1 ၁ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းရခြင်းသည်လည်းကောင်း၊ အမြင့်မြတ်ဆုံးဖြစ်တော်မူသောဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ဂုဏ်တော်ကိုထောမနာ သီချင်း ကူးအေးရခြင်းသည်လည်းကောင်း၊
A Psalm. A song for the Sabbath day. It is good to praise the LORD, and to sing praises to Your name, O Most High,
2 ၂ ချိုသာနာပျော်ဖွယ်သောစောင်းသံနှင့်တကွ ကြိုးတပ်တူရိယာသံတို့ဖြင့် နံနက်တိုင်းကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ခိုင်မြဲသော မေတ္တာတော်ကိုဖော်ကူး၍ ညဥ့်တိုင်းကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏သစ္စာတော်ကို ထုတ်ဖော်ကြေညာရခြင်းသည်လည်းကောင်း လျောက်ပတ်လှပါ၏။
to proclaim Your loving devotion in the morning and Your faithfulness at night

with the ten-stringed harp and the melody of the lyre.
4 ၄ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အံ့သြဖွယ်ကောင်းသော အမှုတော်များသည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအား ဝမ်းမြောက်ရွှင်လန်းစေပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ပြုတော်မူသောအမှုတော်များကြောင့် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ဝမ်းမြောက်စွာသီချင်းဆိုပါ၏။
For You, O LORD, have made me glad by Your deeds; I sing for joy at the works of Your hands.
5 ၅ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ပြုတော်မူသောအမှုတော်တို့သည် ကြီးမြတ်လှပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အကြံအစည်တော်သည်လည်း နက်နဲလှပါ၏။
How great are Your works, O LORD, how deep are Your thoughts!
6 ၆ လူမိုက်တို့မသိနိုင်သောအရာ၊အသိဉာဏ်တုံး သူတို့ နားမလည်နိုင်သောအရာတစ်ခုရှိပါ၏။
A senseless man does not know, and a fool does not understand,
7 ၇ ထိုအရာကား၊သူယုတ်မာတို့သည်ပေါင်းပင်များ သဖွယ် ကြီးပွားတိုးတက်၍ မကောင်းမှုပြုသူတို့သည်ကောင်းစားကြသော်လည်း ထိုသူတို့သည်လုံးဝသုတ်သင်ပယ်ရှင်းခြင်းကို ခံကြရမည်ဖြစ်၏။
that though the wicked sprout like grass, and all evildoers flourish, they will be forever destroyed.
8 ၈ အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်ထာဝရဘုရား ဖြစ်တော်မူသောကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည် ထာဝစဉ်အချုပ်အခြာအာဏာပိုင် ဖြစ်တော်မူသောကြောင့်တည်း။
But You, O LORD, are exalted forever!
9 ၉ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ရန်သူတို့သည်သေကြေပျက်စီး ရကြမည်ကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ သူယုတ်မာအပေါင်းတို့သည် အရေးရှုံးနိမ့်ရကြမည်ကိုလည်းကောင်း ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့သိပါ၏။
For surely Your enemies, O LORD, surely Your enemies will perish; all evildoers will be scattered.
10 ၁၀ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအား နွားလားရိုင်းကဲ့သို့သန်စွမ်းစေတော်မူပါပြီ။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားရွှင်လန်းဝမ်းမြောက်ရခြင်း ကောင်းချီးမင်္ဂလာကိုပေးတော်မူပါပြီ။
But You have exalted my horn like that of a wild ox; with fine oil I have been anointed.
11 ၁၁ ရန်သူတို့အရေးရှုံးနိမ့်ကြသည်ကိုကျွန်တော်မျိုး မြင်ရပါပြီ။ သူယုတ်မာတို့ငိုကြွေးသံကိုကြားရပါပြီ။
My eyes see the downfall of my enemies; my ears hear the wailing of my wicked foes.
12 ၁၂ သူတော်ကောင်းတို့သည်စွန်ပလွံပင်များကဲ့သို့ စိမ်းလန်းစိုပြေလျက်ရှိလိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့သည်လေဗနုန်တောင်မှအာရဇ်ပင်များ ကဲ့သို့ ကြီးပွားတိုးတက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, and grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
13 ၁၃ သူတို့သည်ထာဝရဘုရား၏အိမ်တော်တွင်စိုက်ပျိုး၍ ငါတို့ဘုရားသခင်၏ဗိမာန်တော်တွင်စိမ်းလန်း စိုပြေလျက်နေသည့်သစ်ပင်များနှင့်တူကြ၏။ ထိုသစ်ပင်တို့သည်အသက်အိုချိန်၌ပင်လျှင် အသီးများသီး၍အစဉ်အမြဲစိမ်းလန်း သန်မာလျက်ရှိကြ၏။
Planted in the house of the LORD, they will flourish in the courts of our God.
14 ၁၄
In old age they will still bear fruit; healthy and green they will remain,
15 ၁၅ ဤကားထာဝရဘုရားသည်တရား မျှတတော်မူကြောင်းကိုလည်းကောင်း ငါ့ကိုကွယ်ကာသောအရှင်သည်ကောင်းမြတ် စုံလင်တော်မူကြောင်းကိုလည်းကောင်း ဖော်ပြလိုက်ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။
to proclaim, “The LORD is upright; He is my Rock, and in Him there is no unrighteousness.”
