ရောမ 3
1 ၁ သို့ဖြစ်လျှင်ယုဒလူမျိုးသည် လူမျိုးခြား တို့ထက်အဘယ်သို့သာသနည်း။ သူတို့ အရေဖျားလှီးမင်္ဂလာခံသည့်အတွက် အဘယ်အကျိုးရှိသနည်း။-
So what advantage does the Jew have, or what is the profit of circumcision?
2 ၂ အကျိုးကားအဘက်ဘက်၌များစွာရှိ၏။ ပထမအနေဖြင့်ယုဒအမျိုးသားတို့ သည်ဘုရားသခင်၏ဗျာဒိတ်တော်ကိုခံ ယူရရှိကြ၏။-
Much in every way! First of all, because they were entrusted with the oracles of God.
3 ၃ အကယ်၍ထိုသူအချို့တို့သည်သစ္စာမဲ့ကြ ခြင်းကြောင့် ဘုရားသခင်သည်လည်းသစ္စာမဲ့ တော်မူမည်ဟုဆိုရမည်လော။-
So, what if some did not believe? Their unbelief will not nullify God's faithfulness, will it?
4 ၄ မည်သည့်နည်းနှင့်မျှဤသို့မဆိုနိုင်။ လူတိုင်း ပင်လိမ်လည်ကြစေကာမူဘုရားသခင်မူ ကား ကတိသစ္စာတည်တော်မူမည်သာဖြစ်၏။ ကျမ်းစာတော်က၊ ``ကိုယ်တော်မိန့်တော်မူသောစကားသည် မှန်ကန်ရမည်။ တရားဆိုင်တော်မူရလျှင်လည်းကိုယ်တော် သာလျှင် အနိုင်ရမည်'' ဟုဖော်ပြသည့်အတိုင်းပင်ဖြစ်၏။
Of course not! Rather, let God be found true, but every man a liar; just as it is written: “That you may be justified in your words, and may overcome when you are judged.”
5 ၅ သို့ရာတွင်လူအချို့က``ငါတို့၏ဆိုးယုတ်မှု သည်ဘုရားသခင်၏ကောင်းမြတ်မှန်ကန်မှုကို ပိုမိုထင်ရှားစေသည်မဟုတ်ပါလော'' ဟု မေးကြလိမ့်မည်။ ငါတို့မည်သို့အဖြေပေး မည်နည်း။ ``ဘုရားသခင်သည်ငါတို့ကို ဒဏ်ခတ်တော်မူသည်မှာမတရား'' ဟုငါ တို့ဖြေဆိုကြမည်လော။ (ဤသို့ငါဆိုရာ ၌လူတို့ပြောဆိုလေ့ရှိသည့်အတိုင်းပြော လိုက်ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။-)
Now if our unrighteousness highlights God's righteousness, what shall we say? God is not unrighteous for inflicting His wrath, is He? (I speak as a man.)
6 ၆ ``ဘုရားသခင်သည်မတရား'' ဟုအဘယ် နည်းနှင့်မျှမဆိုနိုင်။ အကယ်၍ကိုယ်တော် သည်မတရားပါမူ အဘယ်သို့လျှင်ကမ္ဘာ လောကကိုတရားစီရင်တော်မူနိုင်မည် နည်း။
Of course not! Otherwise, how will God judge the world?
7 ၇ အကယ်၍ငါ၏သစ္စာမဲ့မှုသည်ဘုရားသခင် ၏သစ္စာတော်ကိုပိုမိုထင်ရှားစေသောအားဖြင့် ကိုယ်တော်၏ဂုဏ်အသရေတော်ကိုတောက်ပ စေသည်ဆိုပါက အဘယ်ကြောင့်ငါသည် အပြစ်ကူးသူအဖြစ်ဖြင့်အပြစ်ဒဏ်စီရင် ခြင်းကိုခံရသနည်း။-
Still, if the truth of God abounded to His glory by my falsehood, just why am I still judged as a sinner?
8 ၈ ``အကောင်းကိုဖြစ်ပွားစေရန်အဆိုးကိုငါ တို့ပြုကြကုန်အံ့'' ဟုဆိုရမည်လော။ ဤကဲ့ သို့ပင်ငါပြောဆိုသည်ဟူ၍လူအချို့က ပြစ်တင်စွပ်စွဲကာငါ့အားစော်ကားကြလေ ပြီ။ ထိုသူတို့သည်အပြစ်ဒဏ်စီရင်ခြင်းကို ခံထိုက်သည်အတိုင်းအမှန်ပင်ခံရကြ လိမ့်မည်။
However, we must not say, “Let us do evil so that good may come” (as some people slanderously claim that we do)—their condemnation is well deserved!
9 ၉ သို့ဖြစ်ပါမူငါတို့ယုဒလူမျိုးသည်လူ မျိုးခြားတို့ထက်အဘယ်သို့လျှင် သာလွန် ကောင်းမွန်သည့်အခြေအနေတွင်ရှိကြ သနည်း။ မည်သို့မျှသာလွန်ကောင်းမွန်သည့် အခြေအနေတွင်မရှိကြ။ ယုဒလူမျိုး ရောလူမျိုးခြားပါအပြစ်၏အာဏာစက် အောက်တွင်ရှိကြကြောင်းငါအထက်က ဖော်ပြခဲ့ပြီးဖြစ်၏။-
What then? Are we any better? Not at all! For we have already charged both Jews and Greeks that they are all under sin.
Just as it is written: “No one is righteous, not even one;
there is no one who understands, no one who seeks God.
12 ၁၂ လူအပေါင်းတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကျောခိုင်းသွားကြလေပြီ။ သူတို့အားလုံးပင်လမ်းလွဲကြလေပြီ။ အမှန်တရားကိုပြုကျင့်သူဟူ၍မရှိ။ တစ်ယောက်မျှမရှိ။
All have turned aside, together they have been made useless; there is no one who shows kindness, no, not so much as one.”
13 ၁၃ သူတို့သည်ကြောက်မက်ဖွယ်ကောင်းသော စကားများကိုပြောဆိုကြ၏။ သူတို့သည်မိမိတို့လျှာဖြင့်လိမ်လည်လှည့် စားကြ၏။ မြွေဆိုးကဲ့သို့သူတို့၏နှုတ်ခမ်းတွင် အဆိပ်အတောက်ရှိ၏။
“Their throat is an opened grave; they habitually deceive with their tongues.” “Viper's venom is under their lips”;
“whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness.”
“Their feet are swift to shed blood;
ruin and wretchedness are in their paths,
and the way of peace they have not known.”
18 ၁၈ သူတို့တွင်ဘုရားသခင်အားကြောက်ရွံ့သော စိတ်မရှိကြ'' ဟူ၍ပါရှိသည့်အတိုင်းဖြစ်သတည်း။
“There is no fear of God before their eyes.”
19 ၁၉ ပညတ်တရားတွင်ပါရှိသည့်ပြဋ္ဌာန်းချက်မှန် သမျှသည် ပညတ်တရားစိုးမိုးမှုလက်အောက် တွင်ရှိနေသူများအတွက်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းယခု ငါတို့သိကြ၏။ ဤသို့ဖြစ်ရခြင်းအကြောင်း မှာလူတို့၏ဆင်ခြေဆင်လက်မှန်သမျှကို ရပ်စဲစေရန်နှင့် လူသားအပေါင်းတို့သည် ဘုရားသခင်၏တရားစီရင်တော်မူခြင်း ကိုခံစေရန်ဖြစ်ပေသည်။-
Now we know that whatever the law says, it speaks to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be shut and the whole world become accountable to God.
20 ၂၀ ပညတ်တရား၏ပြဋ္ဌာန်းချက်များကိုစောင့် ထိန်းခြင်းအားဖြင့် အဘယ်သူမျှဘုရားသခင် နှင့်မှန်ကန်စွာမဆက်ဆံနိုင်။ ပညတ်တရား ၏ဆောင်ရွက်ချက်မှာလူတို့သည် မိမိတို့ အပြစ်ကူးလွန်သူများဖြစ်ကြောင်းကို သိရှိလာစေရန်ပင်ဖြစ်၏။
It follows that no flesh will be justified in His sight by the works of the law, because through the law comes the real knowledge of sin.
21 ၂၁ သို့ရာတွင်ယခုအခါ၌ဘုရားသခင်သည် လူသားအားမိမိနှင့်အဘယ်နည်းဖြင့် မှန်ကန် စွာဆက်ဆံစေကြောင်းသိသာထင်ရှားလာ ပေပြီ။ ဤနည်းသည်တရားဥပဒေနှင့်လုံးဝ မသက်ဆိုင်။ သို့ရာတွင်ဤအကြောင်းကို မောရှေ၏ပညတ်ကျမ်းနှင့်ပရောဖက်ကျမ်း များကသက်သေခံကြ၏။-
But now, apart from law, a righteousness from God has been revealed, being attested by the Law and the Prophets,
22 ၂၂ လူတို့အားဘုရားသခင်နှင့်မှန်ကန်စွာ ဆက်ဆံနိုင်သောနည်းလမ်းမှာယေရှုခရစ် ကိုယုံကြည်ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ လူတို့သည်ခြား နားခြင်းမရှိ။-
namely, a righteousness from God through faith in Jesus Christ, into all and upon all those who believe. There is no difference:
23 ၂၃ လူမှန်သမျှသည်အပြစ်ကူးသူများဖြစ် ကြ၍ဘုရားသခင်၏ရှေ့တော်မှောက်မှဝေး ကွာစွာနေရကြ၏။-
all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
24 ၂၄ လူတို့အားအပြစ်မှလွတ်မြောက်စေတော်မူ သောခရစ်တော်ယေရှုကိုအကြောင်းပြု၍ ဘုရားသခင်သည်အခမဲ့ကျေးဇူးတော် အားဖြင့်လူတို့အားမိမိနှင့်မှန်ကန်စွာ ဆက်ဆံစေတော်မူ၏။-
being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus;
25 ၂၅ ခရစ်တော်အသေခံတော်မူခြင်းအားဖြင့် လူတို့သည်အပြစ်များမှပြေလွတ်နိုင်ကြ စေရန် ဘုရားသခင်သည်ထိုအရှင်ကိုပူဇော် သကာအဖြစ်သတ်မှတ်တော်မူ၏။ လူတို့သည် ခရစ်တော်ကိုယုံကြည်ခြင်းဖြင့်အပြစ်များ မှပြေလွတ်ခြင်းကိုခံစားရကြ၏။ ဘုရား သခင်သည်ခရစ်တော်ကိုပူဇော်သကာ အဖြစ်သတ်မှတ်တော်မူရခြင်းမှာ ကိုယ် တော်သည်ဖြောင့်မတ်တော်မူသောအရှင်ဖြစ် ကြောင်းကိုပြသရန်ဖြစ်၏။ ယခုခေတ် ကာလအထိဘုရားသခင်သည်စိတ်ရှည် သည်းခံတော်မူပြီးလျှင် လူတို့ကူးလွန်ခဲ့ သည့်အပြစ်များကိုအရေးယူတော်မမူ။ သို့ရာတွင်ယခုခေတ်ကာလ၌ကိုယ်တော် သည် မိမိ၏ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကိုပြသရန် လူတို့၏အပြစ်များကိုအရေးယူတော် မူ၏။ ဤနည်းအားဖြင့်ဘုရားသခင်သည် မိမိကိုယ်တိုင်ပင်ဖြောင့်မတ်တော်မူသော အရှင်ဖြစ်တော်မူကြောင်းကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ သခင်ယေရှုအားယုံကြည်သူအပေါင်းတို့ ကို မိမိနှင့်မှန်ကန်စွာဆက်ဆံစေတော်မူ ကြောင်းကိုလည်းကောင်းဖော်ပြတော်မူ၏။
whom God has openly made available as a propitiation through the faith in His blood, to demonstrate His righteousness because of the passing over, in God's forbearance, of the previously committed sins;

to demonstrate His righteousness at this present time, so as to be just, Himself, and the justifier of him who is of the Faith of Jesus.
27 ၂၇ သို့ဖြစ်၍ငါတို့ဝါကြွားစရာအကြောင်း အဘယ်မှာရှိတော့အံ့နည်း။ ငါတို့ဝါကြွား စရာအကြောင်းမရှိ။ အဘယ်ကြောင့်နည်း။ ပညတ်တရားကိုငါတို့လိုက်နာကျင့်သုံး ကြသည့်အတွက်ကြောင့်လော။ မဟုတ်ပါ။ ယုံကြည်သည့်အတွက်ကြောင့်ဖြစ်၏။-
Where then is the boasting? It is excluded. By what kind of law, that of works? No, but by a law of faith.
28 ၂၈ ယုံကြည်ခြင်းအားဖြင့်သာလျှင်ကိုယ်တော် နှင့်မှန်ကန်စွာဆက်ဆံခွင့်ကိုရရှိနိုင်ကြောင်း၊ ပညတ်တရားကိုကျင့်သုံးခြင်းအားဖြင့် မရရှိနိုင်ကြောင်းငါတို့ယခုသိကြပြီ ဖြစ်သည်။-
Therefore we conclude that a person is justified by faith apart from works of law.
29 ၂၉ ဘုရားသခင်သည်ယုဒအမျိုးသားတို့၏ ဘုရားသာဖြစ်သလော။ လူမျိုးခြားတို့၏ ဘုရားလည်းမဟုတ်လော။ ဟုတ်ပေ၏။-
Or is God for Jews only? Is He not also for Gentiles? Yes, also for Gentiles,
30 ၃၀ ဘုရားသခင်သည်တစ်ဆူတည်းဖြစ်တော်မူ ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ယုံကြည်ခြင်းကြောင့်ယုဒ အမျိုးသားတို့ကို မိမိနှင့်မှန်ကန်စွာဆက် သွယ်စေတော်မူ၏။-
since indeed there is only one God, who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through the Faith.
31 ၃၁ သို့ဖြစ်လျှင်ငါတို့သည်ယုံကြည်ခြင်းဖြင့် ပညတ်တရားကိုပယ်ရာရောက်သလော။ အလျှင်းမပယ်။ ပညတ်တရားကိုထောက်ခံ အတည်ပြုခြင်းသာဖြစ်၏။
Do we then nullify law through the Faith? Of course not! Rather, we uphold law.
