ဆာလံ 1

1 ၁ သူ​ယုတ်​မာ​တို့​၏​အ​ကြံ​ဉာဏ်​ကို​လက်​မ​ခံ၊ အ​ပြစ်​ကူး​သူ​တို့​၏​စံ​န​မူ​နာ​ကို​မလိုက်၊ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​ကို​ပစ်​ပယ်​သူ​တို့​နှင့်​လည်း မ​ပေါင်း​မ​ဖော်​သော​သူ​တို့​သည်​မင်္ဂ​လာ​ရှိ​ကြ​၏။

Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand on the path of people who sin ·intentionally miss the mark goal·, nor sit in the seat of scoffers;

2 ၂ သူ​တို့​သည်​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​၏​တ​ရား​တော်​ကို​လိုက်​လျှောက်​၍ နေ့​ည​မ​ပြတ်​လေ့​လာ​ဆင်​ခြင်​မှု​ဖြင့်​ပျော်​မွေ့​တတ်​ကြ​၏။

but his delight is in Adonai’s Torah ·Teaching·. On his torot ·teachings· he meditates day and night.

3 ၃ ထို​သူ​တို့​သည်​ချောင်း​အ​နီး​တွင်​ပေါက်​၍​လျော်​ကန်​သင့်​မြတ်​ချိန်​၌ အ​သီး​သီး​လျက်​အ​ရွက်​မ​ညှိုး​မ​နွမ်း​တတ်​သော​အ​ပင်​များ​နှင့်​တူ​၏။ သူ​တို့​သည်​ပြု​လေ​သ​မျှ​အ​မှု​ကိစ္စ​တို့​တွင်​အောင်​မြင်​တတ်​၏။

He will be like a tree planted by the streams of water, that produces its fruit in its season, whose leaf also does not wither. Whatever he does shall prosper.

4 ၄ သို့​ရာ​တွင်၊သူ​ယုတ်​မာ​တို့​မူ​ကား​အ​ဘယ်​နည်း​နှင့်​မျှ​ဤ​သို့​မ​ဖြစ်​နိုင်။ သူ​တို့​သည်​လေ​တိုက်​ရာ​တွင်​လွင့်​ပါ​သွား​တတ်​သော​ဖွဲ​နှင့်​တူ​ကြ​၏။

The wicked are not so, but are like the chaff which the wind drives away.

5 ၅ အ​ပြစ်​ကူး​သူ​တို့​သည်​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင် အ​ပြစ်​ဒဏ်​စီ​ရင်​ခြင်း​ကို​ခံ​ရ​ကြ​လိမ့်​မည်။ သူ​တို့​သည်​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်​၏​လူ​စု​တော်​အ​ပေါင်း​အ​သင်း​ထဲ​သို့​မ​ဝင်​ရ​ကြ။

Therefore the wicked shall not stand in the judgment, nor people who sin ·intentionally miss the mark goal· in the congregation of the upright.

6 ၆ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​သည်​သူ​တော်​ကောင်း​များ​ကို​ပို့​ဆောင်​စောင့်​ထိန်း​တော်​မူ​လိမ့်​မည်။ သူ​ယုတ်​မာ​တို့​မူ​ကား​ဆုံး​ရှုံး​ပျက်​စီး​ရ​ကြ​လိမ့်​မည်။

For Adonai knows the way of the upright, but the way of the wicked shall perish.
