ဆာလံ 91
1 ၁ ထာဝရဘုရားထံတော်သို့ခိုလှုံရန် ချဉ်းကပ်သူသည်လည်းကောင်း၊ အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင်၏ကွယ်ကာစောင့်ထိန်းမှုကို ခံယူသူသည်လည်းကောင်း၊
He who sitteth under the shelter of the Most High Maketh his abode in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 ၂ ``ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ကွယ်ကာရာ၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးခိုလှုံရာရဲတိုက်ဖြစ်တော်မူပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ဘုရား ဖြစ်တော်မူ၍ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကိုကိုးစားပါ၏'' ဟူ၍ ထာဝရဘုရားအားလျှောက်ထားနိုင်လိမ့်မည်။
I say to the LORD, Thou art my refuge and my fortress; My God, in whom I trust.
3 ၃ ကိုယ်တော်သည်မမြင်နိုင်သော ဘေးဥပဒ်များမှလည်းကောင်း၊ သေစေတတ်သောအနာရောဂါများမှ လည်းကောင်း သင့်ကိုကင်းလွတ်စေတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
Surely he will deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, And from the wasting pestilence;
4 ၄ ကိုယ်တော်သည်မိမိ၏အတောင်တော်ဖြင့် သင့်ကိုဖုံးအုပ်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။ သင်သည်ကိုယ်တော်၏ကြည့်ရှုစောင့်ရှောက်ခြင်းကို ခံရ၍ဘေးမဲ့လုံခြုံလျက်နေလိမ့်မည်။ ကိုယ်တော်၏သစ္စာတော်သည်သင့်ကိုစောင့်ထိန်း ကွယ်ကာရာဒိုင်းလွှားဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။
He will cover thee with his feathers, And under his wings shalt thou find refuge; His faithfulness shall be thy shield and buckler.
5 ၅ ညဥ့်အခါတွေ့ရတတ်သောဘေးဥပဒ်များ ကိုသော်လည်းကောင်း၊ နေ့အချိန်ပေါ်ပေါက်တတ်သည့်အန္တရာယ်များ ကိုသော်လည်းကောင်း၊
Thou shalt not be afraid of the terror of the night, Nor of the arrow that flieth by day;
6 ၆ မှောင်မိုက်တွင်ကျရောက်တတ်သည့်ကပ်ရောဂါများ ကိုသော်လည်းကောင်း၊ နေ့လည်ချိန်၌သေစေတတ်သည့်ဘေးဥပဒ်များ ကိုသော်လည်းကောင်း၊ ကြောက်လန့်ရလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။
Nor of the pestilence that walketh in darkness, Nor of the plague that destroyeth at noonday.
7 ၇ သင်၏အနီးတွင်လူတစ်ထောင်၊ သင်၏ပတ်လည်တွင်လူတစ်သောင်း ကျဆုံးသော်လည်းသင်၌အထိအခိုက် မရှိရ။
A thousand shall fall by thy side, And ten thousand at thy right hand; But thee it shall not touch.
Thou shalt only behold with thine eyes, And see the recompense of the wicked.
9 ၉ သင်သည်ထာဝရဘုရားအားသင့်ကိုကွယ်ကာသော အရှင်အဖြစ်ဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ အမြင့်မြတ်ဆုံးဖြစ်တော်မူသောဘုရားအား သင်ခိုလှုံသောအရှင်အဖြစ်ဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း လက်ခံသည်ဖြစ်၍
Because thou hast made the LORD thy refuge, And the Most High thy habitation,
10 ၁၀ သင်သည်ဘေးဒုက္ခနှင့်တွေ့ကြုံရလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်၊ သင်၏အိမ်အနီးသို့လည်းအဘယ်ဘေးဥပဒ်မျှ ချဉ်းကပ်ရလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။
No evil shall befall thee, Nor any plague come near thy dwelling.
11 ၁၁ သွားလေရာရာ၌သင့်ကိုစောင့်ရှောက်စေရန် ဘုရားသခင်သည်မိမိ၏ကောင်းကင်တမန် များကို တာဝန်ပေးအပ်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
For he will give his angels charge over thee, To guard thee in all thy ways.
12 ၁၂ သူတို့သည်သင်၏ခြေကိုကျောက်နှင့် မထိမခိုက်စေရန်မိမိတို့၏လက်ဖြင့်သင့်အား ချီပင့်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
They shall bear thee up in their hands, Lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
13 ၁၃ သင်သည်ခြင်္သေ့နှင့်မြွေ၊ကြောက်မက်ဖွယ်ကောင်းသည့် ခြင်္သေ့နှင့်မြွေဆိုးတို့ကိုခြေဖြင့်နင်းရလိမ့် မည်။
Thou shalt tread upon the lion and the adder; The young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under foot.
14 ၁၄ ဘုရားသခင်က ``ငါ့ကိုချစ်သောသူတို့အားငါကယ်မည်။ ငါသည်ထာဝရဘုရားဖြစ်တော်မူကြောင်း ဝန်ခံသော သူတို့အားငါကွယ်ကာစောင့်ရှောက်မည်။
“Because he loveth me, I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he knoweth my name.
15 ၁၅ သူတို့သည်ငါ့ကိုခေါ်သောအခါငါထူးမည်။ သူတို့ဒုက္ခရောက်သောအခါသူတို့နှင့်အတူ ငါရှိမည်။ ငါသည်သူတို့အားကယ်ဆယ်၍ချီးမြှင့်မည်။
When he calleth upon me, I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and bring him to honor.
With long life will I satisfy him, And show him my salvation.”
