုံးကိုကျောက်ကဲ့သို့မာကျောစေ ကြ၏။ သူတို့သည်ရှေးပရောဖက်များအား ဖြင့်ငါပေးအပ်ခဲ့သည့်သွန်သင်ချက်များ ကိုနားမထောင်သဖြင့် အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင် ငါထာဝရဘုရားသည်ပြင်းစွာအမျက် ထွက်ခဲ့သည်။-
Yes, they made their hearts [as] an adamant stone, lest they should hear the law, and the words which the LORD of hosts hath sent in his spirit by the former prophets: therefore came a great wrath from the LORD of hosts.
13 ၁၃ ငါ၏မိန့်တော်မူချက်ကိုသူတို့သည်နား မထောင်သောကြောင့် သူတို့၏ဆုတောင်းသံ ကိုအနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင်ငါထာဝရဘုရား နားညောင်းတော်မမူ။-
Therefore it is come to pass, [that] as he cried, and they would not hear; so they cried, and I would not hear, saith the LORD of hosts:
14 ၁၄ မုန်တိုင်းသဖွယ်တိုက်ခတ်ကာနိုင်ငံရပ် ခြားများသို့လွင့်စင်သွားစေ၏။ ဤသာ ယာသောပြည်သည်လည်းနေထိုင်သူမ ရှိဘဲလူသူဆိတ်ငြိမ်ရာဖြစ်လျက်ကျန် ရစ်ခဲ့ပေသည်'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
But I scattered them with a whirlwind among all the nations whom they knew not. Thus the land was desolate after them, that no man passed through nor returned: for they laid the pleasant land desolate.
