1 ၁ အ​နန္တ​တန်​ခိုး​ရှင်​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ ကျွန်​တော်​မျိုး​သည်​ကိုယ်​တော်​ရှင်​၏​ဗိ​မာန် တော်​ကို အ​လွန်​နှစ်​သက်​မြတ်​နိုး​လျက်

TO THE OVERSEER. ON THE GITTITH. A PSALM OF THE SONS OF KORAH. How beloved Your dwelling places, YHWH of Hosts!

2 ၂ ထို​အ​ရပ်​တွင်​လွန်​စွာ​နေ​လို​လှ​ပါ​သည်။ ကျွန်​တော်​မျိုး​သည်​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​၏​ဗိ​မာန်​တော် တံ​တိုင်း​များ​ကို​တ​သ​ပါ​၏။ အ​သက်​ရှင်​တော်​မူ​သော​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်​အား ကျွန်​တော်​မျိုး​သည်​စိတ်​ရော​ကိုယ်​ပါ​ဝမ်း မြောက်​စွာ ထော​မ​နာ​သီ​ချင်း​ဆို​ပါ​၏။

My soul desired, indeed, it has also been consumed, For the courts of YHWH, My heart and my flesh cry aloud to the living God,

3 ၃ ကျွန်​တော်​မျိုး​၏​ဘု​ရင်၊ကျွန်​တော်​မျိုး​၏​ဘု​ရား ဖြစ်​တော်​မူ​သော​အ​နန္တ​တန်​ခိုး​ရှင်​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ စာ​ငှက်​များ​နှင့်​ဇ​ရက်​များ​ပင်​လျှင်​မိ​မိ​တို့​၏ အ​သိုက်​အ​အုံ​များ​ကို ကိုယ်​တော်​ရှင်​၏​ယဇ်​ပလ္လင်​အ​နီး​တွင်​ဆောက် လုပ်​၍ သား​ငယ်​များ​ကို​ထား​ကြ​ပါ​၏။

Even a sparrow has found a house, And a swallow a nest for herself, Where she has placed her brood—Your altars, O YHWH of Hosts, My king and my God.

4 ၄ ကိုယ်​တော်​ရှင်​အား​အ​စဉ်​မ​ပြတ်​ထော​မ​နာ ပြု​လျက် ဗိ​မာန်​တော်​တွင်​နေ​ကြ​သူ​တို့​သည်​အ​လွန်​ပင် မင်္ဂ​လာ​ရှိ​ပါ​သည်​တ​ကား။

O the blessedness of those inhabiting Your house, Yet they praise You. (Selah)

5 ၅ ကိုယ်​တော်​ရှင်​၏​ထံ​တော်​မှ​ခွန်​အား​စွမ်း​ရည်​ကို ခံ​ယူ​ရ​ရှိ​သော​သူ​တို့​သည်​မင်္ဂ​လာ​ရှိ​ကြ​ပါ​၏။ သူ​တို့​သည်​ဇိ​အုန်​တောင်​တော်​သို့​ခ​ရီး​ပြု​ရန် စိတ်​ထက်​သန်​ကြ​ပါ​၏။

O the blessedness of a man whose strength is in You, Highways [are] in their heart.

6 ၆ ထို​သူ​တို့​သည်​ခြောက်​သွေ့​နေ​သည့်​ဗာ​ကာ ချိုင့်​ဝှမ်း​ကို ဖြတ်​သန်း​သွား​စဉ်​ရေ​များ​ပေါက်​၍​လာ​ပါ​၏။ မိုး​ဦး​ရွာ​သ​ဖြင့်​အိုင်​များ​ထွန်း​၍​လာ​ပါ​၏။

Those passing through a valley of weeping make it a spring, The early rain covers it with pools.

7 ၇ ထို​သူ​တို့​သည်​ခ​ရီး​ပြု​ရင်း​ခွန်​အား​တိုး​၍ လာ​ကြ​ပါ​၏။ ဇိ​အုန်​တောင်​တော်​ပေါ်​တွင်​ဘု​ရား​တ​ကာ တို့​၏ ဘု​ရား​ကို​ဖူး​မြင်​ရ​ကြ​ပါ​လိမ့်​မည်။

They go from strength to strength, He appears to God in Zion.

8 ၈ အ​နန္တ​တန်​ခိုး​ရှင်​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်​ထာ​ဝ​ရ ဘု​ရား၊ ကျွန်​တော်​မျိုး​၏​ဆု​တောင်း​ပတ္ထနာ​ကို နား​ညောင်း​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ အို ယာ​ကုပ်​၏​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ နား​ထောင်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။

O YHWH, God of Hosts, hear my prayer, Give ear, O God of Jacob. (Selah)

9 ၉ အို ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ ကိုယ်​တော်​ရှင်​ရွေး​ချယ်​ထား​တော်​မူ​သော ဘု​ရင်​တည်း​ဟူ​သော​ကျွန်​တော်​မျိုး​တို့ ၏​ဘု​ရင်​ကို ကောင်း​ချီး​ပေး​တော်​မူ​ပါ။

Our shield, see, O God, And behold the face of Your anointed,

10 ၁၀ ကိုယ်​တော်​ရှင်​၏​ဗိ​မာန်​တော်​တွင်​တစ်​ရက်​မျှ နေ​ရ​ခြင်း​သည် အ​ခြား​သော​အ​ရပ်​တွင်​ရက်​ပေါင်း​တစ်​ထောင် နေ​ရ​ခြင်း​ထက်​သာ​၍​မြတ်​ပါ​၏။ ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်​၏​အိမ်​တော်​တံ​ခါး​စောင့်​ဖြစ်​ရ ခြင်း​သည် သူ​ယုတ်​မာ​တို့​၏​အိမ်​တွင်​နေ​ရ​ခြင်း​ထက် သာ​၍​မြတ်​ပါ​၏။

For a day in Your courts [is] good, O Teacher! I have chosen rather to be at the threshold, In the house of my God, Than to dwell in tents of wickedness.

11 ၁၁ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​သည်​ငါ​တို့​အား ကွယ်​ကာ​တော်​မူ​သော​အ​ရှင်၊ဘုန်း​ကြီး​တော် မူ​သော ဘု​ရင်​ဖြစ်​တော်​မူ​၏။ ကိုယ်​တော်​သည်​ငါ​တို့​အား​သ​နား​ကြင်​နာ​၍ ချီး​မြှင့်​တော်​မူ​၏။ ကိုယ်​တော်​သည်​မှန်​ရာ​ကို​ပြု​ကျင့်​သူ​တို့​အား ကောင်း​မြတ်​သည့်​အ​ရာ​များ​ကို​ပေး​ရန်​ငြင်း တော်​မ​မူ။

For YHWH God [is] a sun and a shield, YHWH gives grace and glory. He does not withhold good To those walking in uprightness.

12 ၁၂ အ​နန္တ​တန်​ခိုး​ရှင်​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ ကိုယ်​တော်​ရှင်​ကို​ကိုး​စား​သူ​တို့​သည် အ​လွန်​မင်္ဂလာ​ရှိ​ပါ​သည်​တ​ကား။

YHWH of Hosts! O the blessedness of a man trusting in You.
