ရောမ 1
1 ၁ သတင်းကောင်းကိုကြေညာရန်တမန်တော် အဖြစ်ဖြင့် ဘုရားသခင်ရွေးချယ်ခန့်ထားသူ၊ ခရစ်တော်ယေရှု၏အစေခံငါပေါလုသည် စာရေးလိုက်ပါသည်။-
Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated to the gospel of God,
2 ၂ ရှေးအခါကဘုရားသခင်သည်မိမိ၏ ပရောဖက်များအားဖြင့် ထိုသတင်းကောင်း ကိုကတိထားတော်မူခဲ့ကြောင်းကျမ်းစာ တော်ကဖော်ပြ၏။-
( Which he had promised before by his prophets in the holy scriptures, )
3 ၃ ထိုသတင်းကောင်းကားဘုရားသခင်၏သား တော် ငါတို့၏အရှင်သခင်ယေရှုခရစ်အကြောင်း ပင်ဖြစ်ပေသည်။ ထိုအရှင်သည်လူ့ဇာတိအား ဖြင့်ဒါဝိဒ်မင်းမှဆင်းသက်တော်မူသည်။-
Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, who was born of the seed of David according to the flesh;
4 ၄ ဘုရားဇာတိအားဖြင့်ဘုရားသခင်၏သား တော်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းကိုပေါ်လွင်ထင်ရှားစေရန် ဘုရားသခင်သည်မဟာတန်ခိုးတော်အား ဖြင့်ထိုအရှင်ကိုသေခြင်းမှထမြောက်စေ တော်မူ၏။-
And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:
5 ၅ ဘုရားသခင်သည်ထိုအရှင်အားဖြင့်ငါ့ အားခရစ်တော်အတွက်ကြောင့် ထူးမြတ်သည့် တမန်တော်ရာထူးကိုပေးသနားတော်မူ၏။ လူမျိုးအပေါင်းတို့သည်ယုံကြည်၍လိုက်နာ ကြစေရန်ဘုရားသခင်သည်ငါ့အားထို သူအပေါင်းတို့ထံသို့စေလွှတ်တော်မူ၏။-
By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:
6 ၆ ရောမမြို့၌နေထိုင်သောသင်တို့သည်လည်း ယေရှုခရစ်၏တပည့်များအဖြစ် ဘုရား သခင်ရွေးကောက်တော်မူသောသူများဖြစ် သောကြောင့်ထိုလူစုတွင်အပါအဝင် ဖြစ်ကြ၏။
Among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ:
7 ၇ ဘုရားသခင်ချစ်တော်မူသဖြင့်မိမိ၏ လူစုတော်ဝင်ဖြစ်စေရန် ရွေးကောက်တော်မူ သည့်ရောမအသင်းတော်ဝင်အပေါင်းတို့ ထံသို့ဤစာကိုရေးလိုက်ပါ၏။ ငါတို့အဖဘုရားသခင်နှင့်သခင်ယေရှု ခရစ်ထံတော်မှကျေးဇူးတော်နှင့်ငြိမ်သက် ခြင်းကိုသင်တို့ခံစားရကြပါစေသော။
To all that are in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.
8 ၈ သင်တို့၏ယုံကြည်ခြင်းအကြောင်းသတင်း သည်ကမ္ဘာတစ်ဝန်းလုံးပျံ့နှံ့လျက်ရှိသဖြင့် ငါသည်သင်တို့အားလုံးအတွက်ယေရှုခရစ် ကိုအမှီပြု၍ဦးစွာပထမဘုရားသခင် ၏ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုချီးမွမ်း၏။-
First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world.
9 ၉ သားတော်အကြောင်းသတင်းကောင်းကို ကြေညာခြင်းအားဖြင့် ငါသည်ဘုရားသခင် ၏အမှုတော်ကိုစိတ်နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့ထမ်း ဆောင်လျက်ရှိ၏။ ငါသည်ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာ ပြုသည့်အခါတိုင်း သင်တို့အားအစဉ်သတိ ရကြောင်းကိုဘုရားသခင်သည်သက်သေ ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ဘုရားသခင်အလိုတော် ရှိပါကမကြာမီသင်တို့ထံသို့ငါလာ နိုင်ရန်လမ်းဖွင့်ပေးတော်မူရန်ဆုတောင်း၏။-
For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;

Making request, if by any means now at length I may have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come to you.
11 ၁၁ သင်တို့သည်တည်ကြည်ကြံ့ခိုင်စေရန်သင် တို့အားဝိညာဉ်ဆုကျေးဇူးကိုဝေမျှလို သဖြင့် ငါသည်သင်တို့နှင့်အလွန်တွေ့လို ၏။-
For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift, to the end that ye may be established;
12 ၁၂ တစ်နည်းကားယင်းသို့တွေ့ဆုံမိကြသော အခါသင်တို့နှင့်ငါသည် မိမိတို့အသီး သီး၏ယုံကြည်ခြင်းကိုဝေမျှ၍အပြန် အလှန်အားပေးနိုင်လိမ့်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။
That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.
13 ၁၃ ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ ယုဒလူမျိုးမဟုတ်သူလူ မျိုးခြားထံတွင်အမှုတော်ဆောင်ရာ၌ အောင် မြင်ခဲ့သည့်နည်းတူသင်တို့ထံတွင်လည်းအောင် မြင်နိုင်ရန် ငါသည်သင်တို့ထံသို့လာရန်အဖန်ဖန် ကြံစည်ခဲ့၏။ သို့သော်လည်းအကြောင်းမညီ ညွတ်သဖြင့်မလာဖြစ်ခဲ့ကြောင်းကိုသင်တို့ အားသိစေလို၏။-
Now I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that I have often purposed to come to you, ( but was hindered until now, ) that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among other Gentiles.
14 ၁၄ လူယဉ်၊ လူရိုင်း၊ ပညာရှိ၊ ပညာမဲ့၊ ရှိရှိသမျှ သောသူတို့အတွက်ငါ့မှာတာဝန်ရှိသဖြင့်၊-
I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to the unwise.
15 ၁၅ သတင်းကောင်းကိုရောမမြို့ရှိသင်တို့အား လည်းကြေညာရန် ငါသည်စိတ်အားထက် သန်လျက်ရှိ၏။
So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.
16 ၁၆ ငါသည်သတင်းကောင်းကိုလုံးဝယုံကြည် စိတ်ချ၏။ ထိုသတင်းကောင်းသည်ဦးစွာယုဒ လူမျိုး၊ ထို့နောက်လူမျိုးခြားတို့တွင်ယုံကြည် သူအပေါင်းတို့အားကယ်တင်သောဘုရား သခင်၏တန်ခိုးတော်ဖြစ်၏။-
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God to salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
17 ၁၇ ဘုရားသခင်သည်လူတို့အားအဘယ်သို့ သောနည်းဖြင့် မိမိနှင့်မှန်ကန်စွာဆက်ဆံစေ တော်မူသည်ကိုသတင်းကောင်းကပေါ်လွင် ထင်ရှားစေ၏။ ထိုနည်းမှာအစမှအဆုံး တိုင်အောင်ယုံကြည်ခြင်းအပေါ်တွင်အခြေ ခံသည့်နည်းဖြစ်၏။ ထို့ကြောင့်ကျမ်းစာတွင် ``ယုံကြည်ခြင်းအားဖြင့်ဘုရားသခင်နှင့် မှန်ကန်စွာဆက်ဆံသူသည်အသက်ရှင်လိမ့် မည်'' ဟုလာသတည်း။
For in this is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
18 ၁၈ အမှန်တရားကိုလူတို့မသိစေရန်ဆီးတား ပိတ်ပင်သော၊ ဆိုးညစ်မှုကိုပြုကျင့်သောဘုရား မဲ့သူတို့၏အပြစ်နှင့်ဆိုးညစ်မှုအပေါင်းတို့ အပေါ်သို့ ကောင်းကင်မှဘုရားသခင်၏အမျက် တော်သည်သက်ရောက်လျက်ရှိကြောင်းပေါ်လွင် ထင်ရှားလာပြီ။-
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
19 ၁၉ ထိုသူတို့အားဘုရားသခင်ကိုယ်တော်တိုင် ရှင်းလင်းစွာဖော်ပြတော်မူသဖြင့် ကိုယ်တော် ၏အကြောင်းနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍သိနိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသမျှ သောအကြောင်းအရာတို့ကိုရှင်းလင်းစွာသိရ ကြ၏။ ဤအကြောင်းကြောင့်ဘုရားသခင် သည်သူတို့အားဒဏ်ခတ်တော်မူခြင်းဖြစ်၏။-
Because that which may be known of God is evident in them; for God hath shown it to them.
20 ၂၀ ကမ္ဘာလောကကိုဘုရားသခင်ဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူ ချိန်မှစ၍ လူတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်၏ထာဝရ တန်ခိုးတော်နှင့် ဘုရားသခင်၏အဖြစ်တော် တည်းဟူသောမျက်မြင်မရသောဂုဏ်အင်္ဂါ များကိုကောင်းစွာသိနားလည်နိုင်လေသည်။ သူတို့သည်ဤသို့သောကိုယ်တော်၏ဂုဏ်အင်္ဂါ လက္ခဏာများကိုမမြင်နိုင်သော်လည်းသိ နိုင်ကြ၏။ ယင်းသို့သိနိုင်ခြင်းမှာသူတို့ သည်ဘုရားသခင်ဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူသောအရာ များကိုတွေ့မြင်နိုင်သောကြောင့်ဖြစ်၏။ ထို့ ကြောင့်ထိုသူတို့မှာမိမိတို့ကူးလွန်သည့် အပြစ်များအတွက်ဆင်ခြေပေးစရာ မရှိတော့ပေ။- (aïdios g126)
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: (aïdios g126)
21 ၂၁ သူတို့သည်ဘုရားသခင်ကိုသိကြသော် လည်း ကိုယ်တော်၏ဂုဏ်တော်ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းသင့်လျက်နှင့်မချီးမွမ်းကြ။ ချီးမွမ်း မည့်အစားအကျိုးမဲ့သည့်အရာများကို သာ တွေးတောဆင်ခြင်လျက်နေကြ၏။ သူတို့ ၏အသိဉာဏ်ကင်းမဲ့သည့်စိတ်နှလုံးများ သည်လည်းအမှောင်ဖုံး၍နေ၏။-
Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22 ၂၂ သူတို့သည်မိမိတို့ကိုယ်ကိုပညာရှိဟုဆို သော်လည်းအမှန်မှာပညာမဲ့သူများဖြစ် ကြ၏။-
Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
23 ၂၃ သေခြင်းတရားကင်းသည့်ဘုရားသခင်ကို ဝတ်ပြုကိုးကွယ်မည့်အစားသေမျိုးဖြစ်သည့် လူ၊ ငှက်၊ ခြေလေးချောင်းသတ္တဝါ၊ သို့မဟုတ်တွား တတ်သောသတ္တဝါ၏ပုံသဏ္ဌာန်ကိုဆောင်သော ရုပ်တုများကိုကိုးကွယ်ဝတ်ပြုကြလေ သည်။
And changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man, and birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
24 ၂၄ ထိုအကြောင်းကြောင့်ဘုရားသခင်သည်ထိုသူ တို့အား မိမိတို့၏ကိလေသာစိတ်ဆွဲဆောင်ရာ သို့လိုက်ပါစေရန်လည်းကောင်း၊ အချင်းချင်း အားကိုယ်ခန္ဓာအသရေပျက်စေရန်လည်း ကောင်းစွန့်ပစ်၍ထားတော်မူ၏။-
Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
25 ၂၅ သူတို့သည်ဘုရားသခင်၏တရားမှန်ကို အမှားနှင့်လဲလှယ်ကြ၏။ ဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူ သောအရှင်အစားအဖန်ဆင်းခံအရာကို ကိုးကွယ်ဝတ်ပြုကြ၏။ ဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူသော အရှင်၏ဂုဏ်တော်ကိုထာဝစဉ်ချီးမွမ်း ထောမနာပြုကြစေသတည်း။ အာမင်။ (aiōn g165)
Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
26 ၂၆ သို့ဖြစ်၍ဘုရားသခင်သည်သူတို့အားရှက် ဖွယ်ကောင်းသည့် ကိလေသာလက်သို့အပ်လိုက် တော်မူ၏။ မိန်းမတို့ပင်လျှင်ဋ္ဌမ္မတာထုံးစံ အစားဆန့်ကျင်သောထုံးစံကိုကျင့်ကြ၏။-
For this cause God gave them up to vile affections: for even their women changed the natural use into that which is against nature:
27 ၂၇ ထိုနည်းတူစွာယောကျာ်းတို့သည်လည်း မိန်းမ များနှင့်ဋ္ဌမ္မတာထုံးစံအတိုင်းဆက်ဆံမှုကို မပြုဘဲ ယောကျာ်းအချင်းချင်းရာဂမီးတောက် လောင်လျက်ရှိကြ၏။ ယောကျာ်းတို့သည်အချင်း ချင်းအားရှက်ကြောက်ဖွယ်သောအမှုတို့ကိုပြု ကြသဖြင့် မိမိတို့ဆိုးညစ်သောအကျင့် အတွက်ထိုက်သင့်သည့်အပြစ်ဒဏ်ကိုခံရ ကြ၏။
And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was due.
28 ၂၈ ထိုသူတို့သည်ဘုရားကိုဘုရားဟူ၍ မအောက်မေ့ကြသဖြင့် ဘုရားသခင်သည် သူတို့အားစွန့်ပစ်တော်မူသောကြောင့် သူတို့ သည်မှန်ကန်စွာစဉ်းစားဆင်ခြင်နိုင်စွမ်းမရှိ တော့ဘဲမပြုကျင့်သင့်သောအရာများကို ပြုကျင့်ကြကုန်၏။-
And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not proper;
29 ၂၉ သူတို့သည်အမျိုးမျိုးသောဆိုးယုတ်မိုက်မဲ ခြင်း၊ ညစ်ညမ်းခြင်း၊ လောဘတပ်မက်ခြင်း၊ အကျင့်ပျက်ခြင်း၊ မနာလိုခြင်း၊ သူ့အသက် ကိုသတ်ခြင်း၊ ရန်ဖြစ်ခြင်း၊ လှည့်ဖြားခြင်း၊ ရန် ငြိုးဖွဲ့ခြင်းစသည့်အပြစ်များကိုကူးလွန် ကြ၏။ သူတို့သည်ကုန်းချောပြောဆိုကြ၏။-
Being filled with all unrighteousness, immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
30 ၃၀ သူတစ်ပါး၏အသရေကိုဖျက်ကြ၏။ ဘုရား သခင်ကိုမုန်းသူ၊ စော်ကားသူ၊ မာန်မာနထောင် လွှားလျက်ကြွားဝါသူများဖြစ်ကြ၏။ မကောင်း မှုအမျိုးမျိုးကိုတီထွင်ကြံစည်တတ်ကြ၏။ မိမိတို့မိဘများ၏စကားကိုနားမထောင် ကြ။-
Backbiters, haters of God, insolent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
32 ၃၂ ဤသို့သောအကျင့်ရှိသူတို့သည်သေဒဏ်ခံ ထိုက်သည်ဟု ဘုရားသခင်ပြဋ္ဌာန်းချက်ကိုထို သူတို့သိလျက်ပင် မိမိတို့ကိုယ်တိုင်ဤအမှု များကိုဆက်လက်၍ပြုကျင့်ကြသည်သာ မက၊ ဤသို့ပြုကျင့်ကြသူများကိုလည်း အားပေးအားမြှောက်ပြုကြသည်တကား။
Who knowing the judgment of God, that they who commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
